The second visit I tried the traditional grilled chicken sandwich. It was very tender, but lacked flavor. Also, the lettuce was hot and soggy. Would probably be better with crisp lettuce leaves. The side of potato soup was delicious! I'll try them again, but will try something totally different. My service was great with pleasant chat by the staff.

So I waited several more minutes till she completed the phone order. I was expecting a light hearted 'sorry that took so long', but instead she excused herself and went to the kitchen. After 2-3 more minutes, she came back to the counter and took our order. After that she left out the takeout door and never returned. We ordered pizza, which was delivered promptly and hot. The food quality was good, but we had to go to the kitchen to get utensils, and when we were leaving had to go to the counter and get our own to go box. This was Sunday afternoon about 3:30. Obviously the shift is in need of a good manager to teach customer service.

Good size portions. Large variety of Chicken choices,sauces and side options. I had the new pasta salad as a side it was good. Friendly service at the counter and I like the coke machine in the dining room where I can change my drink choice if I want to. Food was hot and fresh tasting. Sheldon the manager likes to pick on 16 year old kids. Pushing his size and age around to scare them. Zaxbys needs to watch who they choose to be a boss of teenagers. A supervisor is suppose to lead not bully. For most of these kids it's their first job and there excited to be there. Were I'm from we call people like him cowards. read more
