something needs to be down starting with management down. last 3 times ive been I waited over 5 minutes to have my order taken, only person in line each time, after I paid 15 minutes to just get the food. all the kids and the fat black manger were absolutely rude. whoever the franchise owner is should really be disappointed and disgusted with the quality of service that's being pushed out. guess thats what they want if they only care about the money. read more

The employees at this Wendy's, manager included, would not take our order! They stood around doing nothing unless a door dasher came in. They looked at us but never acknowledged us. We finally walked out and they have lost our business. I've already contacted corporate and plan on placing this on every social media platform and other review sites! Can I give zero stars? 6:30pm only two customers in the place counting myself. Every table in the place is dirty. No ice in dispenser, no ketchup in dispenser. Floors are filthy. Trash cans are full. Management no where to be found . Clean this dump up. Owners and management should be ashamed. read more

Food was hot and fresh, order was correct and I didn't even have to wait very long so yes I was impressed.

This was the worst food service we have ever had. Visit was on Friday night 2/25/22 my grilled chicken sandwich that my husband drove home with was burnt black on one side totally inedible it tasted burnt and horrible of course I was so hungry that I bit into it before actually looking at it. The fries tasted like they were old and had gotten deep fried twice like potato sticks. My husbands expensive double burger was perfect though. We won't be eating here ever again! I will let others know how horrible it was for the money we paid out. Would definitely not recommend!!! read more

The food is good for the most part but they can't get my order right. I ordered an Italian mozzarella chicken sandwich and the gave me a burger! The food is also really overpriced for the quality of it, if you're gonna make a $10 burger at least make it worth the $10! The service after was good and they handled it accordingly. read more

This is the best Wendy's I've had in 15 or 20 years. I saw the positive comments and was leery, especially because it wasn't busy when I went (that's a bad sign for a Wendy's). The fries were amazing, like as good as they were when I was a kid. Really fresh not greasy, right amount of salt. And the burger....wow! The meat quality was great, the break wasn't soggy, the sauce was right and the ingredients fresh. I will always stop here when I travel. read more

I had the crispy chicken sandwich combo and it was probably the best Wendy's sandwich I've ever eaten. It was crispy, hot, moist and great flavor. I customized the sandwich and it was delivered exactly right. My fries were hot, as well. Restaurant and restrooms were very clean. I will definitely be back. read more

App says the dining room is open; it is not. One of the people filling drive thru orders had her mask around her chin, not covering her nose and mouth at all, and allowing her to breathe all over the food. That really makes me feel safe read more

You can't get any more incompetent than at this Wendy's. Every single to go order is messed up. But it was this last one that made me give a review. Ordered a chicken sandwich. Got it home and it has lettuce, tomato, and sauce.....no chicken. Who makes a chicken sandwich and closes it up and wrapped it and forget the chicken?! Lazy staff and management. Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. I had the new fresh mozzarella cheese salad & my husband had the crispy chicken sandwich with fries. Sandwich was flavorful & fries were good but the salad was really tasty. I'll get it again if it's available. The restaurant was cleaner then most fast food places, bathroom too. Staff kept floors swept & tables wiped. For as many people as there were the place was pretty quiet. The employees were friendly. We had to wait a couple of minutes for them to catch up with current orders but it wasn't a long wait & the lady behind the counter explained what was happening, which helped. It was lunchtime so we expected we'd have a wait. We'll visit them again. read more

Best Wendy's I've ever been to!! To start off the cashier was extremely nice and friendly, she also gave me a discount that I didn't even ask for. While I was waiting for my food, it took the typical 4-5 minutes to make which is pretty good for an average sized order, but the cashier also offered me water while I waited for my food. The burgers were fresh, everything was delicious. I just had a really negative experience at our local Wendy's. After placing our order (which I will have to admit was not very organized on our part) I rolled up to the window to see the employee making our drinks. After dispensing the ice she proceeded to put her index finger into my cup all the way to the middle joint, as a means to pick up the cup. At first I was going to tell myself it didn't happen and accept the drink. But then I saw her long yellow and somewhat dirty looking fingernails. I just couldn't do it. Coincidentally, at that same moment the manager happened to walk close the window where I could first apologize for being a pain when ordering, then tell her what happened and request a new drink. She said she understood and asked the employee to make me a new drink. The employee asked me "why" but neither myself nor the manager answered her. I didn't want to embarrass her or hurt her feelings. The manager just asked her again to make me a new drink "please". The employee began making my drink and again put her finger way into my cup after dispensing the ice. I blurted out "she did it again!" to which the manager went off irately to me saying twice "I was going to tell her...you just need to hold on ma'am and give me time to tell her!" I couldn't see the manager from where I was sitting so I had no way of knowing she was there, and I can't read minds to know what the manager's plan was. She tore into me like I had attacked her or something. So in an attempt to diffuse the situation I again apologized and thanked the employee for remaking my drink. Just before I received my food and final drink remake, a man that was dressed like upper management passed by the manager, the drink employee and the window. He must have been there the whole time and didn't even stop to address the situation or apologize for how unprofessionally the manager responded. I am now highly offended at the staff at the local Wendy's. Not at the lady filling the drinks because she obviously was not aware she was doing something unsanitary (sticking her fingers in the drinks and handling the cash, cards and register) but at the management for their poor customer service and for ignoring a situation that should have been acknowledged. I won't be patronizing our local Wendy's for a very long time if ever. read more

Ordered #1 no cheese w/ medium drink. Received grease soaked fries a cheese burger and a medium drink by a rude drive thru employee. Fries were literally limp and grease soaked I hate cheese. The only thing they managed to get right was my drink smh read more

They cannot get an order right. I stopped by to get a salad and a plain chicken sandwich with cheese. Got a chicken sandwich with everything on it except cheese. Did not get a receipt so I hope they did not charge me extra plus I cannot to a survey because no receipt with a store number. read more

I have been to so many differ Wendy's from up north and back and I have to say, this is the best Wendy's around. There food is always fresh. They have a few hiccups here and there but who doesn't. read more
