Food and timing were great. Salad bar was busy and running low on few items. Service was great! -Please bring back the Ham in the salad bar!

Personal hygiene is a must in food service. Last time I went in I waited 10 minutes before I was seated. I was pissed! Tired, hungry I waited. FINALLY she walked over and asked how many. I said just myself. She took me all the way to the back with a Menu, said she'd be right back. Another 15 minutes later ( she was up grabbing with employees as I saw), I was pissed and walked out, went to Applebee's. F the dumb shit. Shitty service! read more

First off I want to say the pizza was Amazing. The reason I only gave three stars is because the salad bar was disgusting. Food strung all over it and there was dressing all over the handles of the ladles. I'd like to pass it off as a busy Friday but it wasn't busy. I called to place a to go order. The lady that answered the phone didn't know what a 7.99 pick up was (as per their website) so she had to transfer me to someone else by the name of "Nathan". I asked for the $5 line up specifically an 8 pc. wing and 1 topping medium pizza. I was told as of yesterday, they no longer offered these certain items in the $5 line up. So I ordered them separately? I added a 7.99 pick up (lg. 3 topping) and an order of cheese sticks. Our total price was $52.00 (YIKES). I was not willing to pay $52 for supper (2 people) when it was our intention to get a couple of their 'special' deals, so I thanked him and ended the call. We got to thinking about this change effective yesterday, and called another Pizza hut to inquire about the$5 line up. We can get the items we originally wanted, but the price is now $6. That seemed very reasonable, so we called Columbia City back, and placed the order. The lady that took our call was professional, helpful, accommodating (didn't have to go get permission to put an extra cup of honey bbq sauce in lieu of ranch) and knew her menu well (wish I got her name, she deserves a raise). I opted to not get anything to eat, so the price would have gone down by 7.99. Our total was less than $20. The moral of this story is this...... always ask, and if something doesn't seem right, then find out why. We should not have had to call another city's Pizza Hut, when this local Hut had people that knew the correct answers! (Thankfully) I know it's incredibly difficult to find people willing to work, and understand their products and services, but that would have been helpful for the first two people we spoke with. While they were kind and considerate, a bit of training on recent changes would have been so helpful. We are satisfied, but it took a lot of work on our part to get to this point!!! It has great staff but the inside needs to be remodeled it's dark and really bland. Not a great place for a get together.

The best service and the friendliest wait staff I've ever seen in a chain. The buffet is kept fresh and the made-to-order pizzas are great.

I don't even know where to begin.... the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Has that feel of a dimly lit dining room designed perfectly for that homey feel. Really disappointed in Huntingtons pizza hut! The delivery is usually wrong. The pizzas are either burnt or the crust falls apart. This isn't how pizza hut should be and really I hate to say but huntington has the worst pizza hut I have ever eaten. I don't suggest this place at all! read more

it's ok place now, when i first move to columbia city in 06 it was great the wing bar use to have so much stuff like everything you can think of, now it's hardly anything and place is dirty chairs are sticky and what not so ya 3 star for me read more
