While I was already on my way, I was suddenly told the order was being refunded because they only allow in-store pickup. This makes no sense because the system sent me a pickup confirmation and I was instructed to come in. The lack of communication wasted my time and caused unnecessary inconvenience. Customers should not be told an order is ready and then have it canceled while they are on the way.

There's a need for road comprehension and reconditioning here in Brooklyn on Ocean Avenue. What I…read morefind to be quite peculiar is that Coney Island Ave, running just three blocks parallel -- doesn't suffer from most of these boneheaded road fumbles. Perhaps it wasn't in the DMVs playbook and nobody wanted to tell you, well, I'm here to tell you. Open those eyes, scan front and back on occasion -- flashing lights approaching? Move away from the lane that said flashing lights is bearing down upon you within. Maybe it's a coffee run, maybe granny is about to kick the bucket -- whatever the case, know how to move forward, to the side, anything but freeze in complete panic as emergency vehicles run this strip all day -- I can't speak for the night tho, it's gotta be worse. The Jewish people are not the world's greatest drivers so I am pointing the guilty end of the pointer at they, them and theirs. For such a smart people, the flat and straight road should be an easy go -- but it aint, it's anything but. Those are the drivers, here is the road. Three well marked lanes although a bit narrow with a hungry grumpy passenger side curb that'll take a bite or take a swipe at your rubber if you veer too close, you can feel their cement snarls. And above that hazzard is the pretty swaying low hanging trees that will tickle your high top roof and swat at your antenna bending it like a backwards 'C' -- followed by the full force "thwaaaang" release, hence, large vehicles stay left. But the absolute worst part of driving this beautifully and fictitiously named avenue (where's the ocean anyway?) is the I'll fated traffic light synchronizer, a true momentum killer. If your not Mario Andretti in a Formula 1 racecar, you'll chug along -- make one light, wait at the next, make one light and wait at the next. I'm watching little kids on 2 wheeled scooters passing me on the sidewalk like I'm standing still. I might abandon the new rig and join their merry band of light free bobbers and weevers because it looks like so much fun.

Do not use this driving school. They are unreliable and very unprofessional.

BUREAUCRATIC NIGHTMARE. IMPOSSIBLE TO FILE, IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY…read more The Contact Center is unreachable. Emma chatbot is useless. The phone system is a maze designed to prevent human contact. No email support. No accountability. I attempted to file my visa online as USCIS encourages. Their system requires an "Online Access Code" that was never provided to me. I submitted a service request asking for the code. USCIS response: "We are not able to provide the information you have requested. It is not clear that you are the applicant." I AM THE APPLICANT, The beneficiary. MY immigration case. MY visa. MY legal status. I submitted proof of being the applicant along with passport and details. And USCIS tells me they cannot confirm I have "any action pending" - while I'm holding their own notice with my name on it. Their response literally says "This mailbox is not monitored for incoming messages. Please do not reply." So I cannot file online because they never sent me access codes. I cannot get help because they claim they cannot verify I am myself. I cannot reply to their message. And when I mailed my response via FedEx, their building was marked "closed" by the carrier even though federal offices operate normal business hours. USCIS collects $2,840 in fees (filing + fraud prevention + premium processing) then makes it impossible to actually complete filings. They create bureaucratic obstacles at every step, provide no support when issues arise, and hide behind Privacy Act excuses when you try to resolve problems with YOUR OWN CASE. This agency serves no one. They collect fees, create obstacles, and blame applicants for systemic failures.
