My daughter got a regular burger but with a bean vegetarian patty. We were going to split a basket of ranch seasoned fires. These were big overloaded burgers. Mine had beef bacon, American cheese, pepper jack cheese, nacho cheese, hot sauce and crushed Doritos. Also lettuce, hot sauce and more. It was a big bite and a lot going on. Really good but maybe a little too many flavors. She liked hers too. The fries tasted a lot like KFC 11 herbs and spices fries. That's a good thing. The only down side was the high price and the drink selection in a cooler. A soda fountain would be appreciated. 4.3 rounds to 4. I'd go back.

The foundation for a good meal here is a frita - a fried patty with bread and toppings like an egg and/or tropical slaw and shoestring French fries. The batido - complements the meal so well and is essentially a smooth fruity fresh smoothie. From flavors like passion fruit to coconut cream to hibiscus, the lean more sweet than fresh fruit but make for a good refreshing drink for after a long day! The fritas are SO good with the tropical slaw! This will be my new spot in A2!!! One note: the way food is delivered to tables is by shouting out the name which can be impossible to hear for yours when it's extremely packed (which is usually the case). Otherwise, the space has good seating both indoors and outdoors.

I was in the neighborhood as I was conducting some business at the University of Michigan. It's pretty much a very small old house converted into an ordering counter and kitchen behind. When you come in, you are expected to have your order ready to spit out without any hesitation or you get cursed and screamed at by the person at the counter. I had read that this was their modus operandi so I wasn't shocked! The burger was cooked on a flat top that was well loved. As I really wasn't sure of the condiments they offered. I just told them to load it up. My Burger came with a nice toasted bun-it had a freshly made burger, lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise. It was very tasty. Krazy Jim doesn't do any advertising, but there were an abundance of college students waiting in line to order their burger. It feels to me like he is a legend of sorts as is the Blimpie Burger. I'm glad we arrived when we did as there was only a short line. Next time you're in Ann Arbor, Michigan, check it out. You won't regret it.
