I was impressed with his attention to my issues and his gentle and competent manner. He urged that I follow up my visit with a specialist and explained the reasons that it was important for me to do this in a manner that I could understand. I highly recommend this facility for any emergency or when a family physician is not available. My husband had to go in this past weekend for a sinus infection. He was so impressed with the medical personnel who cared for him. She was professional and personable. He said, "She was just great! You can't do a better job that she did. That place is the best!"

We went there yesterday with my mother, after eating lunch at a nice little place in the same strip mall (see my next review). Not only is this store large and clean, very well-stocked and with wide aisles - but the two cashiers (Troy & Brendan) and the manager (David) were a superb example of TERRIFIC customer service. Seriously, every store should use this place as an example.

When I arrived on location, I verified the information at the desk with the secretary or office assistant. The women took a copy of my insurance card and verified my appointment, and the fact that I called ahead. As you can tell I am very frustrated with the below amateur level competence of staff.

She was rude, condescending, has no bedside manner, pulled up her mask during Covid to get in my face and yell at me, and was generally inept. She clearly hadn't read any of my paperwork and was not worth 2 hrs wait to finally see her. If you see she's the doctor on duty I'd suggest you just turn around and either go to the er or Patient First. Casey and Dr Perez are clear 5 star winners but Yin Tun deserves fewer than 0 stars - in the negatives.

Alot of times they will completely dodge caring for patients either by judging the situation (you can hear them in the hallway mocking you, right before they walk in to your room) or just that they do not want to work or fix a small problem.
