We call this location the "mystery sonic". We can order cheese fries but get a chili cheese dog. Order a milkshake but SURPRISE, they didn't blend it. Mouth dry? Come on down to the mystery sonic and order yourself a sprite just to get a cup full of ice with a little unsweetened tea in it. Long day at work? No worries, come order you and the family a few burgers but end up with something else. Went through the drive through at 8:40 this evening, Saturday, October 9th. Ordered two large Sonic Blasts. One owns the Reese's with Xtra Reeses, the second was a Butterfinger, also with Xtra Butterfingers. I even paid for the Xtra Reese and Butterfinger. Got home and the only Butterfingers and Reeses was the normal amount sprinkled on top! The rest of the entire Sonic Blast was just ice cream, all the way to the bottom! What a total disappointment! Spent over $14, and for what? Two cups of ice cream! This Sonic totally misses the mark in over half the orders that I have received! If there was one closer, I would avoid this one!!! read more

The burgers are consistently bad at best. Sloppy and careless construction. Past their prime pre-cooked patties are a norm at any time of day. But fret not, the mozzarella sticks are always great. read more

I've tried Sonic 3 different times in my life and I have regretted it every time. I was really trying to give them a chance by coming back and ordering different things. First of all it is not cheap at all. It was over $16 for me and my BF's lunch. I got a chicken sand which. The bread was very soggy, there was very little lettuce on it, the onion rings are obviously fried in the same oil as something very sweet which didn't taste right. My BF agreed he was very unsatisfied with the food. He too felt like he just threw money away. We had a couple bites, threw away the rest and just went without a meal. I NEVER complain. I was in customer service for years, so I hate complaining. But omg, the employees at this sonic have been consistently rude over the course of several months. It's ridiculous. When they take your order, when I called on the phone once to ask a menu question, they're so rude. Answering the intercom it was like they were incensed to be having to answer and take an order. I won't be returning to Sonic after my experience tonight. After work I had meet up with a co-worker to grab a drink and talk. After ordering my food I went and sat in his car. it was around 10pm and there were about seven other cars their and was slow. He was parked in lane one and I was parked in lane two. After about 15 minutes a worker came out and left a note on my car threatening to tow my car signed by the manager. I tapped on my coworkers car window to grab her attention and ask her what the issue was. She said I couldn't leave the car unattained, which I understand. I explained that I had ordered food and would have been in my car eating my food their anyways if I were by myself. I was still asked to leave and she got my license plate number. I understand why they wouldn't want cars left their, especially if they were busy and had no open lanes, but we both had ordered food and hadn't been there for more than 15 minutes. It wasn't busy and no cars were having to search for an open lane. I don't want to be rude, but the whole situation was uncalled for and has rubbed me the wrong way. read more

This place has been a hot or miss lately. With the price of the food they need to make sure it is worth paying. I love the snacks they added on the happy hour but if I don't make it for happy hour my family doesn't go.
