Nice clean, safe ride to Wenatchee, WA, from Seattle airport. The driver was very kind and conscientious. Arrived on time, left Seattle on time and made it to our destination on time. One clarifying instruction to add to the email is that you should look for the "Airporters" signage outside doors 00 and 2 when you wait for the shuttle. Water leaked all over my head and onto my seat from the fan overhead. I also requested the front seat when I booked because I get really carsick, they assured me it was available and reserved for me. Then when I showed up they gave the front seat to someone else. read more

Nice clean van. Would have felt very packed if it had been full. 12 seat transit van with small European sized seats and seatbelts. Liberal bathroom stop in Cle Elum. Food was what the gas station had available, so you can read into that what you will. Able to eat onboard, though. Great driver. Professional and good personality. Expertly maneuvered us out of a potentially bad situation when someone pulled out in front of us. I highly recommend this service if you're trying to get from Wenatchee to SeaTac. read more

Wilson kept us safe on what was a 'chains required' night over Snoqualmie pass and again, drove safely when we encountered a slight snowing over Blewett Pass. Not once did I feel unsafe. this was the first time I used this shuttle service. I booked both eastbound and westbound times in advance to connect with my flights. For my westboundflight, I was picked up at the destination point where with a plainly marked van.... As I am disabled, getting a parking permit was more difficult. for my eastbound return, I was there well in advance of the 6 o'clock shuttle, which I had booked a seat, my luggage was on a cart that I could use as a walker, and I stood out in the cold, waiting for a van that I had a reserve seat on for 15 minutes. I'm barely able to walk but walk the distance past vans like Kitsap down the line and could not find the shuttle. And I was left in the cold. I called Valley shuttle number at five after six and was told that I was left because the van was full. I had a reserve seat at 6 o'clock and they are acting like they are just a public shuttle so people can use them without booking. Further, I had to sit in a cold area to wait for the 930 shuttle and I was outside at 9 o'clock waiting and looking and there was no shuttle. I'm walking back a plain white, unmarked shuttle. I signal to door to confirm that was the shuttle I was looking for. How could I know what shuttle to get on when there is no markings on the shuttle including the shuttle that I stood right next to and was left in the cold at 6 o'clock. They made no announcements that they were arriving at the airport. This is a terrible way to run a company and you can't rely on him. read more
