I came in genuinely hoping for chiropractic care, but it quickly turned into a high-pressure sales pitch. They offered a $3,000+ "discounted" package but only if I paid upfront or signed up for a payment plan. When I asked to pay per visit instead of signing up for a plan (which the "discount" was supposedly based on), I was told that wasn't even an option. That's not a real discount, that's just a scammy sales tactic. They gave me only three business hours to decide. I told them clearly I'd let them know the next day (which I did) but because I didn't commit to their plan, they tried to guilt-trip me for taking time to decide. That kind of pressure has no place in a healthcare setting. Also worth mentioning: the reviews seem overly glowing and repetitive, which feels off given the aggressive business model. It feels curated and too good to be true. If you're considering this place, be cautious. I have been going here weekly for about a year and couldn't imagine my life without Dr Jeff. The first couple months I almost gave up. Seriously, don't give up. Right after that near-breaking-point I had a major breakthrough in my healing. But it seems weird at first. How does deep breathing and weird noises and random back pokes help? To be honest I'm still not completely sure. He might be a wizard. He might be an alien with super powers. He might be a healer that jumped out of a World of Warcraft game. All I know is that this was nothing like any other chiropractor I had ever seen, and it was actually working. Seeing images of my spine after 6 months made me cry. Everyone who works here is very nice, but the treatment is quite simply ineffective and extremely expensive. Every 15 minute visit is 75 dollars, and your treatment is at the same time as other people. I bought into every suggestion made and diligently stuck with the treatment program for several months, but noticed no difference when I started and no difference in my body when I stopped. When I first met Dr. Jeff I had rounded shoulders and my head was forward almost 3 inches compared to proper alignment. It was not until several visits that I realized this condition started when I was 4 years old as the result of significant trauma. It was my body's way of creating armor to protect my heart from the challenges of life. I had visited several medical doctors, traditional chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists, and performed yoga daily for 5 years. No matter I did, my head would stay forward and my shoulders rounded.
