This is a review for the DMV here, not the JUDGES. Everyone knows that you CANT fight a staten island ticket. They WILL convict you no matter what. Corruption at its finest my friends! However This DMV is awesome. I've never spent more than 30 minutes here, even when its busy. Come with all your forms filled out, and you will save everyone a headache. We have internet people!!!!....USE IT. Lots of windows, the people work fast and don't give you a hard time as long as youre not retarded. Come here unprepared and ask alot of dumb questions, and you will be here forever. For DMVs, this is AS GOOD AS IT WILL EVER GET read more

I really can't complain to much ESP from experiencing DMV downtown Atlantic Ave. this one is a walk in the park compared to that place Everything is super fast and convenient. I love my email reminder notifications to renew my registration. You can also come in an do it on their computer as well. Everything is pretty much a smooth ride here an if it's not than just be patient there pretty understand here if your in a rush. read more

Completely corrupt judges! The judges here are completely surly and totally in bed with the cops. They are very sarcastic and never reduce charges or let people go when they're fighting their tickets. Google it and you'll see that Staten Island convicts over 80 percent of the people that try to fight their tickets. Doesn't sound like due process to me. read more

Came directly here after a terrible experience at Atlantic DMV in Brooklyn. I was able to make a same day reservation for 1:30pm. I arrived at Richmond DMV at 1:10pm, checked-in and had my number called immediately. The lady who attended me was very pleasant and sweet. I was out of there in 20mins! Stress-Free DMV! read more

I spent yesterday morning at the DMV trying to get new license plates for my car. The DMV on Coney Island Avenue is. But there are other places that can provide many if not all of the same services - private offices that have been authorized by NY state to help you out. The one on Ralph Avenue at the AAA office provided an oasis of calm where changed a car registration and got new plates.
