I was promised my vehicle by Thursday, then Friday, then Monday. If you get a quote from autoplex make certain they include the date and time it will be finished. They were barley apologetic and curt. I had these repairs done in anticipation of trip that I could not take due to there inability to keep their promised completion date. read more

I bought a used Nissan SUV from them going on 2 years ago now. Since I purchased the car I have paid thousands of dollars in repairs and replacements. Part of the purchase agreement was they would change the oil, replace the battery, wiper blades and a few other things. None of that was done when I picked up the car. So I had to wait. They replaced my battery with a KIA battery that is about ready to die because they put in a low end battery that can't handle a V6 engine. They said they changed the oil, but never did - plus it ended up having an oil leak that needed to be fixed. With-in less than I month of driving this car it was in the shop getting fixed. When I say thousands of dollars in repairs I mean THOUSANDS with no exaggeration what so ever! They are not true to their word and at least their used cars are certainly not worth what they are charging. My only saving grace is I purchased an extended warranty. BUYER BE WARE - especially if you are purchasing a used vehicle from them. read more

Regarding Service Department. Long story short - they missed commitments but recovered nicely, I'll be back again. When a business's failure to deliver costs you time, money and all kinds of complications and inconvenience, they're not doing it right! A company's ability to react appropriately when something goes wrong wins loyalty. We made an appointment to have a trailer hitch installed on our Kia Soul. The appointment was set over a week in the future to ensure all the parts would be there. We specifically asked about the wiring harness. Day of appointment, Wednesday, we arrived at 8 a.m., checking again to make sure all the parts were there before we left. We were told the job would be done "this morning". Having come in two cars, we were able to run errands and such during the wait. We didn't hear from them, so called at 11:30. We were told that the wiring harness hadn't yet arrived and that it should be there by 2 p.m. and that the job should be done by closing at 5:30 p.m. Good thing we came in two cars, we went home to wait. We live 30 miles away, not "in town". We didn't hear from them again, so at 4:30 we called and it still wasn't done. I explained that we had planned to take the Kia on our trip to Seattle the next day, Thursday; it was more costly for us to take the truck and more difficult to maneuver and find parking. We went to pick up the Kia Friday morning. Dave was very gracious about the error and missed commitments. I explained how the failure to have the part and deliver the job on time cost us time and money. I explained how we didn't believe we had been heard, as customers, when we specifically asked about the part being on-hand. Dave made an adjustment on the bill that sufficiently made up for the errors. Again, a company's ability to react appropriately when something goes wrong wins loyalty. Addressed to service,Verry irritated, I paid $2500 for an extended warranty. I took my Kia to Wenatchee Kia with a bad rattle in the front.They diagnosed the problem, and said they would call me .That was in November or December.. In March I still hadn't heard from them and my car is still messed up. Here it is April so I called into my warranty and found out that they never even called it in to my warranty. I will never take my Kia to them again.If there was a negative rating ,I would be the one to give it. read more

I am so disappointed with my experience at this dealership. After speaking with someone for about a week regarding the Kia Telluride, I decided to go look at it. I spoke with someone on Saturday and the car was still available. When my husband and I arrived to the lot on Sunday, we were told that it had sold a few days prior and we should test drive a few other cars. We felt deceived and annoyed. We drove 2 hours to get to this lot, paid for childcare for our 4 kids and came on a Sunday because we were set on the car we were told was still there and didnt plan on looking on other lots. We ended up making the 4 hour trip to Auburn, Sunset Kia the same day and bought the same car. The Wenatchee manager was rude the sales people are obviously OK replying just to get you in a lot. Never go here. Instead, make the drive to Sunset Kia, where they offer a lifetime powertrain warranty and a 200,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. Cannot beat it. Their sales people were kind, patient and HONEST. read more

John, our Salesman and Mike the Sales Manager made the process simple and pleasant since we live on the west side of the state and paperwork had to be discussed back and forth before delivery. My husband and I have been looking for a car for our 16 yr old daughter via Wenatchee craiglist. We see a 1999 mazda 626 listed by Wenatchee Kia for $3991.00. We verified this price via the Wenatchee Kia Dealer website, so we went down to the dealership and test drove the car. There was some body damage to the front bumper (nothing too extreme, just some paint missing), and looked like someone had replaced the driver side headlight assembly. During our test drive we found a few mechanical problems like the air conditioning compresser whined for the first 10 minutes of our test drive, their was clunking coming from the rear end every time you went over a bump, AND the car experienced low idol at the stop light. We told the salesmen that we would talk it over and be in touch with them. My husband did some research and found that the low idol is a common 626 problem. It is fixable, but it can get very expensive fast, so when the salesman called us to see if we wanted to make an offer, we felt that $3000.00 out the door was fair. The salesman response? After I explained why we offered that low he stated quote on quote: "Yeah the cheapest we could sell that car for would be $5000.00 plus tax and license" Really? How did it go from $3991.00 to $5000.00 in two days? I explained that I felt that was very poor business practices and he seemed not to care. So guess what? Kia has probably lost our business for good (we had bought a car from them a few years ago). He did apoligize for the mix up, but obviously did not want to make a sale, since he didn't come down on the price at all, even with all the mechanical problems and exterior condition. read more

HORRIBLE experience I bought a really nice car from there within 3 month of having it I had to put about $$3,000 out of pocket into it and the service manager is rude and doesn't help out on anything the GM is very unpleasant to deal with he said so what its what you get for a used car we will only help you out by a hundred $ which isn't even the cost of labor at a dealership in which I didn't have KIA touch my car to do repairs because they admitted they didn't know how too, now 6 months into it the breaks are in the red and needing replaced they don't even do a inspection otherwise this would have been noticed that the breaks are nearing replacement and that the electrical has corrosion and that pieces to the electrical housing are missing so that's where almost $3,000 out of pocket came from, also I had to replace tires in which the ones that came with it only had a month left on em.. BE CAREFUL!!!!! HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP plus they never changed the oil I just had a oil change done because I thought I should check and it was way way way over due!!! Never Recommending KIA! read more
