Although I don't live in the US, I visit often and always travel from Seattle to Wenatchee (Chelan), usually by train. But your service is so much better than the train. Wenatchee Valley Shuttle was an integral part of my trip to and from Seattle International Airport. The service was smooth, timely, and stress-free. Our driver was incredibly friendly and professional, ensuring we arrived safely and on time. A special shoutout for going above and beyond--we had accidentally left a hat behind, and he had it waiting for us when we returned. That kind of attention to detail really stood out. I'll definitely be using this service again--being able to relax during the last leg of our journey instead of driving ourselves was such a relief. Highly recommend! read more

I love Wenatchee Valley Shuttle! With the help of WVS, I am able to travel without anxiety and fear of getting stuck in a no-cell phone service zone. They are kind, professional, punctual and understanding. I feel like I am family, and when you ask the employees if they enjoy working for the company, you hear nothing but praises about the owners. They are constantly listening to feedback and value your opinion and input. Overall, if you are not riding the shuttle, you may be overexerting yourself while traveling. the Shuttle ALWAYS is a good experience for me, but out trip from Seattle to Wenatchee on October 31 really was exceptional. It rained harder than I've ever experienced, but our Driver navigated the way through the rain and Seattle traffic in such a way that I wasn't concerned for a second. He was totally friendly, polite, and competent and he is an asset to your Company. Ours was the 3:00 shuttle from Seattle and I wish I knew his name. Superb service, even when I missed the bus! Friendly drivers, a comfortable ride and on-time arrival were only part of my Wenatchee Valley Shuttle adventure. My delayed flight caused me to miss that night's last shuttle (by seven minutes, no less). A quick call to Shuttle headquarters had me rebooked on the bus to leave the following morning. Sure, I spent the night in the airport -- airports are always interesting at 2 am -- but the shuttle was right on time and I was right in my seat. Thanks! read more

Pangborn airport was closed, so I took the WV shuttle from Sea-Tac to Wenatchee. Ride was on time, smooth and safe. Just a quick stop in Cle Elum for 10 min break and then one drop off in Peshastin before getting to the Wenatchee Train Station. It is a little crowded if you have a backpack as there is no place to put it except where your feet are but fortunately nobody was next to me, so I had enough space. I was really pleased with the shuttle service and driver Jeremy that I had both on 9/11 and 9/15. I was so disappointed to find the East Wenatchee airport closed and wondered how I'd get to Wenatchee from Seattle for my 60th class reunion. Your shuttle was recommended by several classmates and it did not disappoint! I was especially happy when my plane landed early on 9/11 and I was able to catch the 5pm shuttle rather than waiting for the 7pm shuttle. Many thanks! read more

This was my first time utilizing the Wenatchee Valley Shuttle. The vans were clean and while not as comfortable as a 1st class seat on an airplane, I did not find they uncomfortable, at all. The vans were on time, both to and from Sea-Tac. The divers were professional, but also friendly and helpful. I was surprised at how much more relaxing the ride was, compared to driving myself to Sea-Tac. I would recommend this service. read more

I've been using this service for 5years now and there always on time and the service is always excellent... only thing I would change or recommend is a rewards program or some kind of application for returning customers I've always see promotion code but never received one or know how to get one to use rewards program would be awesome... highly recommend there service read more

Trip to Seattle from Wenatchee was excellent! Trip from SeaTac back to Wenatchee was a packed van and way to close quarters for my preference. But drivers were excellent; very courteous and caring. Wifi was not working on trip from SeaTac to Wenatchee. Even so, very grateful for transport from Wenatchee to SeaTac. Great service. read more

always a great and safe trip on WVS. Blue pass was especially icy at six in the morning, but our driver took his time and safely, even when the other trucks and cars were stopped. His careful driving was much appreciated as we all arrived at the airport on time for other flights. I always travel WVS and I highly recommend them. read more

I have used Wenatchee Valley Shuttle a couple of times now. I prefer this to flying from Sea-Tac to Wenatchee even though it takes longer!!! This trip, the driver, Wilson was WONDERFUL!! I am a multiple time user of the Wenatchee Valley Shuttle. It is the best way to and from the westside. The drivers are courteous, they are always on time, and most important, they get through when the airplane doesn't.
