    The truck we got !
    Zein A.

I looked all over for a truck and finally came across this F-350 with a great package and low miles. Someone else had originally put a deposit on it, but when that fell through I called in with some questions. Austin took my call and immediately stood out. We live about five hours away, so buying sight-unseen can be stressful, but Austin went above and beyond. He answered every question I had and even sent videos of the specific things I wanted to see so I could make an informed decision. There was never any pressure -- just honest communication. We ended up negotiating a deal, and Alex (the manager) was extremely supportive throughout the process, making sure all of our concerns were addressed and that everything was clear before moving forward. We flew in to complete the purchase, and Austin handled everything from start to finish. For someone who's only been with the dealership about four months, he's doing a fantastic job. Professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Overall, this was a smooth and positive buying experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership -- especially Austin and Alex -- to anyone looking for a truck

    Didn't clean as stated.

Why when a customer writes a review, the company can never take accountability. They reply to the review only making excuses and half truths. Seems like Kristin Goff the owner at Wendle Ford in her reply is twisting my words, I never said they weren't communicating after the fact, during the sales while at the dealership is where it all went awry. The communication between me and Teriana was poor after the fact as she wasn't seeing my point of view. I was feeling like it would be awkward to return to the dealership after trying to get my point across. Seems customers cannot tell their experience without being made to feel uncomfortable, so the owner is out of line. Another problem found with my NEW truck is the back seat, I was cleaning the windows and was holding the headrest and the seat came down. I didn't know it even did that that, there's a pull you should have to use to pull it down so the seat is not engaging in the lock. I told Teriana and she stated it worked when I was there which is not true as the only seat she showed me was the part you sit on showing me the storage underneath, did not show me the part you lean on or I would have said something then.

I unfortunately had a terrible first and ultimately only experience with Wendle Ford, I had gone in for a manufactured recall and was told they do a courtesy inspection over the car which I then mentioned how great that was because the car had a oil leak I noticed and I asked if they would take a look at that. A couple hours after I dropped my car off I received a phone call saying everything was ready and good to go. When I got my inspection email it said my car was 100% perfect and great condition. No issues, when I arrived to pick up my car, the gentleman at the counter told me the technician reported to him There's no active leak whatsoever and the car is in great condition. I felt it was a little odd because I knew for a fact there was a leak. So when I got home I got under the card took a peek. As you can see in the pictures that I've posted, there was a current and active leak to the common eye. I reached back out let them know there was a leak and that it was strange that my car got the green light go Everything's good No concerns. I then made my own personal post on my social media platform and Within an hour I received a phone call from one of the higher ups at Wendle Ford who was apologizing letting him know they seen my Facebook post and how they wanted me to take it down and wanted to make this right and asked if I would bring the car back in to have their lead technician do a proper inspection because the original technician admitted to not even lifting my car in the air and looking at it even though he signed off as if my car was in perfect condition as you can see in the 1st email of my inspection. After taking the car back that same day to have it reinspected I then received an over $3,000 estimate for all of the issues they had come to find wrong with my car. They also gave me a certificate for a free oil change and car wash to use at a later time. I again went back to my social media post and posted that this was the outcome and solution that Wendle Ford had decided and how I felt incredibly uncomfortable to bring my car back if they would do the proper job so I made a comment on my Social media post that I would not be using this gift certificate that they gave to me. I then received a phone call the next day from one of the higher-ups at Wendell Ford Just to let me know that they saw my comment on my post about me not feeling comfortable taking my car in for any additional work and that I would not be using the gift certificate So they called me to let me know that they were canceling the gift certificate they gave me and if that is not one of the most unprofessional petty things a business as well known like this could do I don't know what else is. There was no reason to lie to me in the first place about inspecting my car and then to take away the gift certificate you gave me as a way of saying I'm sorry for what we did and then calling me to let me know you're canceling the certificate is the most ridiculous thing I've ever experienced in my adult life. I will say after this experience I would never recommend Wendell Ford for any reason and for the people who do have work done, I would suggest and hope that you get a second opinion and check that the work has been completed properly yourself. I understand people make mistakes but the way this company went about fixing their mistake was not very professional at all. I do wish there was an option for zero Stars because that's what I would have chosen.

We used to love this dealership and our family has purchased many cars here over the years. We come here for service on my wife's car and things have just gone downhill. An example: Set up an appt for a recall that is supposed to take just a few hours; show up for said appt and they haven't ordered the parts. 3 days later we get the car back and for some reason there is duct tape strips on the front fenders. The work to be done was at the rear of the car. No apologies or offer to remove it when we brought up the issue. This just seems to be typical these days. Hopefully they get things turned around sometime soon.

I bought Kristin G's demo truck and got a really great deal. They paid off my Colorado ZR2 with near zero negative equity and it was nearly new with 18k miles on it. I love my Raptor. Hit a deer at 70 and did near no damage. Some plastic and radiator fitting broke. When I got it it said it averaged 22 mpg fuel. It must be downhill both to work and home for her . In hindsight I would've traded our Rubicon and kept the Colorado.

Trust is the most valuable characteristic when I am looking to buy a vehicle. This is a long term relationship, not a one time transaction. I want the business to be there today, tomorrow and next year. I know that now is not the best time for selection or to negotiate the lowest price. I feel that I got a very fair price that allows the owners to keep their business open for me in the future and pay employees so I have people I can rely on. I got a great vehicle by being a bit patient. Nick was the sales person and he knew his trucks and didn't try and answer those few questions he didn't know without checking first. It took a few days to work it out and I never felt pressured or that o was being sold. Kevin was the finance guy. He was straight forward and not pushy. I truly felt he was looking out for me. I love my new truck and Wendle really cares.

