First off, I'd like to say that I have NO RELATIONSHIP with Wendle Ford other than being a customer. As well, I was NOT paid to provide this review. Moving on. Wendle SALES: Best in town! Isaac is one of the best I've ever dealt with and that is why we have gone back to purchase FOUR cars from him. No pressure, no pitch, no bringing his sales manager over to "see if you need anything else", nothing but kindness, patience and knowledge. In fact most of the sales team I interacted with there were nothing short of spectacular - again no high pressure sales pitches, no making the WOMAN feel like an idiot, no guilt-tripping, no BS. Just great teamwork (i.e. I spoke with one salesman, Dave, and he answered ALL my questions, checked inventory, did a lot of leg work, but when I told him we had worked with Isaac before, he IMMEDIATELY notified Isaac and happily handed me off to him. It's like a family over there!) If you are in the market for a FORD - go see Isaac! He's fabulous to work with and we will be his customers as long as he's there. Showroom is clean and bright, waiting room has popcorn and coffee (not the best but it's caffeinated...lol!) and if you happen to visit on just the right day, your kids will find pennies in the parking lot! (Ask Isaac about this fun tradition!!) Now - for the SERVICE Department. They are not as good. Most of the time it's hard to get them on the phone. I've left lots of voicemails that went unanswered. The fist time I brought my brand new Taurus SHO (about a month old) into them for a simple oil change, they popped my tire and damaged my rim. That one hour oil change turned into a 3 hour ordeal with me having to go back again so that they could repair my rim. While they were VERY apologetic and ended up doing right by me, I didn't take my SHO back there again for another oil change. Appointments are relatively easy to get if you can get them on the phone, and they have a shuttle service. But if you live further out than 5-10 miles from the dealership they won't take you. I live in Nine Mile and they won't shuttle me home. No loaners either if you have to leave your vehicle for more than a day. All in all, I would say buy your FORD from Isaac at Wendle, but take your new vehicle elsewhere for service if you can. read more

Last weekend I purchased an Infiniti Q50 Red Sport from Wendle Infiniti and was very pleased with the process. I have purchased vehicles from Wendle before and they did recognize me as a return customer. I inquired online about this vehicle and got an immediate reply from Alex. We negotiated a deal including a trade in on my wife's current vehicle, and I received all that in writing before we arrived. But the best part is I got the sales guys in on a hoax with my wife. We arranged that when I arrived, they would inform us they had sold the vehicle I inquired about the prior day. So I acted very disappointed and we went into the showroom somewhat angry. They had put a large white bow, at my request, on the vehicle in question which was on the showroom floor. We looked at it (stunning) and my wife kept getting snippy and almost refusing to look because it has been "sold to someone else". Ken (Alex was sick) said they had programmed the buyer's address on the navigation system and wanted to show us. Of course, it was OUR address! I could barely get my wife over to look, as she kept saying it was already bought by someone else and what was the point. Finally I cajoled her over and she saw the address, but it did not fully sink in. I said it was our address because I had purchased it yesterday and Happy Birthday! It was a great moment and my son filmed it all on his cell phone; we are still laughing about it. Terrific vehicle, nice price, nice work by Amman in finance, I was very happy about the whole process just disappointed Alex could not make it in as he had arranged it. read more

