I began working with Kerry roughly 6 months ago and to say the experience has been great and a huge success would be an understatement. I came to her overweight with some bad biomarkers and plenty of symptoms like anxiety, and dizziness. After 7 months of consistent training and nutrition and following the protocols set in place by Kerry I feel amazing and my symptoms have vanished. I have also been able to shed 45 lbs of fat and put on 9 pounds of muscle. I am thankful for the opportunity to work with her and build a relationship, she is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Looking forward to continuing down this path of a healthy lifestyle and excited to see what the future holds. read more

Kerry has been fantastic. She's been able to address most if not all of my health concerns. It's been especially helpful with my post Covid symptoms. I've experienced improved vision, balance, lower heart rate, increased breath hold, and overall energy/clarity of thought. Truly remarkable improvements in just a few months. read more

For years I've struggled trying to heal my body from digestive issues, Sibo, Hashimoto's, etc. Every time I thought I was healing, a whole new set of problems occurred. Enter Kerry! She focused so much more on getting to the root cause of issues and took her time to do a thorough examination. She created a personal protocol for me, which consisted of ways to heal the body physically and mentally. For the first time in a long while, I am finally starting to feel more like myself and seeing progress! Kerry is so supportive and understanding, not to mention very communicative. I am so grateful to have found her and for the hard work she puts in to help people heal and feel like themselves again. Thank you Kerry! read more

For the past 20+ years I have suffered from severely uncomfortable digestive issues. I've been told I need to adjust my diet and at times I did. I would stay clear of gluten, and I would feel slightly better but not 100%. A friend of mine went to see Kerry and I witnessed a huge change so I decided to make an appointment. Completely unaware that that was the day I would finally turn a corner for good. I have been pain free since December 11th. I am never felt so empowered and clear and balanced. I would not have been able to do this without seeing Kerry. She has so much knowledge, patience and passion for nutrition and overall mind and body health. She's relatable, kind and compassionate. I am loving how I feel from the inside out. I can't say enough good things about my experience and about Kerry. read more

Go see Kerry!! Honestly, she's made such a positive difference in my life in just one month. For 8 years, I've been dealing with irregular, long, and heavy periods. I've gone to 4 different gynecologists, had 2 surgeries to remove polyps, have tried 5 different birth controls, and nothing worked... Until I saw Kerry. For the first time in 8 years, I had a normal period - on time, not heavy, and lasted 6 days. GAME CHANGER! In addition to my periods (which was my main concern), Kerry helped me with my extreme fatigue, lethargy, and digestion. I have more energy, no more brain fog, and I'm more regular. I'm blown away by the results I've seen in just under 40 days and I'm excited to see what the 3 month marker will bring. If you're struggling, go see Kerry - it will make all of the difference. She's also such a warm beam of light and joy and genuinely cares about making you feel better. read more

I was referred to Kerry by a friend who had amazing results losing weight and getting her body back into balance. So I made an appointment and I am so glad that I did. I am losing weight and I am experiencing changes that I am not even mindful of. When I first went to Kerry, I told her of how often I was blowing my nose and how much mucous I was experiencing. After one month, my nose stopped running! I have lost 12 pounds and I am continuing to experience less bloating and sugar cravings. She is the best and the tequila diet is pretty cool also! read more

Prior to Kerry I suffered from acid reflux and constantly feeling lethargic. Within the past couple months Kerry has completed transformed my body from the inside out. She has made me feel better than I have ever felt. I haven't had a stomach ache in 3 months (whereas in the past I had one everyday). In addition, I feel more energized, youthful and reached my goal weight! Kerry has been the biggest blessing in my life. I would highly recommend. read more

My session with Kerry was so refreshing after seeking out doctors in NYC and LA in search of treatments for my Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and digestive issues. I had been to countless M.D.s, "Functional" Medicine Doctors, and I even called a "Medical Medium" to try to get answers regarding my autoimmune issues. I moved to LA four years ago and Kerry is the first health care professional I feel like I can trust. I immediately felt welcome upon my first office visit. Kerry was warm, nurturing and a great listener. I didn't feel rushed at all. She offered me a delicious tea and we chatted about my health history before any testing began. I felt heard and she treated my concerns seriously and with empathy. Kerry's personality is lovely, but the 5 stars also pertain to the incredible accuracy in which she pinpointed the root cause of my health issues only a short time into our session. Her knowledge of nutrition and dietary supplements is topnotch! I should know--I've tried hundreds of medications and supplements in the almost ten years since being diagnosed with Hashimoto's. I'm looking forward to continuing my journey with Kerry to optimal health! read more

Kerry is incredible! Very thorough and knowledgeable across the board in holistic and naturopathic medicine. She is constantly updating her QEST system to incorporate new scans and tests. She works with you and your schedule to provide the best regimen for you. She follows up with you to check in on your progress. I lost 8 pounds in the first week on her program. After two months, all but one of my health issues are gone (which we knew it would take a wee bit longer to flush out). My emotional paradigm has shifted through meditation, oils and Bach oils she recommended. Super amazing woman! read more

