Her nutrition and cooking sessions were engaging, age appropriate, and incredibly hands on. She has a unique ability to connect with young people in a way that makes healthy eating feel exciting, realistic, and achievable. Vandana taught our youth practical life skills, including hydration, preparing healthy snacks, and making smart food choices on a budget. What stood out most was how empowered and enthusiastic the kids were throughout the sessions. They were fully engaged, asked great questions, and left with knowledge they were genuinely excited to use at home. Her professionalism, warmth, and passion for nutrition truly shine. We are extremely grateful to H4H Foundation for connecting us with Vandana and would highly recommend her to any organization looking to educate and inspire youth through nutrition in a meaningful and impactful way. My gynecologist had a flyer in his office that said, "medical weight loss program". I read it and thought, "I need help, I can't do this alone," so I decided to make an appointment, telling my scale, "You are going DOWN!" I met with Julie, the director of the program, who was very welcoming, professional and friendly. I also saw Dr. Vash, crying on my first meeting, because this meant so much to me. I weighed in and measured my body fat, which was at 35%! I learned that it is advisable for women to be under 25%. Frankly I didn't even think I could lose weight at my age (69 years old). I realized that I needed to focus on losing body fat and not just the weight. I began the program, taking the supplements they gave me, along with drinking a shake twice a day, a simple meal of chicken or fish with vegetables and not eating after dinner (that in and of itself was a huge deal, because I was like a baby, loving my night feedings while watching TV). What happened surprised me. I became CALM around food! I couldn't believe it. My frantic desire to stuff myself began to subside, and I followed the program seeing results in the first week, which was inspiring. I continued the program for a solid three weeks and then began to hover around 119 pounds at 29% body fat. This program helped me to jump start new eating habits and I am so grateful about that. I have become more aware when I don't drink enough water or exercise, other than the three days a week at the gym, but what is so interesting is that my body is becoming "used" to a new weight, which I'm really happy about. When I go "off", I don't punish myself, and am able to continue without stress. The best thing that has happened is that my eating patterns have changed and I not only eat WAY LESS in general, it has become my new way of being. Thank you, Julie. Just checking in with me has helped me stay on track. For anyone needing help, call Century City Medical Weight Loss.

He always made himself available to answer questions. I couldn't have asked for a better coach. On a final note, Aris recommends that you weigh yourself each morning on a home scale. After completing this diet, I couldn't agree with him more. There was no bigger motivator and sense of accomplishment than seeing the pounds melt off each day. I would recommend to anyone who is committed to losing weight to give this a go, you will not be disappointed.

On Friday night, I expressed my intention to leave, and staff told me I needed to wait until Monday to complete a formal discharge. I agreed to that. Sunday night, while packing my belongings, I accidentally missed my UA time by about an hour. Shortly after, I received a text in the house group chat from Ryan Young saying, "You need to UA now or we will throw all of your things on the road. This is not a Motel 6 or a storage unit." That was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. The staff themselves told me to remain there until Monday, so to be threatened and humiliated publicly in the group chat was unnecessary and degrading. I would honestly have preferred staying in a Motel 6 than dealing with that kind of treatment. This program lacks compassion, professionalism, and basic respect for its residents.