We had the best car buying experience last week with Wendle Motors in Spokane. David Low, our sales representative, was wonderful to work with. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner (via email), was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, and met with us at Wendle on his day off so we could test drive the vehicle and make our purchase at a time that was convenient for us. After we purchased our vehicle David spent time showing us how the features worked and was available to answer our questions. The finance department was very thorough and helpful, too. The idea of purchasing a vehicle causes us a lot of anxiety because we worry the sales staff will be pushy and that we will not get a fair price. At Wendle, each and every staff person we worked with was friendly and helpful and more concerned with our being happy and comfortable with our purchase than about making a profit. We were also pleased to learn that Wendle has a state of the art service center where we can take our new vehicle for oil changes and even new tires, when the time comes. The prices of their service center are impressive and we aren't worried about being nickeled and dimed and being talked into purchasing unnecessary products, like most oil change facilities do. In Sept. 2012 I purchased a new 2012 Ford F-150 Super Crew Cab Pickup from Wendle. I was super pleased the way the entire transaction was handled from start to finish!! I actually worked with 2 professionals from the sales dept that were both a pleasure to work with. They are, Scott Christensen and Greg Desautel. I would recommend Wendle to anyone considering a new vehicle! I want to also express my total satisfaction with the new F-150 also! It is a real pleasure to drive! It is the quietest vehicle I have ever had the pleasure of riding in and the ride and handling is also the best. I keep wondering what Ford has done to make so many improvements in this truck? Not that the earlier models were inferior. It is just that this 2012 is such a fine piece of machinery that they may have a hard time making it better!! I opted for the 3.5 L Ecoboost engine which seems to be a wise choice. Warning: if you have a "heavy foot", be careful as this truck can really be in a hurry very quickly! The power is simply unbelievable!! I also have already towed our 6000 plus pound RV and it does so with simple ease. Pulling steep mountain grades is no challenge! I originally bought a Suzuki from Wendle Motors some ten years ago for my wife. Once she moved up to a larger SUV, I simply started driving it. On a recent trip to Spokane to catch up with my family, I experienced some A/C challenges coming over Snoqualmie Pass. Once I arrived in Spokane, I scheduled an early morning apt and brought this now 10+ car into their service department. I was greeted by Sean Silver and he processed my problems and promised to get back to me. I camped out in their comfortable customer lounge, brought out my laptop and went to work. Sean periodically checked in with me as an analysis of the problem was made, discussed the parts challenge for a 10 year old Suzuki, and ultimately got back to me with a plan of repair. The cost of a Cadillac repair exceeded the FMV of the vehicle. So the Wendle team found a way to restore the A/C with a simpler fix. 2 weeks later it is still going strong. I wanted to write a review because of the exceptional care, professionalism, and attention to detail that we receive every time we do business at Wendel. We have always bought our cars from Lee Cardella at Wendle. Lee has always steered us in the right direction and finding the perfect car for us. I have been looking for a car over the past few weeks. I have been looking online at all the dealerships. Last weekend they were having a sale at the fairgrounds. I stoped out and saw a killer black Ford Focus that i had seen on Wendle's web site. Sandi Morden was wonderfull to work with. She was a "no pressure" sales rep. She knew EVERYTHING about that Focus. When i saw the car online, I fell in love, but didn't want to spend that much on a almost new car. Sandi worked with my trade and got me a great deal on the car. I recently purchased a 2019 Ford Escape Titanium from Todd Membrey, a salesman at Wendle. Todd was kind, professional and went way beyond what was expected to make the experience pleasant. He not only found a car I would be totally satisfied with he took the time to make the entire process easier for me. I don't know many other salepersons that would transfer my personal items from a rental car, arrange for the car rental company to pick the rental up at the dealership and pull the new car out of a storm so I didn't have to be outside in the weather. When he discovered I had left my garage door remote in the rental, he even contacted the rental company to help retrieve it. He has continued to follow-up to ensure I am completely satisfied. I had never met Mitch Tracy before, yet, as soon as I described what kind of Truck I was looking for his no pressure sales methods to show me Wendle's great trucks kept me thinking we could make a deal. We took a test drive with him and learned a bit more about the truck. Mitch kept my focus on what I was there for (to buy a truck), I could of easily just enjoyed the comfortable ride in the country. I took my 2004 motorhome into Wendel Ford to see if they could put some new tires on it for me. I was greeted by a service writer named Marc Barton. We had talked earlier on the phone prior to me getting there about matching discount tire pricing. Marc was very professional, had the numbers for me which were matching the discount tire quote. He said he would contact me to let me know when the tires were installed and the motorhome was ready to go. A few hours later he called said it was ready. He is also brought to my attention that I can get my motorhome oil and filter changed with blended synthetic oil for $10 less than what I have been paying previously had another location. I just purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Traverse from Wendle Ford on 11/03/2012. Even though a General Motors product, the Sales Representative made sure that I was aware of all the features that this vehicle offered. Salesman Don Morris was non-bias on the manufacture make and didn't try to influence or force any Ford products on to me. I had looked for a low mileage used GM vehicle similar to the Chevrolet Traverse for over a month and found this vehicle at Wendle Ford for far less money than any of the authorized GM dealers in Spokane. The whole transaction went smoothly and everyone involved was polite and professional. Even though I have been a GM supporter for years, I would consider purchasing a Ford product from Wendle the next time that I'm looking for a new or used vehicle. I took my family on vacation and our vehicle broke down 3 times in one night! while we were driving down the interstate after being repaired here approx. one month earlier. Spoke with the Service manager about how they were going to make it right that we had spent $750 and a month later had a dealership in Utah tell me that the air filter should have been replaced and that caused the $780 repair bill. Ken Toon made excuses rather than making it right. We will not be going back to Wendle for any reason. In the future, we will be going to any other Ford dealership. We have had a lot of problems with our Explorer and not all of them are covered under the warranty that we were sold by Wendle either. If you want excuses rather than good service, go ahead and patronize this business. But we'll try Gus Johnson. read more

My wife and I special ordered a 2019 Ford F-350 in mid July 2018. As this was our forth Wendle Ford we knew we wanted to work with Alex in sales and Ron in finance. Alex made the ordering process easy and comfortable. Alex never tired of me asking for updates through out the long wait for delivery.
