Excellent service. I felt very safe and drivers were friendly and helpful. It's the cheapest, best way to get to the airport. Thankyou for the service! read more

I had never traveled with a driver who lacked so much experience; my trip was nerve-wracking. I think they need to hire better drivers.

super nice and understanding! missed my flight and i called and asked if I could reschedule for the next day and Gabby responded right away and did. then I missed the shuttle the next day AGAIN; and emailed them and gabby once again responded, SUPER understanding and rescheduled me AGAIN! no extra charge. this business is here for the COMMUNITY and is willing to help when they can. I appreciate Wenatchee valley shuttle! highly recommend! read more

Super professional, the main thing is they are on time. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

He retrieved lost bags quickly and got us to Wenatchee almost in time. His driving was Indianapolis 500 worthy...very good. Thanx Roger

what a GREAT experience! Friendly driver, on time, climate was perfect inside the van, what more could you ask for! TU !

The vans they use are the type more typically used on short excursions, around town. Not very comfortable for a long ride and kind of loud at highway speed, but they seem to work. The drivers really care for the passengers, though they are notorious for being late. Give yourself an extra hour, if you're connecting to a flight. read more

Our son and daughter-in-law live in Wenatchee, and we fly in but we've never taken the WVS until this Christmas holiday season. The treacherous conditions in the passes resulted in our using WVS for the first time. Our driver was extremely competent under severely trying road conditions. Days later, our daughter arrived on 12/23/22 - amidst a cyclone bomb snowstorm. (Her 9:00 AM flight has been cancelled, and pushed to 2:00 PM.) Due to closings of the mountain passes, and flight delays, WVS accommodated several time changes and ultimately held the bus to allow her make it. Later, they closed the passes - after her bus had gotten through. Thanks, WVS for bending over backwards. Awesome customer service! read more

Shane did a great job. He let us know the times for arrival in each place and was right on the mark.

Prompt. Courteous. Helpful. Safe and skilled drivers. I've used them multiple times and have always been impressed. Great option to get from Wenatchee/Leavenworth area to Bellevue/Seatac. read more

It was a very nice ride. I enjoyed being able to just sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery. The Driver Larry was super nice and friendly. Will ride again. The only thing I didn't like was the seats are fairly hard. read more

The ride to SeaTac was very comfortable & the driver was professional & friendly. Thank you!

Excellent drivers! They are safe and conscientious, and I also noticed that they are very considerate of other drivers, which makes a lot of points with me. read more

Reliable, on time and comfortable as always. An organized well run business. Only with it would also run to and from Pangborn airport in Wenatchee. read more

Excellent smooth trip. Great attentive driver. Will definitely use again. Comfortable and clean bus.

Recent trip to Seatac from Peshastin Park and Ride was great both ways! Both drivers were friendly and informative.

Always on time. Drivers are always friendly. The vans are usually full, some are more comfortable/newer than others. There are several scheduled times, so they can accommodate pretty well. read more

I have used the WVS many times before visiting family but this last time was not up to the standard we expected. The shuttle driver was great and personable but the seats were terribly uncomfortable. It was a very long three hour ride. read more

The driver was great and always made sure we were all comfortable along the way! Exceptional service!!

Excellent service. Safe driving. Very respectful and helpful driver and the guy who is training

I have used this shuttle service numerous times, and have been pleased with my driver and the ride every time. The scenery is lovely, the price is great, the passengers have always been friendly, and the customer service is excellent. They're always available to answer any questions, and are warm, polite and professional. read more

Photos on website are misleading. It's a cramped 14-passenger van with rough suspension, not the motor coach in most of the photos. No leg room, loud, and a very rough ride. If you get car sick, you will have a bad time. I wasn't catching a plane, so I bailed out early and requested a refund. read more

Driver was kind and on time. The shuttle was full, but not cramped. We stopped for a 10min break 1/2 way to the airport. We arrived 15 minutes early, probably due to less traffic on a Sunday. read more

