Ordered takeout as I'm not a fan of the ambiance. I ordered a crispy buffalo chicken wrap and my husband got wings. It was ready quick and the service was friendly, but the wrap was pretty bad, and it seems like it would be hard to mess it up? The chicken inside was dry without hardly any buffalo sauce, the blue cheese was only on one half of the wrap, and the tortilla was folded so badly it made me laugh when I saw it. Maybe it was a first-timer making it? When I mentioned how bad the dry half of my wrap was, my husband said his wings were "meh." And we paid $35+. read more

This is a very family friendly place to eat. Your food comes on a paper lined plastic basket. We sat right away and were greeted by the friendly server who brought us our waters with lemon. As visitors to the area it took some time to inspect the menu. A number of guests entered but she came back to check on us. She gave suggestions I am on a keto diet. I ordered the make your own burger and asked for it with no bun, onions, mushrooms and Swiss cheese. I chose the veggies for a side. I got all I asked for but on a bun. Hubby ordered wings and they were a little too crisp. Over all I'd come again if I were close. We debated going to Applebee's but I'm glad we tried local. read more

Passing through town and found this causal lunch place on Yelp. Classic wing joint; bright, vibrant atmosphere with sports on the tv's. Service was great and really liked their wings! Tried the TNT sauce...if you like hot and black pepper (I do), you can't go wrong! read more

we ordered all flat wings to go...we got a mix of mostly drummies, we said we wanted flats with much explication. Got home and had what we had. Went here based on the recommendation of a friend who lives in Huntington. Service speed was about average, not terribly slow as others have said. Fried pickle spears were excellent. Loved that you can get boneless wings for the same price as boned. Sauces were just okay. Nothing too great. Also wasn't a fan of how they just dripped sauce onto wings instead of spinning the wings in the sauce as other restaurants do. Does have some nice drink specials, but was sad that they didn't have any local Indiana beers. read more

I love that wings etc gives honor students free food coupons. Tuesdays all the games are free for kids to play so if you don't enjoy having a bunch of kids around avoid Tuesdays. The food is decent it's nothing spectacular and some of the items are a tad pricy for the type of food. Servers are always nice and I've never had to wait too long for my food. read more

I can't think of a time when my meal was so poorly ordered like it was last night. I didn't order anything complicated at all and I'm still lost as to why it was so incorrect. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap adding onions and pickles, with an extra side of mac and cheese. I received a small chicken wrap with no onions or pickles, no buffalo sauce and mac and cheese no fries. I told her my issue and she tried to say what I said was wrong. My daughter ordered a kids meal with fries and got no fries!! She kept blaming it on the way I ordered our meals. She also "assumed" I wanted something when I clearly said the opposite. read more

I've put this out there before. I've been to Wings Etc. twice, both times was a great disappointment to say the least. The first time I had wings with a BBQ sauce which turned out to be more grease than sauce. By the time I stopped eating, I didn't finish, the sauce/grease was dripping through the paper on to the basket, It was just gross. The second time I went, to give them another chance. I ordered a drink, which was hard to screw up, fries and a burger. I had my fries then eating my burger, about half way through, I bit into what thought was the burger wrapper turned out to be the waxed paper that is in between the burgers to keep them separated before cooking. I was done, I couldn't finish because I lost my appetite. How in the world can anyone cook a burger and not notice there is waxed paper still on the burger? I'll NEVER eat there again. I was contacted by a manager willing to make it right, but I declined. I give them two chances and they failed both times. I'm not hard to please, but when you can't get right two out of two times you don't get a third chance. read more

I've been to the Wings Etc. twice., on Maysville Rd in Fort Wayne, and both times it was bad. Sooo...needless to say, I had low expectations for this place. I came with high hopes and confidence that this one would be better. It was actually worse. We came on a Friday night, and there was no host/hostess. They said "just sit anywhere." Someone greeted us right away, then someone else came up and asked if anyone had helped us. We watched this several times with other tables. It seemed to be mass confusion with who had which tables. I overheard them telling tables they were short-handed, which always irritates me that servers have to make excuses for bad management. The server took forever to come back and take our order. Then, after it had been a long time to get our food, he came over to tell us they are re-making our food because they dropped it on the floor. When the food finally did arrive, I had 1/2 bbq and 1/2 buffalo medium wings. The bbq ones looked like they just poured sauce into the basket, instead of tossing the wings in sauce. The buffalo ones looked like they spilled a little buffalo sauce on them...I actually thought they hadn't put sauce on at all. I had to flag down my server to tell him the problem, since he never checked back on us. He said, oh they probably gave you mild. He brought me a side of medium buffalo, so I could have some sauce on the wings. The sauce was supposed to be medium, but had zero kick to it at all. They took 25% off the bill, but whoop-a-dee-doo...it wasn't enough to make me ever want to go back there. Never saw a manager anywhere. A VERY POORLY MANAGED RESTAURANT!!! read more

I go to Wings Etc. frequently for a schooner and food on the weekends, and occasionally through the week as well for lunch. I've never had a bad experience whether I've sat on the bar side or the family side. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Plenty of TVs. Good atmosphere. read more

Thus far, we have been unimpressed with Wings, Etc. The food is not great, the prices are too high for the quality, and the service is just okay. The bright spot is that they have lots of big screen TVs with a good assortment of sports channels. We will go there if there is no other way to watch our favorite college teams. read more
