super approachable people! brian and kim are super nice, knowledgeable, and informative. got dexa scan, 3D body scan, RMR, and vo2 max tests done. they don't push you to get more tests or pay more than you really want to. if you're taking your fitness/health seriously, all the information is def worth knowing. facilities are super nice. clean and organized. i did a quarterly membership and even if you don't use your tests in that quarter, they never expire. so if you pay for tests, you can use them anytime even if you ended your membership. overall great experience. def recommend read more

I am so happy to have found this place. Not only are their services what I was looking for, and very scarcely finding in the area, but the owners are so inviting and knowledgeable. I was primarily interested in a DEXA scan as I wanted to know my fat body composition, lean mass weight and bone health. When I went on their site I saw they also offered the VO2max test, which I had been wanting to do since I use to run and I'd like to get back into it. Since the place looked new and also had info about space rental for personal trainers work out space, I called and Brian kindly explained their set up and bundles. I ended up getting all 4 services DEXA, VO2Max, RMR and the 3D body scan as a bundle. I think it was a great price vs what I saw out in L.A. and OC. And I am so glad I did! Kim was very thorough about what each service was, the set up, and how long it would take. I did DEXA, then RMR, followed by the 3D body scan, and ended with Vo2Max. I did have to be in a fasted state (minimum 12 hours) which I am ok with. 1. DEXA only took a few minutes, I laid down and the arm scanner carefully did its thing. 2. The RMR took the max 20 minutes as I took a while getting use to breathing through my mouth only. 3. The body scan took less than a couple minutes. There was about 15 minutes to explain the first three results. I didn't have many questions but I am sure Brian would have been happy to answer. 4. The VO2max setup and all with the heart monitor, mask, and treadmill took like 30 minutes. I took the brisk walking option. It included another post breakdown of info. By the end of the day I received an email with all results/reports for each service. So happy I found this place as I try to be healthier. I am happy I got to support this business! I hope to do it again in a few months as it motivated me on my journey. My husband also completed 3 of the services recently and he also loved the whole experience. Recommend 100%. read more