Great option when you can't get a flight to Wenachee. Horizon air has limited service which doesn't work with my flight schedule. I frequently use this service to get to and from sea tac. I just wish they had more service to Chelan Wa. The Drivers are always polite and friendly. And the customer service over the phone is friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Wenachee Valley Shuttle read more

I book my daughter and her boyfriend on the shuttle to Seatac yesterday afternoon. It was the airporter van, that was completely full. The driver let them know when leaving Wenatchee he would get them there safe, but that the van almost overheated on his last trip over the pass. Well, in order to not have the van overheat the driver had to shut off the air conditioner going over the Blewett Pass it was 99 degrees out and he had to turn off the AC! This was a dangerous condition given the full bus and no AC. The driver kept apologizing to the passengers, but he did not want to break down on the pass. Wenatchee Shuttle knew what the temps were going to be and should have changed out the van for a larger safer van. Even when the AC was turned back on the bus was so hot and cramped that the AC did not work well enough to cool the van down. We have used the shuttle 4 other times and this was the worst experience we have ever had. Wenatchee Valley Shuttle can do better than this. read more

Terrible terrible terrible! They claim to not wait for any individuals, but on my trip to WENATCHEE was literally turned around by snoqualmie pass TO BELLEVUE to pick up passengers... backtracked an hour, and no further explanation. UNACCEPTABLE- The fact that many times they claim they can never wait or go back yet this happens... highly do not recommend. read more

My daughter put me on the shuttle this trip. I had been avoiding it because of A bad experience I had in the past. I rode with Michael and he was great he was very conscious not to leave anyone. You have to be on time and when you go to the stops you can't be dillydallying in the store. WVS keeps a very prompt time schedule and that part of it is nice. I have been taking the train and the light rail and it is exhausting and now that I'm older it's nice to be able to from curb to curb on the shuttle. Thank you for Michael and I hope that all your drivers are as courteous and Conscientious. read more

Wenatchee valley shuttle was extremely easy to work with, even with changing schedules. Extremely happy with this service and would highly recommend read more

I am embarrassed to say that I don't remember the driver's name, though it may have been Joe. He arrived exactly on time, and was professional, courteous and helpful. The van was roomy and comfortable, even when full. He was a good driver, paying attention to the road, and getting us to Seattle in great time. I have family in Peshastin and am THRILLED that there's a Saturday afternoon shuttle to the airport. It also amazed me that I could safely leave my son's car at the Big Y lot for pick up later in the day. Thanks for providing this service. I will be using it whenever I travel to Peshastin! Joe was our driver. He made the effort to learn and use people's names. It was a full shuttle, but Joe made every effort to make sure everyone was comfortable and cared for. Because it was a good experience. After having our flight out of Wen cancelled we were a little stressed because it was a the start of a trip to Mexico. But it all worked out OK. Alaska rebooked us on a later flight and we arrived in Seattle in plenty of time to get checked in and have a nice breakfast. Joe was a great driver!! Both trips (each way) my trip was on time and the driver was courteous. I think my first driver was Joe. My friend and I were both very pleased with both experiences. Hi Monique, Thank you for the summary of charges and total amount billed. Thank you also for your great service, from guiding me through scheduling and sizing of our needs with number of travelers as well as cargo/ski gear:-). Also a BIG thank you to Joe as well!! He was such a delight and so very accommodating with everything including us not making it down from the mountain to meet him until 10:00 pm. Joe helped make our event seamless and enjoyable - he is AWESOME!! Thank you for everything and we look forward to using Wenatchee Valley Shuttle when our next shuttle opportunity arises. read more

Wenatchee Valley Shuttle - Happy Customers with Wenatchee Valley Shuttle!! - Airport Shuttles Near Me - Wenatchee, Washington

My first time going to Seatac with this company. I highly recommend them! Everything was on time, our driver Felipe Flores was a great driver under snowing conditions and very professional. He made sure we got home safe. read more

