Home has several unique features including being "Off Grid" with solar panels and batteries, it uses a radiant heat system built into the floor, my wife and I are short so all the countertops are 5 inches lower than standard, custom panel ready fridge and dishwashers, deep Japanese style Soji soaking tub, lots of modifications to make the house safe and sound for our expected aging, single level home, wide doorways to allow for eventual wheelchair use, lots of beautiful and functional handrails.
