The female cashier who was helping other people did notice me but didn't bother asking if I needed anything. Also there were 2 other employees just walking around while I stood there. I finally asked the cashier since I have an online order pick up is anyone going to help me or am I in the right line. She just replied one line for everything. Ok whatever no point of having a ONLINE ORDER PIKCUP location if you don't plan on using it. Once I got to the register I gave her my name and she asked me what I ordered. After I told her what I ordered she just walked over to the shelf took the item and there you go. I'm definitely not coming back here unless I have no other choice. Their website processed an order for a thousand dollar part - no out of stock warning of any kind…read more They took the order, processed the credit card charge and then email the next day to say the item is not in stock - that it's backordered and they may be able to get it in 120 days. They asked if I wanted to cancel the order. We'll see how long it takes for them to "initiate and process" a refund. This is crooked behavior - selling something you don't have and telling the customer you don't have it after you take their money. Hopefully, I won't have to reach out to Discover again to report another crooked online hack seller. Running a legit website with accurate stocking information isn't rocket science. It's 2026 - figure it out.