So I've always been working on my health and fitness all my life. But there was always something off, is fluctuate excessively and my body wouldn't react to the foods and diets I've learned about. Coming to Kerry was a game changer. With her knowledge and tools she was able to put me on the perfect program to help repair my body from the inside out.. there's no unknowns or sense of is this the right thing for me, the equipment she used tells her exactly what my body is reacting to(good/bad) and what it's doing to my body. There were things that she brought up that she had no way of knowing unless I told her so I'm a huge believer and I'm already feeling like a new man and my body is transforming to its optimal condition that I've always wanted.. Kerry is amaaaazing!! I wanted to wait and see before I write a review to make sure her protocols and suggestion works -- and it did (although we still have lots of work to do). Around a year ago, I started having very bad digestive issues and constant bloating & constipation. This was address immediately in the first month we met and it has subsided by around 90%. On top of that, Kerry's Rock Star cleanse helped me lose around 10-15 lbs in two weeks of doing it! My energy levels have boosted and I'm feeling way better in all aspects of my health as opposed to the time before I met her. Kerry is very empathetic, compassionate, and warm. Very grateful to have met her read more

I went to see Kerry on the recommendation of a friend who consulted with her a month or two prior for weight loss advice. I'd been struggling with weight gain for about a year, and couldn't understand why my body wasn't losing the weight with consistent healthy eating and daily exercise. I recently had a full lab panel done and all results were normal. I'm 46 years old, so everyone I spoke with tossed my weight gain up to hormones. But, something in me felt off...I intuitively knew there was something wrong and needed an alternative approach. I have never really been overweight before (5 lbs up or down) and was always able to lose added weight by adjusting my diet. Not anymore! I also noticed an increased lack of energy, fatigue, brain-fog, and was struggling with mood swings. I started meditating daily and took CBD oil, but still felt off. So, last week I visited Kerry. As soon as I stepped into Kerry's office, I relaxed and felt a sense of comfort. I knew Kerry was going to help me. Her energy is welcoming, non-judgmental, and her demeanor is warm and sincere. Those qualities, coupled with her knowledge of the human body and soul, make her a phenomenal wellness practitioner! Its been a week since my appointment, and I've been following Kerry's suggested diet, exercise plan and supplements. It's all super easy...I'm not hungry at all, and I'm doing intermittent fasting which I love. In one week, I am down 5.3 lbs! I feel energized and happier. Bloating and stomach aches have disappeared. It took a day or two to succumb to taking the many supplements she recommended, but quickly became habitual and no big deal. Her suggested recipes are delicious, and the shakes I bought from her are fabulous! I'm so grateful for having found Kerry, and look forward to continuing my newfound path to health! I recommend consulting with Kerry without hesitation! read more

5 stars are not enough to describe what Wish U Wellness have done for me in the past 3 years and still doing. Kerry is a miracle worker. God knows how grateful I am to him for sending her my way. I've been battling severe unspecified acne for 2,5 years, spent thousands of dollars on medication and treatments that were giving very short temporary results and also caused me to have serious liver problems due to medication I was using. My doctor told me to urgently drop medication because of severity of the outcome and advised to stay clear of any natural supplements coz supposedly "they will only make it worse". Well guess what, I didn't listen to him and asked Kerry for advise and help and she did, in about 2-3 days my blood work was perfect as if nothing happened which obviously my doctor was surprised to see. No more acne, not one pimple, no more oily skin, my bloated stomach is gone, TMI but my stool is perfect, I feel perfect overall all because I trusted Kerry and made a choice to listen to her suggestions and give them a shot. Kerry is a true miracle. Her genuine and sweet character, ability to understand and connect with people as well as ability to interpret computer's testing information into personalized report is beyond amazing. There were times when she knew about my coming health problems before I heard my doctors stating them to me which is truly unbelievable. I'm absolutely in love with Wish U Wellness and what it does to people and our healths. There is nothing like it out there! As they say, Health is Wealth, and Kerry knows how to make sure you got that on point! read more

