He treated everyone with respect, was very informative, laid out rules and gave everyone his number. The bus was extremely clean, the ride was smooth and Larry was very accountable for his passengers to and from the venue. my trip was great. the driver was extremely nice and courteous. he checked on at every stop to see if we were comfortable. arrived right on time also. i would like to comment on the gas station we stopped at in cle ellum. the ladies bathroom was aweful!!! toilet paper all over ever stall...toilets were dirty..one sink did not work...no soap in dispensers..and towel machines were left jusy half way open and hanging. vthank heavensvthey had a air dryer. i complained at the cashier desk and she insisted theyvwere just cleaned the day before. i disagreed with her because the whole bathroom was a mess!!! toilet paper everywhere in every toilet and all over the floor!!! looked like it had not been cleaned for a month..yuk!!! read more

Terrible experience. We booked an overpriced shuttle for a specific time, Shuttle showed up and did not have enough seats. We had to wait for the shuttle to drive to the Gorge and back, then when we finally got to the concert we were late. After the concert the shuttle was 45 minutes late to pick up. Amtrack schedules are problematic, Greyhound was a possibility, I thought the Van which I recently heard about might be more pleasant. Jeremy our driver was very courteous, you could tell he was a skilled driver. Everyone onboard was quiet, of course that would not be a given. I thought the fare was reasonable, if you drove you would have wear and tear and gasoline cost. Plus it is a long tiresome drive. I will take this option again. read more

Nice clean, safe ride to Wenatchee, WA, from Seattle airport. The driver was very kind and conscientious. Arrived on time, left Seattle on time and made it to our destination on time. One clarifying instruction to add to the email is that you should look for the "Airporters" signage outside doors 00 and 2 when you wait for the shuttle.
