IDK who the heck is managing this place but they need to get fired immediately. First of all the ice cream, desserts, and coffee is all disgusting. That might be more of a Wendy's issue in general though. However at this particular Wendy's, I have never had worse service. I've been to this one multiple times and each time they are rude and want to rush you out of the vicinity of the restaurant. It's always comforting when the women who work there completely avoid you, don't make eye contact with you, gossip, and don't tell you that you're good to go so you're constantly wondering if you have all your food/change. read more

The staff is awful rude. We forgot to order one item in the drive-thru and they wouldn't allow us to add it to the order. The manager yelled from the back of the kitchen and was incredibly rude. They wanted us to go back in the line, behind 6 other cars. Unbelievable. Ended up not doing business with them. read more

The service here is horrible. I ordered today (4/5/2022) and it was not a complicated order. Some burgers, fries, and 1 order of nuggets. They had everything right except I was missing 2 orders of fries. The woman who took our order at the drive-thru repeated half of the order back, and it was correct. We got to the 2nd window, skipping the 1st window because it's never open, and we paid. Someone who did not serve us until this point came up and asked if everything was there. I told them no, we were missing 2 fries. They read back a completely different order and we said it wasn't our order, which made us think what we got wasn't ours. They insisted that it was. There was no initial apology, we never got a receipt, and whoever decided to come over abruptly and "help" us only argued with us and insisted that our order was right when it wasn't. They tried arguing with us that "they didn't hear us" but the woman who took our order repeated part of the order back perfectly. Finally, the random Wendy's employee who was arguing with us tried to make us buy something that we should have had in the first place by either going through again or going in, then they walked away after a quick apology. We did not take their offer and just ate what we were given. No apology to start, someone that did not wait on us only came over to argue with us, we were being told that our order was right when it was not, and we were being told to pay for something that should have been there to begin with. We repeated our correct order back to them, only to be interrupted and told "it's right". This is NOT the first time they've gotten our order wrong, it happens almost every time and has been a constant thing for years. We have called in many complaints and nothing has changed, if anything, the service has gotten worse and the employees (or whoever "helped" us) doesn't care about the customers or customer service. Arguing with customers is not the way to go. I would have been happy if they apologized and corrected their mistake, but they did everything wrong and the complete opposite of what they should've done. I'd have no issue paying for the 2 fries if they admitted to messing up, but the fact that they argued with me first thing after asking if everything was right is where my issue is. read more

Amsterdam NY Wendy's!!! UNREAL! With what they are serving and how they treat paying customers, they should be shut down! So i made a trip to Amsterdam on 2/18/22 went through the drive-thru to get 2 salads for me and my sister and chicken nuggets for my grandson.They advertise "fresh made salads" so i order 2 Apple Pecan salads at the cost of $7.49 each, on the small size so in all reality they should be $5.00 salads, 2 were $14.98. I arrive at my daughters house to meet my sister for lunch and our salads were incomplete, 2 items that are suppose to be on these salads were NOT on the salads...NO blue cheese and NO pecans! The greens weren't too bad but not today's "fresh" So i call to make a complaint and let them know the salads i paid for were not complete. They tell me to come back and they will replace them with 2 fresh complete salads....NO apology for their mistake. So I did go back a little later on my way home to pick them up...the woman at the drive-thru was rude and very snotty!I I get home and wanted to have a salad but...not able to eat it and had to be thrown away...this 2nd time around, they did not provide any dressing that comes with the salad and the greens were all ROTTED! Totally disgusting! Totally NOT right and my 2nd trip there getting the replacement salads....Ridiculous. And again, NOT even an apology! SO I called the district Manager and made a complaint. She first asked if I'd like to go there to get 2 more salads....REALLY???? Like I'm gonna drive out of town, making a 3rd trip there to get 2 more rotted salads?? Then she offered to give me a coupon for a sandwich...uggghhhhh, WHAT? I refused and told her I want to be compensated! And after i got done with her, she said she will have that facilitie's Manager give me a full refund! So much for just wanting a salad for me and my sister for lunch! horrible service. It took 20 minutes for the 2 people in line in front of me to be served because the staff was slow. NO ONE was wearing gloves, including the people handling the food. Of the 4 people working there, only 2 were in uniform. They were rude and slow. One of the employees (the one working the drive thru) was sitting there eating (which is not allowed in a food preparation area). I will be calling their corporate office about this and perhaps the board of health. read more

This branch is absolutely the worst I have ever seen. The employees are poorly trained and ordering is a daunting process. Most all order takers do not know the menu nor how to work the register. Ordering can take upwards of five minutes. Items such as baked potatoes are rarely available or appear to have been sitting for several hours. On occasion I have received chili which is dried up into a paste because it has been sitting all day. The French Fries are rarely hot or fresh. A special order sandwich (no tomato) is rarely prepared as ordered. Side salads are often out of stock. Soda drinks are sometimes all water and no syrup. I have seen food preparation employees not wearing gloves or hair covering. The interior of the restaurant is clean most likely because no one frequents the place due to aforementioned issues. This review is for a period of four years. Obviously I do not go there very often. I try it every couple of months hoping they are under new management or something has changed. This Wendy's is one to just stay away from. I prefer Wendy's over other fast food places because of healthier menu choices. This place should just be shut down as it negatively represents the corporate office. read more

Ordered 1/2 chicken salad with fruit--The chicken was the size of 1 chicken nugget -For almost $6.00 I expected a healthy serving..Supervisor when questioned about the tiny piece of meat that measured 1 inch by 2 by 1/4 said I have been the supervisor here for 15 years and this is how we always have done it.. There are 4 cars they had to pull to the side because of their incompetence. I thought I went to a fast food place not a drive-in. By the time I'm done writing this review there will probably be more cars pulled to the side. We read the reviews and took a chance, the reviews were old. I needed a quick in expansive baked potato to help with leg cramps. In a nut shell. Place was clean, staff to the ready, baked potato hot. I can't complain. Had side salad, and chocolate frosty. Husband had #1 said it was fine. read more

This service was the worst I've ever had at a fast food place. Fortunately for me & my boyfriend business was slow. Saturday, June 23, 2012 about 11:30am. We still waited more than 10 minutes before we were acknowledged. The staff was taking care of only one other customer in front of lus while also entertaining (who appeared to be) a staff member & her family on her day off. I heard it was her daugther's graduation & without proper attire she was was in & out of the back kitchen gathering food for her crowd. Without uniform, gloves etc, she had long unkept hair waving about as she rushed in & out of the food preparation area. My boyfriend & I watched dumbfounded as this charade continued. We couldn't believe how the staff was so busy with personal business they completely ignored us. I have worked in the food industry for over 25yrs. Back in the 90's I worked for Pete's Restaurant in BocaRaton, Florida which sponsored a Christmas party for one of Dave's orphanges with disabled kids. We all worked without pay for those parties. This staff needs to be replaced & retrained. Dave would be disgusted. We won't return. read more