I took the shuttle, they used the small van even though they knew how many people were going to be taking the shuttle and they could have used the larger bus. There were 10 of us including the driver. People had their masks on wrong, their noses were exposed and we were really crowded. I told the driver to please tell people to keep their masks on. I'm giving this a one star because since they're open during the pandemic, they should at least make sure everyone is safe and has enough room to social distance. read more

WVS, we need to talk. (smh...it's not good but it's fixable, guys.) I'll call you guys when I get back from the current journey I'm on. Despite the fact that i may never need to take a shuttle from the Wenatchee Valley area again, this has to be addressed and hopefully remedied bc your customers deserve something for their $$ besides just a seat in a van. I want to see your company do what's right for your customers, that's why I did not write a review listing what the problem(s) are & their affect on me psychologically, myself & fellow riders will be fine. read more

Utter failure in customer service. Booked a 230 shuttle at Pangborn due to a canceled flight, and was told to return at 2:15, it is now nearly 3pm and no shuttle in sight, the service rep is gone, and nobody is staffing the phone. In addition they haven't event cleared their mailbox, preventing any new complaints from being brought. What a joke of a company. Update: driver was 45 minutes late, sold a ticket at the first stop to a girl when the van was already fully booked,  then tried to kick her out 20 miles down the road at an open air park and ride in 25F weather to accommodate new passengers. Simply inexcusable behavior. read more

This is my new default transportation from Seatac to Wenatchee. It's cheaper than a rental or flying. Likely even cheaper than the gas price of bumming a ride from a friend. So far the shuttle has been much more reliable than the Horizon flight. Once I was the only passenger, so I rode in front and charged my phone. May as well have been a limo service. We even skipped the rest stop and made it to Wenatchee in great time. Another trip they called me 5 mins before departure as I was pulling into the parking lot. Each time it has left on schedule. I am definitely using this service again. I hope it continues and add more routes. read more

So I am posting here because they erased my fb review. They just ditched my friends dad, an elderly man, at Sea-Tac, yelling at him and everything because he wouldn't kennel his SERVICE DOG! They even had the odasity to tell the elderly man that the airlines let him fly illegally with the dog! If it wouldn't have been for another friend of mine who just happened to be there picking others up, this man would have had to rent a car or wait for someone to come pick him up. THIS IS ILLEGAL! You do not have to kennel your service dog! Yes, the Human Rights Commission is being contacted. In reading other reviews on fb it seems that yelling at customers is not uncommon either. I will NEVER do business with them and would encourage others to seek other options as well. read more

Wenatchee Valley Shuttle - Airport Shuttles Near Me - Wenatchee, Washington

I've taken the shuttle a handful of times and have only had great experiences so far. In fact, I am usually the only passenger on the way from SeaTac to Peshastin! Every experience has been smooth - the drivers are timely and dependable, the vans and charters are perfectly clean and comfortable, and the pick up and drop off locations are convenient for me. I've not had any issues in using this service and I will continue to book with them when driving myself is not an option. read more

I have been using Wenatchee Valley shuttle frequently for the past 2 years. I have trusted and will continue to trust the company and the drivers to transport my son to and from Seattle. What a life saver this service has been! The drivers are always nice and friendly, with calling me if they are early, or the couple times we have been running a minute late. The drivers have even waited, and offered to drive my son directly home on a later drive. I highly recommend the Wenatchee shuttle for safe and reliable transportation to and from Seattle and Wenatchee. read more

The shuttle has been very consistent and dependable overall, and I've used it personally about six times coming and going to SeaTac over the last 18 months. I also have to pick up guests coming to our retreat house and I recommend it to everyone. read more

Since I have only ridden the shuttle once from SeaTac to the Peshastin Y, I and only say that the ride was great and the driver was very entertaining. My best friend said the same on an earlier trip. I will be going that way again tomorrow. It will be interesting to see if I am still a big fan after an eastbound trip in the Friday afternoon traffic... read more
