They communicate very effectively and meet your needs. Their prices are not the lowest but neither are they the highest. They do wonderful work at perfectly reasonable prices and won't try to sucker their clients. Here is a sample of what we have had them do and it just keeps growing... Shawn resolved an electrical problem in three minutes that other electricians were estimating would take days. Shawn put in railings for our stairs and made a gorgeous mantle for our fireplace. Shawn also put up security lights for us. Shawn and Ryan replaced two broken down old windows with great new ones that are energy efficient. Shawn built a fantastic custom closet and laundry room cabinets for us that make the laundry room much more pleasant to be in and very functional and adjustable. We even had them build us a custom captains bed frame for my 6'8" tall hubby with storage drawers. Currently Shawn is repairing my Mom's back door and our gate that broke in the wind yesterday and tomorrow he'll be coming back to discuss a patio and garage project as well as fix some smoke alarms. I wish Shawn had been our home inspector because he immediately saw the issues we discovered only after we moved in. So now we are using his skills and knowledge to make our family homes better. They are great around kids too (an important thing for parents of small ones to note). I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

We have an older quirky home that is always needing something. Ryan and team have rebuilt and reroofed our large (and old) chicken coop, built a fence, a deck railing, opened up a wall so we'd have room for a larger fridge, rebuilt a wall with numerous windows, installed several doors and most recently helped us build a garden/green house using mostly repurposed materials. It was so easy to work with Ryan. We'd express our ideas and he'd figure out a way to make our dream a reality. We appreciate how we can count on Ryan to help us keep our home and place in top shape.

The invoice was presented the day before completion. I paid it that day, never thinking he would leave anything undone. 2 gates still needed latches. One didn't fit its space, and had become warped from being unhung. He did finally send someone, but he only got 1 of them done. I had to hire someone else to finish it up. Be careful with this guy. Only pay when your job is completed, every detail done.

I waited years to post this review to see if I would feel better about it. I do not. Blaine Jr comes through and does a long winded presentation that makes you feel like the company will be professional. I needed my sunroom roof redone since it was leaking. In actuality, the whole sunroom probably needed to be replaced. The sunroom was switched from glass to plastic per my request. He told me during our long meeting that I would be able to discuss it more when the crew came in. I came home and they had already started and no discussion was had with me about anything. I figured they knew what they were doing so I just went with it. The next day I came home and there was double the amount of support beams that blocked out a good amount of sun. I found this odd as the plastic is significantly lighter than the glass that was previously there. I feel like he forgot he was using plastic and planned it for the glass. I paid for more wood that wasn't needed and the sunroom does not look as good with all the extra beams. It also started to leak within a couple months again and the crew had to come back out and fix it. They changed it up a little and added weather strip that looks forever to come in. I'm a few years out now and the sunroom is leaking again and every time I look at how many beams there are up there I'm upset again about the whole thing. I should have waited and replaced the entire sunroom and gone with someone else. On top of it, I felt like Blaine Jr was dismissive, condescending, and kind of a know it all. I had to request to not speak to him anymore and did all ongoing discussions with the lead instead. On a side note... the crew was very nice and did their best.

Dave solved so many problems for us created by a previous worker who often didn't know what he was doing. Very reasonable prices, helpful with all of our questions any time, flexible, easy to work with. He did a ton of things - electrical, plumbing, carpentry, grout, you name it. He installed vents and lights, cleaned up dry rot and mold, changed the electrical outlets.. too bad we didn't find him earlier.

Contacted Matt after hearing from a friend how great they did at her place on multiple little odd…read morejobs/fix-its around her home and property. I had a leaky bathroom faucet that I knew from previous handypersons that had "fixed" it that it was a gasket inside the faucet. Daniel came and left at least twice to "get the proper parts" or "tools." I explained what the issue was before he arrived. At one point, I walked into the bathroom and saw him on his phone, not fixing anything. He also opened the faucet that I didn't have an issue with, which now leaks. There is a permanent footprint that I still have not been able to get out of the tub and looking over my invoice I paid $60 for a rubber gasket and $285 dollars for a 3 hour job that should have only taken a half an hour max. At the time I was thankful that they came so quickly so I didn't say much but now I am having another issue and decided to check reviews to see if they would be able to do the job, or if my experience was a fluke, but see that others have had the same issue with extended job times, faulty work and missing tools/parts that create the need for larger charges. I think I will have to pass on hiring again. It also made it hard to give this review because they were both friendly but I have to question the professionalism.
