I had a babysitter and took the afternoon off from work to get this done. I called the number and a person told me someone would call me back. A person named Clara called to tell me no one would be there. I said to Clara I wanted the service for free since I would have to do it on another day... babysitter and possibly take time from work again. She hung up on me!
