The food comes out with incredible speed. The service is always prompt and on top of the refills. The chips are freshly made and moderately thick. They have a nice crisp with a slight oily taste. The salsa has a lower level of spiciness so it appeals to most all customers. It is moderately thick in consistency. All delicious. On this occasion I went with the Quesadillas Mazatlan. The quesadillas was large and softly grilled. It was packed with plenty of shrimp and cheese. A very nice dish. The rice was nicely cooked and spiced. The tomato and lettuce were very fresh.

The staff is still very friendly and helpful. The salad and pizza buffet is gone. They replaced the salad bar with four prepared salads. I ordered a chicken Caesar on this trip. The bread stick that came with the meal was excellent - soft, nice Italian seasoning, slightly buttery. The salad was big and the chicken was tender - though no special seasoning or taste. The salad dressing was purchased. I chuckled when the waitress brought me a small spice container sized of Parmesan cheese. Interesting touch to create less contact. The menus are now paper so they can be thrown away to further reduce risk of passing germs.
