Established in 1989.
Paramount Properties was founded in 1989 in West Hampstead by Mark Greig, who wanted to create an estate agency built on honesty, innovation, and genuine care for clients. What began as a small independent office has grown into a full-service property agency covering over 80 London postcodes.
Mark’s vision remains the same today - to keep raising the standard of what an estate agent can be, combining decades of experience with a modern, people-first approach.
Meet the Business Owner: Spencer L.
Spencer’s journey in property began as a young, ambitious lettings consultant, where he quickly discovered both a passion and a talent for the industry. Growing up with a skilled builder as a father sparked his lifelong interest in property maintenance and refurbishment - knowledge he now brings into every part of the business.
Today, Spencer is the Director of Lettings and Sales at Paramount Properties, an award-winning independent agency based in London. He also oversees Paramount Maintenance & Refurbishments, ensuring every client benefits from a complete, seamless property experience.
A recognised thought leader, Spencer regularly speaks on industry panels and webinars, championing higher standards and innovation in estate agency. As a mentor through Agents Together, he’s passionate about empowering others in their careers and believes that great leadership starts with helping people reach their full potential.
