The maintenance staff are brilliant, always helpful and get any problems sorted asap. The reason for the lower rating is the office staff. They require better customer service. Every time I've rung they have been rude and unhelpful and seem to see your phone call as an inconvenience. I've been left on hold for long periods of time, been ignored while they chat to other people in the office and been cut off in the middle of conversations. They never answer emails and I've now learnt to cut them out all together and contact the property caretakers straight away with any problems. They're much more helpful and polite. read more
