Avoid at all costs Went by to pick some food after commute on NJT. Had to wait about ten minutes due to under staffing inside. Noticed that it was dirty on floor in kitchen area. Finally ordered a plain hamburger and small cheeseburger to go with fries for both of us. Bag came and I looked inside and was only one burger with fries. Asked the guy what happened and he said he only rang up one hamburger and fries. He put the other order in and I took my food and went home. Opened my hamburger to find a cheeseburger. Tried unsuccessfully to scape the "cheese" of to no avail. (The small cheeseburger was in the bag) Threw into garbage and opened an IPA for dinner instead. This is by far, the most deplorable, disgusting, dirty, third-world-country-ish, Wendy's we have ever been to, anywhere! The employees barely speak English, to where if you happen to know any Spanish, I enthusiastically encourage you to speak it. We placed our order, got our fries and cups for sodas/drinks, but the soda machine was completely broken, as in 100% busted... Not even water or ice coming out of it. By the time we figured this out, and mind you, there was no sign that said "out of order," our food began to get cold, especially our fries. So, I had to go up to the counter to ask them to give us drinks out of the machine they use for the drive-thru. Then, I got up to use the restroom, and afterwards (brace yourself for this)... I went to wash my hands, as a normal, functional, sane person would do after going to the bathroom, and guess what? No water coming out of the sink in the bathroom. Nothing. I guess that means any of the male employees going to the bathroom, ain't washing their hands before handling your food. Isn't that a beautiful thing, huh? Someone needs to report these funky people to the state of New Jersey's health department. I guess if we get food poisoning, we'll know where we got it from. Not the least bit recommended to anyone. Me thinking those were the only two options I chose the smaller of the two which was medium. Turns out it was an upcharge to over $6 when I originally stated I wanted the $5 biggie bag. They always forget the cheese sauce , and that angers my inner fat girl. They never make anything the way you ask them too, such as if you ask for no mayo, expect mayo on that burger. They won't give you sauce or napkins of you don't ask them to, and even then you are lucky if you get it. I have good and bad experiences with this location. Two months ago I waited in line at lunch time for a half hour and received cold food. Some people may read this and say "well you went at a heavy traffic time" but I went today and there were 2 people in from of me at the drive through and the ordering process went well but when receiving my food I did not get my salad. I parked and went inside and waited for fifteen minutes while the cashier helped a customer who had an order that was messed up. There was only one or two cars at the window and about 6 people back there. One manager in all black even came up to watch the conversation and looked like she was going to cash in and start a second register but then she went to the back. Meanwhile the line was getting longer and by the time I got my salad and got back to the car my hot food was like warm. With spotty service and my experience today. This one of the very few Wendy's in the area. It's relatively new and their biggest plus is that they are open late (drive thru past midnight or so). My wife and I were heading back from PA so we stopped here for a quick bite. Overall, I'm a fan of Wendy's fast food. I think it's probably the best quality fast food (which may not be saying much). The drive thru line was slightly on the slow side and I was happy to see they still have a great value menu. I haven't been to a Wendy's in a very long time and it's good to see that the menu hasn't changed much. I was not impressed with my burger as my bun was slightly on the stale side and the chicken nuggets were not good. Oh well. Maybe better luck next time. read more

I've been to this location several times, and I have to say this is probably the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. It starts with their "attempt" to get your order right...really not that hard. Well, for them it seems it is. Then, it doesn't matter if there is a line or not, it takes forever to get your food here. I think they've forgotten they're technically a fast food restaurant. As a chain, Wendy's does take more care to prepare their food than your standard McDonald's and Burger King, but this location is ridiculous. Consistently during peak service hours they are out of food forcing you to wait 10 to 15 minutes, no exaggeration, while they prepare your order. The restaurant is dirty and frequently out of ice, soda lids or any given condiment forcing you once again to wait while they refill. Shouldn't someone be checking this periodically before a customer brings it to your attention?? Yes, I know this is fast food and the other large chains occasionally run out of things too, but those chains are also significantly busier. Overall, it seems this is a restaurant location lacking proper management to properly represent the Wendy's banner. read more

Went there with my son for a quick burger for him before I dropped him at a friends. Let me start by saying I am not a fan of fast food but he said we never get it so stopped. Wanted to go through the drive through but he wanted to go inside and eat (bless him) so we did. He ordered a plain double cheeseburger and frosty. I told her plain (nothing but cheese) but when he took a bite he spit out onion and there were also pickles and ketchup. It was also cold. Okay no problem we all make mistakes so I took it back and said plain just cheese. She brought us a "new" one which he ate but I noticed there was a bite missing from the burger. Turns out they just scraped off the onions, ketchup and pickles and put it back on the bread and nuked it. He would not let me say anything (he's 14) but I just have to vent that that was completely unacceptable, lazy and cheap! read more
