I've always liked Wendy's. Their burgers are always good and not dried out like some other burger chains produce. Also I've never gotten sick or food poisoning unlike those other places which I won't mention that are cooked on golden arches or flames. But as a delivery person working for a somewhat crooked company who thinks they're doesn't stink I do have a problem. Cup holders for 2 drinks or more is a necessity no matter what the size or combo was ordered. Being told that cup holders don't come with that particular single cup combo is bs. They ordered more than one so cup holders are mandatory. Have you ever tried to keep sodas from falling over and paying attention to your driving at the same time? You stick with flipping burgers and let us delivery drivers do our jobs. The next one who says I can't get a cup holder or a double cup holder I'm unasigning due to safety issues. I'm not wrecking a 60 k car for a stupid $2 soda. read more

My Hubby and I did carry-out here. The burgers were fresh and very flavorful. The lettuce was neatly folded on the burgers and you could tell that whoever made our food really took pride in what they were doing. Hubby said the staff were very friendly, too. Nicely done, Wendy's!! read more

First I order through the app and when we get there through the drive-thru we are told they are not taking anyone by that means. We have to come in. Look I understand about keeping times down but that is ridiculous. I have a hard time walking and they were told that, still had to go in. My wife had to go in and had to wait on a mobile order. When she got it finally after 15 minutes we were given the WRONG order. She had to go back in, waiting another 10 minutes. read more

My son and I love Wendy's, they were the best ever, but lately we can't seem to get the order we are placing. My son is selective on what he likes, but it was to be a treat for graduation of the 3rd grade treat. Well, his order was messed up. May I advise a touch screen or something that will make it the way one ordered it. He was sad, but scraped all the mayo and cheese off to be able to try to enjoy his celebration. Just do better, money is tight, people really don't have time or energy to do this stuff, but when your child begs you for his favorite burger, it is hard to deny. Just please pay attention. Everytime I go to this wendys its always something wrong with my order. I order the same thing everytime I go. A 4f4. How can you get it wrong everytime? It's either I dont get my fries, I get the wrong size, and I may not even get my sauce. Do better. We had an impatient male taking our order. Constantly asking us to order when we were ready, after already letting him know we would. Then, kept cutting us off during the ordering process. Told us they didn't have vanilla frosty's. They only had chocolate. Which was fine. So, I ordered a Dr. Pepper with my meal, instead. Got a kids meal with a chocolate milk, and ranch sauce. Got to the second window after paying, to find out they didn't have chocolate milk. Didn't have fries that were needed in my bag, with one of the combos. Along with, no Ranch sauce. I asked about getting ranch, after sitting to wait on the food that was missing, etc. to find out they were out of that, as well. I wouldn't have ordered, and payed, if I knew it was going to be such poor service, from what seemed like the manager there. (I've been a manager before. That is not great customer service At All!!!) The guy that came to the vehicle was very polite. He also got everything needed, with no issues. I asked his name due to this, because he deserves the position the manager has. Completely different costumer service. Outstanding CAMERON!!! I hope you get a raise!!! I wish I would've caught the managers name so I would know what name to put on here as well for poor customer service. Hopefully, he can start treating his customers better!!! read more

I guess the drive through cashier was too busy FaceTiming her friend to pay attention to what I actually ordered because it was certainly not correct. Ordered a Bacon Pub burger. Requested that it be a double, no crispy onions and no pickle. I get to the window, no greeting, just my total. The cashier who took my order wasn't even trying to hide her phone from under the ordering monitor and clear as day, was video chatting with another female. hardly paying the customer any attention what so ever. I got home and the fries were stale as hell and not a large like I requested. Burger was only a single, with crispy onions and pickles... when specifically telling them not to put those items on the burger. I went to check my receipt to realize... they didn't even bother giving me one. And they want $15 an hour... the wages match the effort. read more

Horrible service. The employees were very rude to me. We got there 10 minutes till close, there were some people ahead of us in line who were helped ordered food in and got their stuff. When we came in behind them nobody answered from the speaker and we waited and finally we pulled up to the windowwhen we got in the window we were told they were done for the night even though they didn't close for another five or six minutes. I asked them why and the lady was rude and told me that the system was down and that it would be back up in about 10 minutes. And I said but in 10 minutes y'all will be closed. Must be pretty convenient. I told her that I would call corporate and maybe they might be able to do something about their system to fix it. And she was very sarcastic and told me good luck. If I could give a ZERO in the rating at this Wendy's I would; The service there is always slow and poor, and God forbid if there are two cars in the drive thru and three customers inside you will never get your order. The management act as if they don't know what to do; they get confused and lost and it makes everybody else get lost. I love Wendy's Frosty, Chili and the Baconator Burgers and other items but the service at Beach Blvd Wendy's by Edgewater Mall ........ Y'ALL REALLY SUCKS THE BIG ONE! Solidly regular quality Wendy's, but the service is a little bit slow. I think they must have a really high turnover rate for some reason, because there seems to always be a new employee getting trained up and overwhelmed by orders. read more
