She walked me through the process before scheduling me. From start to finish, he made the entire carpet cleaning process an absolute breeze. Jorge was on time, efficient, professional, and incredibly thorough. He even let me know as soon as he was on his way, which I really appreciated. Once he arrived, he took the time to walk me through the entire process and explain everything in detail. He also told me about the pet treatment and carpet protectant options, and after he explained the benefits, I definitely decided to add those services! The attention to detail was incredible, and the difference in my carpets is AMAZING. They look and feel brand new! I honestly didn't realize how much of a difference a professional cleaning could make until I saw the finished result. It's so refreshing to have a technician who is knowledgeable, personable, thorough, and genuinely takes pride in his work. Jorge went above and beyond, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. SoCal Steam Clean has officially earned a customer for life and will absolutely be my go-to carpet cleaning company from now on. I will also be recommending them to family and friends! THE MOST WONDERFUL, PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE + EXPERT CARPET CLEANING SERVICE EVER - Appromiately 3…read moreyears ago, we had all our floors and carpets replaced with laminates throughout our townhome and new tan/ecru carpeting in our two bedrooms. Over time, the carpeting was looking dirty and I was intrigued specifically by for a cleaning process that was green-focused and would be safe for our dog, a shmoodle. I found Green Coast Carpet Care thru YELP reviews and the absolute enthusiasm for Alex as both owner and the quality of his work motivated me to reach out to him and ask for a quote. Within 2 mins of my outreach by text message, I had a firm date/time and price On the day before the scheduled appointment, Alex texted with a note, confirming that he would be there the next day at the time committed. He further shared "I'll text you a 1/2 hour heads up text" and he did the next day. Alex did a great job of set-up and he used these unique corner protectors for our doors and walls to ensure the hose didn't leave any mark on the walls or door trim. And his work on the carpets were/are AMAZING!! They look great after 3 years of wear and dirt from the bottoms of feet. Also, the suction of the dirty water after the cleaning process left our bedroom carpets only slightly damp and within ~ 5 hours, the carpets were dry. Alex is really an extremely wonderful, kind and interesting person. Ironicly, Alex's family name, Pettai, is unique and I shared with him that one of my very good friends had a last name, Pettai and was from Estonia and SURPRISE, Alex's family has ties to Estonia and the two families may be connected. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALEX FOR CARPET CLEANING WORK! When it's time to have our carpets cleaned again - we will contact Alex!!

I didn't know what to expect getting it cleaned. I have to admit that in the past, I have inquired with upholstery businesses about other sofas, but never followed through with cleaning because I thought it would be too pricey or not worth it. Shane and Bryan provide a service that is 100% worth every penny. The couch that I had them clean was dingy and had some dog hair and areas that you could tell needed cleaning. I thought it would take maybe an hour to clean, but Bryan spent probably about 3- 3.5hrs to clean my sofa making sure to get every square inch of it cleaned. I could not believe how much better it smelled and looked. You can tell that this company respects their customers and truly wants to provide the best service possible. Here is a photo of my sofa. Unfortunately I do not have before and after photos. Do not hesitate to work with Shane and Accountable, you will not regret it.

When we were told that we might have white mildew and/or black mold in our attic, we knew that some…read morerestoration companies will "find" mold or mildew even if it's not there. Our search for an honest company led us to West Coast, and we hoped the reviews were true. The good news is, West Coast is as honest as it gets. Askia came out and looked around the attic while I watched from the ladder. First, he showed me that the supposed mildew was some sort of harmless sandy clay-ish material. And the supposed black mold was just "lumber mold", an industry term for "stain fungi"--the common dark streaks in lumber that originate at the sawmill or in the forest, don't weaken the lumber, and are not indications of moisture. Who knew? Well, Askia knew. And he actually spent time convincing me that we didn't need their services. So do I recommend them to you? You betcha! An honest company is a joy to find.

When they were done, the owner reviewed the photos and made the staff come back and clean it one more time to remove the remaining black stains. It was the same company but different people running the job like it was a separate company. I ended up hiring another contractor that I had worked with me before.
