So if you've been reading my reviews, you may know that I've been on somewhat of a dietary regimen…read morefor the last few months. Well, I can officially say that I've reached my weight goal today and it feels great!! That's right, 30 lbs baby, woohoo! Time to celebrate with a huge dinner and dessert! LOL, just kidding. I must admit it was a challenge because the regimen of the diet, called the Ideal Protein diet, is that we eat minimal amounts of carbohydrates and more protein and vegetables. It was a challenge because I am a rice eater and love my doughnuts and cakes as much as anyone else because that's the American way, right? Sidenote: You see, the typical American diet consisting of carbs and fats, leads to weight gain. Being overweight leads to various diseases and illnesses later in life which makes the elite eugenicist scum ecstatic since it cuts our lives short. They are more concerned about the population exploding since it could lead to the depletion of earth's resources. Have you ever wondered why it seems all the foods bad for us like scones, doughnuts and baked goods, which are made of corn and wheat. are so much cheaper than the things that are healthier for us such as vegetables and fruits? It's because these crops are subsidized by the government which has been taken over by the global elite. Healthier foods such as fruits and vegetables are not subsidized. But I digress... Getting back to my review, as I progressed on my diet, I started to see the pounds shedding on a daily basis and I felt a lot healthier and actually looked healthier, at least I thought. I was actually able to pull out all my older jeans again that were sitting in a pile in the closet and had to buy new ones since I went from a size 34 to 31 waist over time. It was awesome!! However, I quite truthfully could not have done it without Monica who operates the clinic. She was a total gem and with her guidance and encouragement, I was able to accomplish what I've been wanting and trying to do for years now. Most importantly, Monica shared educational information about weight loss and the how-to's in maintaining good health overall. Even though I've reached my goal, I'm now on a maintenance plan that I intend to follow for the rest of my life so that I don't regain all the weight I lost. It's really a lifestyle change which can be considered tough but when you consider the upside of living a healthy life, it's definitely worth it. I can have a cheat day though so if anyone is up for some dimsum, KBBQ, or whatever, let me know, lol! The program is one of the quickest ways to lose weight fast as you can lose anywhere from 3-5 lbs a week. I'd recommend Monica and her weight clinic and health counseling to anyone who wants to either shed some pounds or even just gain some knowledge about weight loss or learn how to eat healthier overall. It's still not too late to start that New Year's resolution so give Monica a call. You'll will thank me but most of all, you will be thanking yourself for caring about you.