I heard about this amazing woman (Kerry) from a few of my friends from Pilates. They were talking about how much she helped them with some of their health problems. As a women in her mid fifties going through some hormonal changes, digestion, sleep issues etc. I was curious and wanted to check her out for myself. Well...I'm so glad I did!!! My first appointment was in October of 2018 and I've been coming ever since. She is so caring and such a good listener. I feel like she really listens to what you have to say. Not only was and is she so right on with her diagnosis but my problems have subsided and some even gone away. My over all health and well being have taken a turn and I feel as though I am on the right path to achieve optimum health. That's all I want. To feel good from the inside out. Kerry is a Godsend. She has made such a positive impact on my over all being. The tools she uses to diagnose are not of the ordinary and are so specific to each individual. I feel healthier, happier and grounded since I've started seeing her. I can't recommend her enough. Working with her is like having a personal health guru guiding you and rooting for you to feel your ultimate best. Thanks to Kerry and Wish U Wellness I am feeling so much better! This time last year I was 185 pounds and not feeling very well. Through Kerry's assessment, she was able to determine my food sensitivities as well as help me with a diet plan, which really isn't a diet but more about eating the RIGHT foods that don't cause inflammation in my body. I am now down to 145 pounds and feeling so much better, in the form of better sleep, more energy, less brain fog, and softer hair and skin. She listens to every one of your needs and truly cares about your well being. Yay Kerry! She's super knowledgeable, personable, and I never feel rushed. I was one of those clients who didn't have many problems, but just wanted to get more information, and learn more about what my body needs (and doesn't need). Kerry is EXACTLY what I have been looking for in a nutritionist! She's patient, sweet, and helped me understand what specific steps I needed to take to feel my absolute best (I just turned 30 and felt like I needed to take a bit better care of myself). I've been taking the daily supplements she suggested ever since, and her diet + exercise guide gave me precise direction -- so I don't feel overwhelmed or unsure anymore on what foods I'm sensitive to. I also love how she checks in with me every few days to make sure I'm on track and that I don't have any questions. Kerry cares! :) I recommend her to anyone who is looking to improve how they feel both inside and out. :) read more

I had never done any allergy testing before and thought I would try. I had very thin hair and stomach issues that I wanted to address. After seeing Kerry for initial assessment she advised me to take certain vitamins and adjust my diet specific to my problems. I cannot be happier. Only a few days later after our first meeting I started feeling great! I felt more energy and my stomach issues were gone! It's been about 6 month since I have been seeing her and I have never felt better! It's incredible what she does! My hair is a lot healthier too and I see little hairs growing! I would highly recommend her. The biggest plus is also that everything she does is natural. So no chemicals in your body and a little change of your eating habits. I would recommend her to anyone! The is the best! You can also ask her questions about anything any time and she is very responsive. read more

For years I have struggled with digestive issues, fatigue, low energy, stomachaches, discomfort after eating, being bloated, feeling groggy, living in a fog.... and all the rest (you know the story). I tried "changing my diet" or "watching what I eat", but nothing worked. Until I went to see Kerry. She changed my life. In a few short months she was able to pinpoint the foods that caused me to feel the way I felt. Once those food items were eliminated from my diet, my digestive issues improved drastically and all my aches and pains were eliminated as well. When you feel better physically, you feel better emotionally. Added bonus, I down 15lbs and I feel better today, in my late 40s than I did in my late 20s. I can't thank you enough, Kerry. read more

Kerry is Magic! I've been struggling with my weight for years. I've tried everything, you name it, I've done it! Diets, workouts, supplements, various forms of medical systems (Chinese/Aryuvedic) and even hypnotherapy. Not only was the weight a struggle but I was exhausting myself emotionally trying to figure out how. I don't want to be skinny, I simply want to feel comfy in my skin and healthy in my head. I must say I was skeptical at first but now four months in and 18 lbs down, I'm there! I will continue to go to Kerry, because now she's become a friend, someone who helps me on other levels, not just physically but emotionally and spiritually. The difference between Kerry and anything else is that she individualizes your treatment, she guides you through your journey, it's always specific to YOU and she gets down to the root of the problem. For me, the weight gain was a symptom of constantly being inflamed because of not eating what was right for my body. We found the culprit and as I mentioned, I will still go back. Mostly because the human body is in constant flux and I'm finding that every time I go, I find something new, I tackle it and I feel empowered and educated. It's not easy but Kerry has a really inspiring way of making you feel like you can do just about anything and sometimes that all you need. Thanks Kerry! read more

If you have any ailment's that you need to get to the bottom of, Kerry is the one to help you to feeling great again. I highly recommed going to see Kerry! She takes her time with you and she is very thorough and knowledgeable! I first saw Kerry about 2 years ago when I had a couple of health problems that I was not able to solve on my own. After sitting down with her she was able to identify food sensitivities that I was having and obviously not aware of. Also, I had several vitamin deficiencies that were the root cause of how I was feeling. Needless to say, many things have improved with my health and I feel like I'm looking younger and definately feel younger! That's a PLUS!! AND I have never felt BETTER!! I would recommend seeing Kerry regardless. Being PROACTIVE about your health is one of the best things you can do for YOU! read more

Kerry is a miracle worker! I have suffered from insomnia my entire adult life and tried everything under the sun. Nothing ever worked. Within two weeks of seeing Kerry, going off gluten, dairy, and sugar, and taking various supplements, I was sleeping for the first time! It used to take me at least two hours or more to fall asleep and now I fall asleep within 30 minutes. I sleep a solid 6 1/2 or 7 hours a night which always seemed unattainable and now it's the norm. In addition to my sleep problems I was also feeling very stuck in my career and emotionally was upset, irritated, and a little lost. After my first session with Kerry and her suggestions on ways I could help myself get into a better emotional state, I felt a complete energy shift in my attitude, my emotional state, and most importantly I was able to make a decision about my career path. I can't thank Kerry enough for everything she has done for me. I feel better than ever! read more
