I've ridden I will not see valley shuttle from Wenatchee to seatac a few times and I am very happy with all of the drivers and the on-time stops and arrivals. On October 16th on the way back from the 6:00 ride from seatac to Wenatchee had a very good ride but I was concerned about all the banging and clanging it was going on in the rear of the vehicle just thought you guys might want to check it out read more

The vans they use are the type more typically used on short excursions, around town. Not very comfortable for a long ride and kind of loud at highway speed, but they seem to work. The drivers really care for the passengers, though they are notorious for being late. Give yourself an extra hour, if you're connecting to a flight. read more

In my last review I detailed an ugly experience in a ride with Wenatchee Valley Shuttle. Years later I'm with them again. It's only fair I address some things they've done right. After having to come out of pocket for an overnight stay due to circumstances that faithful night, that led to my prior review. Wenatchee Valley did indeed refund me and I presume the other riders for that trip. That is majorly appreciated. Fast forward I ride again with Wenatchee Valley because let's face it, there aren't huge amount of option to make the 2+ hour trek across the mountains. A much improved experience. Better shuttle van and overall better run. If you're coming back accross the mountains going to Sea-Tac, the driver will take you right to the drop off area which is very helpful. If you're needing shuttling to and from the city, consider Wenatchee Valley Shuttle. read more

Our son and daughter-in-law live in Wenatchee, and we fly in but we've never taken the WVS until this Christmas holiday season. The treacherous conditions in the passes resulted in our using WVS for the first time. Our driver was extremely competent under severely trying road conditions. Days later, our daughter arrived on 12/23/22 - amidst a cyclone bomb snowstorm. (Her 9:00 AM flight has been cancelled, and pushed to 2:00 PM.) Due to closings of the mountain passes, and flight delays, WVS accommodated several time changes and ultimately held the bus to allow her make it. Later, they closed the passes - after her bus had gotten through. Thanks, WVS for bending over backwards. Awesome customer service! read more

Photos on website are misleading. It's a cramped 14-passenger van with rough suspension, not the motor coach in most of the photos. No leg room, loud, and a very rough ride. If you get car sick, you will have a bad time. I wasn't catching a plane, so I bailed out early and requested a refund. read more

I book my daughter and her boyfriend on the shuttle to Seatac yesterday afternoon. It was the airporter van, that was completely full. The driver let them know when leaving Wenatchee he would get them there safe, but that the van almost overheated on his last trip over the pass. Well, in order to not have the van overheat the driver had to shut off the air conditioner going over the Blewett Pass it was 99 degrees out and he had to turn off the AC! This was a dangerous condition given the full bus and no AC. The driver kept apologizing to the passengers, but he did not want to break down on the pass. Wenatchee Shuttle knew what the temps were going to be and should have changed out the van for a larger safer van. Even when the AC was turned back on the bus was so hot and cramped that the AC did not work well enough to cool the van down. We have used the shuttle 4 other times and this was the worst experience we have ever had. Wenatchee Valley Shuttle can do better than this. read more

Great option when you can't get a flight to Wenachee. Horizon air has limited service which doesn't work with my flight schedule. I frequently use this service to get to and from sea tac. I just wish they had more service to Chelan Wa. The Drivers are always polite and friendly. And the customer service over the phone is friendly and accommodating. My daughter put me on the shuttle this trip. I had been avoiding it because of A bad experience I had in the past. I rode with Michael and he was great he was very conscious not to leave anyone. You have to be on time and when you go to the stops you can't be dillydallying in the store. WVS keeps a very prompt time schedule and that part of it is nice. I have been taking the train and the light rail and it is exhausting and now that I'm older it's nice to be able to from curb to curb on the shuttle. They claim to not wait for any individuals, but on my trip to WENATCHEE was literally turned around by snoqualmie pass TO BELLEVUE to pick up passengers... backtracked an hour, and no further explanation. UNACCEPTABLE- The fact that many times they claim they can never wait or go back yet this happens... highly do not recommend. read more

I am embarrassed to say that I don't remember the driver's name, though it may have been Joe. He arrived exactly on time, and was professional, courteous and helpful. The van was roomy and comfortable, even when full. He was a good driver, paying attention to the road, and getting us to Seattle in great time. I have family in Peshastin and am THRILLED that there's a Saturday afternoon shuttle to the airport. It also amazed me that I could safely leave my son's car at the Big Y lot for pick up later in the day. Thanks for providing this service. I will be using it whenever I travel to Peshastin! Joe was our driver. He made the effort to learn and use people's names. It was a full shuttle, but Joe made every effort to make sure everyone was comfortable and cared for. Because it was a good experience. After having our flight out of Wen cancelled we were a little stressed because it was a the start of a trip to Mexico. But it all worked out OK. Alaska rebooked us on a later flight and we arrived in Seattle in plenty of time to get checked in and have a nice breakfast. Joe was a great driver!! I took the shuttle, they used the small van even though they knew how many people were going to be taking the shuttle and they could have used the larger bus. There were 10 of us including the driver. People had their masks on wrong, their noses were exposed and we were really crowded. I told the driver to please tell people to keep their masks on. I'm giving this a one star because since they're open during the pandemic, they should at least make sure everyone is safe and has enough room to social distance. read more

Utter failure in customer service. Booked a 230 shuttle at Pangborn due to a canceled flight, and was told to return at 2:15, it is now nearly 3pm and no shuttle in sight, the service rep is gone, and nobody is staffing the phone. In addition they haven't event cleared their mailbox, preventing any new complaints from being brought. What a joke of a company. Update: driver was 45 minutes late, sold a ticket at the first stop to a girl when the van was already fully booked,  then tried to kick her out 20 miles down the road at an open air park and ride in 25F weather to accommodate new passengers. So I am posting here because they erased my fb review. They just ditched my friends dad, an elderly man, at Sea-Tac, yelling at him and everything because he wouldn't kennel his SERVICE DOG! They even had the odasity to tell the elderly man that the airlines let him fly illegally with the dog! If it wouldn't have been for another friend of mine who just happened to be there picking others up, this man would have had to rent a car or wait for someone to come pick him up. THIS IS ILLEGAL! You do not have to kennel your service dog! Yes, the Human Rights Commission is being contacted. In reading other reviews on fb it seems that yelling at customers is not uncommon either. I will NEVER do business with them and would encourage others to seek other options as well. read more
