I have been going to the Wellness Doctor for many years now. Dr. Kremer saved me from having surgery on my shoulder when I had a large calcium deposit and a tear on my rotator cuff. Dr. Kremer really cares about his patients and takes the time to get to know them to be able to better help. I was also in a car accident a couple years ago and had whiplash along with quite a bit of pain. Dr. Kremer took care of me with a combination of chiropractic adjustment, massage, and acupuncture. All the massage therapists were amazing and Matt the acupuncturist was very genuine and concerned about helping decrease my pain level. I have had numerous sessions with Cassie Kremer for nutritional counseling and she is very knowledgeable and has helped me with my weight management goals. I found Wellness Doctor in August 2021 when we moved to Bend. I was looking for a Chiropractor close to our home that takes insurance and started working with Dr. Armington who is AMAZING! Dr. Armington takes her time to ask the right questions about what's going on in my body, her knowledge is vast, and she follows up with recommendations for exercises which help me to keep my back in good shape. I have also gotten massages from Isabel at Wellness Doctor and each appointment has been great! I had visited the wellness doctor years ago for issues with back pain and plantar fasciitis and had a very positive experience and outcome (no plantar fasciitis since!) Recently, I had an injury that I felt would be best suited for a chiropractor and I am so happy I chose to go to the wellness doctor. Not only do they treat your injury (this time is was neck pain and stiffness) they really delve into your body as a whole looking at every system to optimize health and wellbeing. I went to Wellness Doctor because of a tweaked back. Have been working on getting back in shape and my body was rebelling. Dr. Kremer spent time getting familiar with my situation then went to work deploying multiple techniques. He used some electronic stimulation to help loosen up my super tight tweaked spot, then got my back loosened up with his fancy table before doing some chiropractic adjustments. To help keep my back feeling good between visits he taught me some foam roller stretches that really help throughout the week. It has been a great experience and I will be back. read more

I am so impressed every time I visit Wellness Doctor! Dr. Kremer goes above and beyond when it comes to a "typical" chiropractic visit. I've never felt pressured to sign up for a big package to fix all the little things wrong with my back (as I have at many other local places). He is compassionate, a good listener, but most of all, offers effective therapies to help restore functionality and reduce my back pain. The office staff is well organized and very sweet. This place is wonderful, from the waiting room and reception desk to the chiropractic care and massage therapists and beyond. When you first walk in it feels like a healing educational center. There are handouts and products on the walls and shelves, a massage chair and nice people to greet you like you are family. I was in a serious car accident and could barely sleep or walk and immediately started healing and feeling better after starting treatment here. The Wellness Doctor is an amazing full service wellness clinic. I've been a patient of Dr. Kremer since 2009 and have had an amazing experience every visit. He is a very knowledgable chiropractor who puts the extra time in to provide the personal experience of getting to know his clients. I met Dr. Kramer over a year ago. He truly cares about his patients, their well being and day to day activities. When Dr. Kramer relocated his practice, I was set up with Justin for deep tissue massage. I have had massage work done for years. I'm a stylist, the neck, shoulder, back pain that comes after 29 yrs can become almost unbearable. Justin is the best massage therapist I've had, Back home I had my favorite therapist for 10 years. Dr. Kremer has fixed me on a few occasions, and by fixed I mean some instant relief. The last visit was after a week long cruise where my 10 year old daughter had the heaviest suitcase, and when I lifted it out of the car, my back went out. Needless to say, it ruined my vacation, and returning on a Saturday night, I left a message for Dr. Kramer's office, and Dr. Kremer saw me that next morning, (Sunday morning). I've been going to see Dr. Kremer at The Wellness Doctor for over 12 years. I've avoided 2 surgeries with care from Dr. Kremer, and I see him for regular adjustments. I moved to the valley in 2016, yet I continue to drive back to Bend to go to The Wellness Doctor. I've tried a couple chiropractors over here, however, none compare to the quality of care I receive from Dr. K.
