Mr. Sousa came back and looked at it and one of his workers swore up and down that nothing fell on our roof. I basically said to him "Before you showed up, no hole. After you're done, hole." Doesn't take a genius to figure this out. Now he did come back that day and replace the broken shingles but then said he'd be back later in the week to repair the hole underneath and with new shingles that match our current color. This was a month ago. Since then my calls have either gone to voicemail or, when he has picked up, he keeps pushing back the date of when he'll come by to make things right. I have given up expecting him.
