They performed a perfect job on our Airduct cleaning and sanitizing for a very good price. Appointment was easy to schedule and at the time, which was convenient for me. I would definitely recommend their services to my friends, family and colleagues. read more

Paul, the owner of the company, came out and corrected all issues created by his former employee. He was very nice and did the job free of charge since we were inconvenienced. Would recommend so long as you get Paul. read more

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I called the place to explain to set up a fireplace and chimney cleaning. I told the lady on the phone that I wanted the fireplace scrubbed. I was told it was no problem and it cost $195. This is significantly more than the usual $90 estimate, but I figured since the place was deep cleaning the fireplace and chimney it was worth it. I was told the entire process takes 30 minutes. They guys showed up two hours early which was not convenient. They were in the house 5 minutes. One guy held a vacuum and the other guy put one brush up the chimney. Then they asked "cash or check." This was the entire extent of the $200 cleaning. I could have vacuumed the place myself and the one brush up the chimney was not worth $200. NEVER AGAIN. RIP OFF. read more

Have used WellDuct to clean airducts and the dryer vent in my house and was impressed by the professional service I received from the company. Paul was very pleasant to speak with and gave us the price which was satisfying. We had 2 technicians who came to our house to do the job which made it more efficient. I was pleased with the friendliness and the services I have received and will sure recommend WellDuct to my friends and family in the future. read more

5 star service here!!! Paul was simply amazing in explaining and showing me things in detail. He performed a full chimney inspection and sweep, as well as installed an appliance cap on the roof! I will be contacting WellDuct again the future! read more

Paul did an awesome job. Quick and clean, his price was unbeatable, very professional. Would recommend.

Paul did a great job cleaning out our chimney. He was very courteous and professional. We have not used the fireplace in our house, so he graciously answered all my questions and even built a fire to show step by step how to avoid getting any smoke in the house. Really appreciated his honesty and you can see why they have such great reviews. Will be my go-to service for any chimney/duct cleaning from now on. read more

They came over and figure out the issue really quickly and cleaned the dryer vent as well. Was done in less than 30 min and cost was much better than some of the other quotes I got. Totally using them again in the future. read more

Helpful and friendly people. They explained everything and did the work efficiently. The price was better than in other places I talked to.

Very happy with my experience with WellDuct. Received a quote and scheduled the work very quickly. Paid nothing that we did not expect to.

As a new homeowner, I wanted my chimney to be cleaned before we used the fireplace. Two men showed up yesterday, explained to me how to use the fireplace, gave it a cleaning, and they also took a look at other vents I have in the house to see if they needed to be cleaned. They seemed knowledgable answering all of my questions and I will be calling them again when we are ready to clean other vents/ducts in our home. Good service. Thanks! read more

Paul is a very friendly dude and he did a great job cleaning my dryer vent for a very reasonable price.

Paul from Wellduct was a great find! He was responsive, followed-up with a confirming phone call and arrived within the timeframe stated. He was professional, went right to the job and got it done! My dryer duct was not functioning, he found the area where the flex hose detached from the duct and repaired it. Cleaned out the entire dryer duct. He is patient with questions and is very knowledgeable. I'm glad yelp had the great reviews on him! I'll be calling him back to clean my chimney! Thanks for a job well done! read more

I never write bad reviews online but for this occasion, it is necessary. I got my ducts cleaned from this company in November 2019. When I called, I asked if they clean the main trunk line of my furnace in which the woman over the phone told me they do. After they left my house for the cleaning, I noticed they did not as I did not see any cutout that would give them the needed access to clean my trunk line. A month later, I start noticing a bad small from my ducts. I had an HVAC technician come to my house where he cut open an access point on my trunk line to find the source of my smell. It turns out there was water leaking in there. When I told him I had my ducts cleaned a month prior to this, he informed me they should have cleaned that area of my furnace as every duct cleaning company usually does. Had they cleaned this area of my furnace and like they told me on the phone that this is part of the cleaning, I would have discovered this leak sooner and would have avoided a lot of headache. When I called to explain how I was not happy with the service the person at the office said she would give the message to the manager. I never got a phone call back and they never tried to do anything to remediate my issue. I thought this was a good company from their reviews but I greatly regret using them. If you use them, make sure they do the right job that they promise you they do over the phone. read more

Mike has done amazing job at my home for air duck cleaning and also suggested what needs to be done to solve my air-conditioning problem. I strongly recommend this company for services. Reliable and customer oriented, reasonable pricing. Good Job Mike !!! read more

Very pushy foreigner Paul came to service. Could not understand the office person or him all that well. I am was upset since he actually got angry that I would not let him look at my vents downstairs or my dryer. I was very worried about his demeanor as he would not stop. He was there for the fireplace sweep but did a lousy job as well. I just cannot recommend Wellduct at all. read more

Paul came to my house to sweep the chimney, and asked about my dryer vent. As I have not had it cleaned since we moved in we agreed upon a rate ate he did an excellent job on both the chimney and the vent. I would highly recommend Paul and WellDuct to clean both the ductwork and chimney. read more

I moved into my first home, which had a gas fireplace (which I knew absolutely nothing about). The previous owners did not use it for 2 years and mentioned that it needed to get serviced. Paul came and made it functional again but noticed the blower was not working. He stated the particular work needed to be done was unfortunately not allowed under his license but would do some research on the fireplace and call me back. Since I paid for the services already I was not expecting a return phone call. However, a couple days later after some research, Paul returned my call and asked if it was okay to stop by with a tool he thought would help figure out the problem. He arrived shortly after and eventually found out it was not the blower (approximately $130) but a temperature sensor ($8) that was the issue. He then assured me it was a simple fix, explained all the parts and demonstrated how to place the sensor in once it came in the mail. Not only did he save me time and money but he went out of his way and kept his word. Paul was professional and respectful and I highly recommend his services. read more

I just moved into a new home 2 weeks ago and when the seller's dryer was not completing a full cycle I reached out to the manufacturer Bosch. The technician who came to service it felt we needed a thorough vent cleaning. I scrolled through Yelp as I always do and was pleased to see so many positive things about Well Duct. I have to admit that I first reached out to local duct cleaners, but when I did not get a response I figured I would give Well Duct a try. Paul was super responsive and answered all my questions within minutes of me sending them. He clearly outlined best and worst case scenario which included estimates. From the moment he entered my home he was extremely professional and when I showed him what we were dealing with he walked me through step by step what his plan was and what he hoped to accomplish. There was a chance he was going to have to cut into a part of our wall if in fact the vent was disconnected, but there was so sense of alarm only complete confidence, that no matter what, he was going to get the job done. Although he did not have to go through the wall he put me at ease in a way that I trusted him, which is usually not the case with first time contractors. Needless to say the dryer still isn't working, but the vent is clean which is something that needed to be done regardless. Seeing the way the exhaust vent is blowing now just lets me know how dangerous it was before we got it cleaned! Definitely going to be a yearly thing going forward and Paul will definitely be getting a call from a repeat happy customer. read more
