I was impressed with his attention to my issues and his gentle and competent manner. He urged that I follow up my visit with a specialist and explained the reasons that it was important for me to do this in a manner that I could understand. I highly recommend this facility for any emergency or when a family physician is not available. My husband had to go in this past weekend for a sinus infection. He was so impressed with the medical personnel who cared for him. She was professional and personable. He said, "She was just great! You can't do a better job that she did. That place is the best!"

I walked into this establishment and was met by a lovely bubbly receptionist that helped me prepare for my first time visit. I stepped on a nail and it was embedded in my foot. After I signed all the paperwork I was greeted by a very charming and pleasant Assistant who took my blood pressure and weight. Soon following the Doctor entered and explained (in layman's terms) exactly what he was going to do for my injury. He really made me feel comfortable. Im always anxious when I visit medical facilities. He removed the nail quick and swiftly. I am a self pay patient (no insurance) and the cost was reasonable. When you call the billing department to discuss the charges, you will be told, it is what it is, there's nothing they can do about it. They never returned our call, never talked to us.And just sent us the letter saying that they had talked to other people in the hospital and that everything was good.

His med assistant Alexis bent over backwards to get me ready for surgery and she handled Medicare like a pro. Things were even more topnotch when we got there the day of my surgery. Security very kindly escorted us to the correct hallway as we got there a bit early and the front was not open yet. And the nurses in pre-op were very thorough and moved me right along. The nurse in the OR made me feel very comfortable. Once i got to the floor, the nurses were amazing as well. Once the nerve block wore off at about 2 am I turned in to a whiney brat. They very patiently worked with me to get my pain under control. The nurses were amazing in how they all worked together. And tbh eating was not high on my priority list but i knew I had to. It was quite palatable!

This delay and misdiagnosis could have led to much worse outcomes. Someone should really report this to the Department of Health, and if not I will; People seek medical advice/care and still get no answers.