When those two months came and passed I called asking for an update. after confirming my information I was informed that the person who handled their titles was out of the office. This was the beginning of over a year of calling them and receiving the same run around. He was always out of office. I even asked what hours he would be in and called at the appropriate time only to be told the same spiel. I live an hour and a half away and after six months of getting the run around I went in and all they did was offer to give me fresh temporaries. This was only a bandaid for a wound that needed stitches. Soon after I was able to get in touch with their title person who, I found out, was one of the owners. He gave me more excuses about how there was a hold up with the DOL. I waited patiently for another six months before finally being beyond fed up and filed a complaint with the Washington DOL. I was then pointed towards filing a claim against their dealership bond. It was only after I filed a claim against their dealership bond that they got me my title and plates, two days after they had been contact by the bond. What this tells me is that they had the ability to get me my title and plates before this due to the speed at which they were able to acquire them when they were threatened with financial liability by the bond agency. In the end, I received my title and plates in Feburary of 2026. This was beyond unacceptable. I have never written a bad review but have been so incensed by the entire ordeal that I felt it was my duty to inform others before they make the same mistake I did by doing business with this auto dealership. Believe it or not, this is the spark notes of the entire process I was forced to go through to use the vehicle I had purchased.

Cannot warn you to stay away enough…read more I am now $20k into a $10k car I bought there. Sold me a Subie that they had "done all the work" that needed to be done at 200k miles. Headers, gaskets, etc. Had to take the car back in within a week because it wouldn't shift into gear from park properly. It wouldn't accelerate from a stop appropriately and would just shut itself off while idling at a stop light or sign. They supposedly got it in and said it was a sensor issue and "fixed it". (Remember that for later) Then the car dropped all its oil and seized up within months of it being purchased. They insisted it was my fault. So the "insurance plan" they sold me for another $800 wasn't going to be any good either. (Even if the oil wasn't checked in 3 months' time.... which it WAS... it shouldn't have vanished within a few months of having the engine overhauled). Of course, they offered to replace the engine, if I paid them for it. So, it sat on their lot while I found a REPUTABLE mechanic to look at it. Once I had found the best garage in town for Subarus, they wouldn't even put the car on their trailer to take it to the shop, I had to pay for the tow off their lot. And that sensor issue they "fixed"? The mechanic said all the warning lights I took it back to them to check was because someone did a quick fix by jamming/bypassing the sensor. Literally, the WORST car purchasing (or mechanic) experience I have ever had. Ric (salesperson) was rude and felt comfortable swearing around my wife and son. Should have been my first red flag. I just thought he was trying to be "buddy buddy". Nope, turns out "Skeezy salesperson" is a stereotype for a reason. Stephanie started scolding me on the phone when I called and was upset with the weeks of delay that involved all these issues. YOU MUST AVOID THIS CAR LOT AT ALL COSTS.

For decades I've purchased my vehicles new and have taken them to dealers for all service, including routine oil changes/inspections. The closest Nissan dealers with service are in Coeur d'Alene and in Spokane. I work, so it's best if I can have routine oil changes/service done on a Saturday. It wasn't exactly convenient to have to drive 90 miles to get any work done, but that was my choice and commitment to get vehicle work completed by a dealer and have continuity of repair and service records. I started using the CDA dealer (Coeur d' Alene Nissan), and after three visits I said never again. The reason? It consistently took them THREE HOURS to perform routine service on what was virtually a brand-new vehicle. I could understand a one-time aberration, but it seems that is standard operating procedure. I'd already invested a three-hour round-trip from Pullman to get the car maintained, but six-plus hours was too much. Oh, and on one of those return trips from the CDA service I discovered the washer fluid was dry. If they did not check the washer fluid, what other more critical things did they overlook in their self-promoted "exceptional" vehicle service? On to Spokane and Wendell Nissan. These guys were more in line with getting service done in a timely manner (about an hour). On my third visit to have routine service just a few weeks ago, I was informed the car was in great shape but needed brake fluid replacement and that an axle seal was leaking and needed to be replaced. The axle seal was covered by the vehicle powertrain warranty, but I would have to bring the car back (again, 90 miles one-way) to Spokane to have it done on a weekday (take a vacation day off from work). I said okay, let's get both things done, I will take a day off and have the work completed. I arrived at Wendell to drop the car on the morning of the appointment, made arrangements to make the most of my day in Spokane (using Uber to get around), and get a message mid-morning from Wendell telling me they can't complete the warranty work. Why? THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE NECESSARY PARTS. WTF. I just invested a day off, the 180 mile round trip and some thumb-twiddling downtime BECAUSE YOU PEOPLE DIDN'T KNOW AHEAD OF TIME WHAT WAS NEEDED TO PERFORM THE JOB? Now I'm facing taking yet ANOTHER DAY OF TIME OFF, another 180-mile round trip just because you people screwed up. They service guy, Josh, tried to soften the blow by reducing the costs of the other work done, but it was a token gesture. He said he would contact me to reschedule once the necessary parts came in. Have I heard from him since, even after calling to ask about the status (he was "busy with another customer" when I called)? NO. Nothing. Zero, zip, zilch. Like CDA Nissan, Wendle Nissan service SUCKS. Never again. And I plan to get rid of this Pathfinder and NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH NISSAN AGAIN, PERIOD. I'm done.
