I don't know what it is about this place that makes you feel good. It's just positive vibes. I had the roasted garlic burger and my husband had Bacon n' blue burger. Both were very good! Our daughter had the chicken strips that were cooked to perfection. Very friendly service as well! They've even got outdoor seating with a bar for when the weather warms up. Service was great, we sat at a table in the bar area, bartender was very attentive, got us drinks real quick and menus. Food was only about 10-15 minutes, we had a club sandwiche, a crispy chicken sandwich and waffle fries - everything was fresh and well put together - fries were hot and crisp and their tartar sauce as really good. it was about 3pm on a Saturday, there were a few people in the bar/restaurant, and a few people outside, maybe 20 people total, but as we were leaving, it started to get busier - I bet it's a real fun place to hang out on a Saturday night. read more

When I went to close out they couldn't find my card. After multiple attempts to get it back and also triple checking my belongings, they still wouldn't give my card back. This place used to be the Stump. Free parking can be found in the parking lot. Discover is an accepted form of payment. Jamestown offers indoor and outdoor seating. There is also a large poker room. Jamestown offers a full bar and a nice selection of local craft beer. During our visit, we chose to sit outside where there is ample covered seating to be found. There were young children seated outside; however I didn't see any children seated inside. My wife and I had a couple local pounders of beer for $6 each. Schooner's are also available for $3.50 each. My wife had the Chicken Burger for $12.99 + $2 up-charge for Tots. I had the Clubhouse Sandwich for $13.99 + $2 up-charge for a small Salad. We both enjoyed our lunch choices. Staff members were friendly and all were following Covid19 guidelines correctly. Overall, food is a bit spendier than what one would expect for a saloon; however, portions are on point for the price point. I like the fact that schooner's can be provided upon request. I give this place 5 stars because it checked all the boxes of what we were looking for in a place to stop for food and a laid-back bar restaurant vibe. We stopped here on the way down from the Skagit Wiley Slough area because we wanted to find a good place to eat that was also dog friendly. This is obviously a neighborhood watering hole and they treated us guests with friendly, neighborly service all the same. It took us a minute to figure out that we could seat ourselves. There were only a couple of service staff covering the whole restaurant, bar and poker room but our server was very attentive and efficient with bringing out our food, refilling our sodas and also saying hi to the puppers. :) The food was tasty and definitely filling, just can't argue with good burger. By 7:45, a waitress who had only ly been working there for 3 months, said host was on their way. By 8 still nothing, and we were told the host was a friend of the owners. My husband and I met our friends there for lunch as we have never eaten there. I ordered the steak and mashed potatoes and my husband ordered a burger dip. The other couple that was with us ordered the exact same thing . We got our food and I was expecting mashed potatoes as that was what I asked for and Instead I got an old, brown inside and slimy baked potato that was not edible despite asking for cheese to help smother the taste. The steak was ok for bar food. Comparable to an Applebee's steak. My husband gave me some of his fries since the baked potato was inedible and their fries were good. I wish I was asked instead of substituting mashed potatoes with a nasty old brown baked potato. The service was slow and my friends beer was funky and she sent it back. I won't be eating there again. Maybe it was an off day for the staff but if a product was not made and there are other options please ask the customer before slapping something on their plate that they didn't ask for. But we sat close enough to the bar to be seen and made eye contact and got no greeting, (2) waitresses both looked at us but no acknowledgment. Took 10/15 minutes to get our drinks. We finished them and no one came back to refill or to take our food order. A lot of yelling between kitchen staff, waitresses and customers. Waitresses were too busy talking to friends. We cashed out and left. Super disappointing. Going to Rocket Alley Bar and Grill since they have way better service- I suggest you go there too. read more

We placed our order and drove up and the gentleman came out and greeted us and offered us free drinks while we waited for our food. The food came out piping hot and delicious. Food is never as good once you get it home, but we could tell what it was like fresh off the grill well enough to leave a 1st review. Had fish, onion rings, ribeye steak, salad and garlic fries. All were good! Steak was seasoned well and cooked to the medium rare as ordered...hard to do with thin steak. Onion rings are fresh and beer battered, fries are handcut and seasoned well. Dinner salad has lots of ingredients besides lettuce, and the fish had just the right amount of crispy batter. The other really awesome things are the homemade tarter sauce and blue cheese dressing Can't wait for them to be open for dining and drinking...really excited about the patio/beer garden out back that will have a stage and be dog-friendly! Undiscovered gem in Arlington! Was so excited to finally give this new restaurant a try. Our first time dining here was a pleasant surprise. We weren't expecting anything more than "bar food" but it was much more elevated. A delicious, juicy burger loaded with flavor, a chef special of Cajun meat pies. The meat pies were flaky and savory. Hand cut Cajun fries with the burger were fried just right. The place is a little noisy, but nothing you wouldn't expect at a fun filled bar. The drinks were good and the management staff was friendly. Service wasn't super fast, but that may be just due to getting back into the swing of things after COVID shutdowns.
