Raw Hamburger, flies buzzing around the soda machine and in the dining area. Bicycles parked in front of the garbage cans and an old smelly restaurant odor. Service was ok. I will never go back there again. Very disappointing and disgusting. read more

Got the $8 two burgers with fries and a drink. Very small burgers with 1/8" thick patty with no meat flavor. Tasted like a bread sandwich. No flavor at all! Not worth $1, definitely not worth $8. Awful!! read more

I literally stood in Wendy's for 20 minutes after my order was placed due to the front counter employee being under trained.... Didn't give me my drink, and not one person was willing to help him. The food was done... I couldn't stand to wait any longer watching the person struggle though trying to take someone's order and no one helping him get the completed orders out. I walked out with no food that I paid for because I it would have been cold by the time someone actually handed it to me. I recommend driving to mount Vernon if you really want Wendy's. The failure to train and assist employees was infuriating. Do not go here. read more

idk if all the employees are back there doing fent or sucking each other off, but ive NEVER in my life had to pay so much for FAST food and have to wait 20-30 minutes just for them to SHIFT CHANGE so they can take my order at the drive through. had people honking and cussing at me, and i couldnt do anything. the drive through workers are always so rude and uninviting with their monotone depressed voices. genuinely all of those workers need to be fired and replaced ASAP. read more

I am not one to review fast food joints, but this is just unbelievable. I spent over 30 minutes in the drive thru behind 7 cars waiting to just order stuck in a line I couldn't escape! If you cannot succeed in fast food, I pray you're able to turn your life around. read more

There frostys are absolutely horrible, every time I try and give them a chance the frosty is melted by the time you leave the drive way. Basically chocolate milk. You spend way to long in the drive through. been inside where workers are just looking around telling us to hold on and not taking orders. fries never taste fully cooked. The fries are great if they're hot but they rarely are. That's every Wendy's not just this one. I always ask them to make sure they're hot. If I ever forget, I get lukewarm fries. Also the hours are very unpredictable but let's blame COVID for that. read more

This placed fired my friend because she had to take her medication. The on-duty manager bullied her & made her cry. They don't treat you like a person here. Not to mention, the place is outdated & gross. Lots of druggies & sketchy people hanging around. The quality of the food is poor. They use old meat & fries. They also don't wear gloves while dropping the chicken. They also talk shit about all the customers & don't care about them at all. They have two entrances to their drive through which make it impossible to get your food. They are in a very busy area and do not have nearly enough staff working there. I would rather eat McDonald's which is sad. read more

I spent 20 minutes earlier today trying to download the app to my phone and get it up and running what an absolute joke. I finally deleted it it wasn't worth the hassle I was hoping it would have some discount deals on it similar to the McDonald's app which has great deals every day. Not to mention was a snap to download onto my phone took like two minutes. But I still stopped at the drive-thru hoping to grab a deal off the dollar menu because that's all I really think fast food is good for is the cheap burgers and stuff. There cheapest small cheeseburger was $1.41 after tax called a Junior cheeseburger or something. It was a complete waste of my time. I ate the sandwich in 4 bites. I could not believe the super small size of it. I could've use my McDonald's app for a full-size double cheeseburger right across the street for one dollar. That would've been twice as big of a sandwich 2 hamburger patties and 40% less cost. read more

This Wendy's is always extremely slow. They hate serving breakfast. If you come to this location during breakfast times They make you pay by waiting in the drive through for 30 minutes. I hope the owner of this establishment sees this and does something about there employees hating their jobs. Very poorly run FAST food establishment, with the emphasis on "fast". I've given this place a few opportunities to show me they can get things right, but alas the service is sooo slow! Wait time to order is 10+ minutes. Plan on waiting another 10 minutes to receive your food...and it won't be hot either. Tables don't get cleaned regularly. Restrooms are missing necessities like soap and toilet paper. Floor is sticky. Workers seem to be struggling, perhaps more employees need to be scheduled at each shift to get the work done faster?? read more

Sensational people watching, we stopped for a Friday night snack on a road trip up north, my gf had a ceasar salad fries and a freeze, I got a Monterey Jack Chicken Sandwich ($1) fries and spicy chicken nuggets. The food was solid and the service was good, the sandwich I had was really cheesy which was a good thing I guess (not quite tillamook cheese but it was good!) Getting real sick of y'all's night crew. Never salt on the damn fries and more than not do I end up with the wrong order. Tonight, the MANAGER took our order and he couldn't even get it right. I order the exact same tbing every time and it's a very simple order. Crispy Chicken 4 for 4 and half the time get a BLT even after the order is said back to me. I give Wendy's 2 stars not because of service or wait times. This is a direct result of the fact that I have not been able to use their restroom when I am there. This Is the number one choice for local homeless and drug addicts to come shoot up, clean up, etc. If you are able to use the restroom you may find needles, dirty underwear and clothes, and many other odd things. I spoke with manager after calling corporate. She says she does her best if she knows there is a problem. I say her best is not good enough. Time for a new plan Stan. If it isn't working fix it. My suggestion, locks on doors, key for customers only. She said she would let her boss know about my ideas. If it's been going on for years how can you say you don't know about it.
