The manufacturer confirmed the condition of the suppressor was not how they ship out products and that I did not receive a "test" suppressor. The whole process of them playing with me property also caused them to duck my phone calls for several days after the transfer was approved, presumably because my suppressor wasn't even in the shop at the time. Avoid this shop at all costs, handling firearms the way they do should be criminal.

While they can roster up to 8 attendees, maybe due to the weekend this was on, ended up being a smaller class which was perfect. More 1on1 training for those who really needed it and we definitely had one in the group. Liz is a great instructor. Has the background needed as a licensed NRA instructor, has seen the bad things happen so gives the instruction on what not to do and gives the right advice for getting you on target. She will watch were your shots are hitting and know exactly what adjustments you need. I had some background in firearms already but this was still the perfect course for getting back to basics, doing all the nitty gritty and getting a feel for a variety of different handguns plus learning this range specifically including their safety rules. Not only do you get a good foundation from them on which to grow, you can sign up for their additional courses if interested and you get your certification to apply for your CHL. It was my first time shooting Oregon Sectionals and I now know why USPSA shooters here in NorCal carry out our annual trek to southern Oregon for this match. Its just fun! The bays are just a dream: wooded lofty hills as your background and a clam pasture land behind, its just a pleasure shooting here in Jackson County Sports Park. Me and my friends shot the runoff schedule with the RO's and we seamlessly finished 9 stages in a day. I'm sure that Oregon Sectionals is always going to be in my annual competition shooting schedule.

Situated among forest tress, it provides a unique backdrop as we blast away paper targets. The high altitude did present a different dimension of challenge as we compete for a podium spot. Nevertheless, we had a great time here at this range and even surprised us with a 30 minute rogue hail / thunderstorm intermission. The staff of Jefferson State Shooting Association did a good job of hosting the '21 Sectionals. If there would be any critique with this range, at most I would say the the distance needed to travel from one set of bays to the other. Otherwise, we all had a great time here at the Bill Scholtes Sportsman Park and had a change to discover the Klamath Falls area to boot.

Kevin Roth of Klamath Falls, Oregon, proprietor of Arms To Bear Security Services, posted an online…read moreadvertisement for a firearm sale on the site Gunbroker.com. In the advertisement, it was clearly established that the seller did not collect taxes or fees, and that USPS Priority was an available shipping option. I clicked the "Buy It Now" button on the site, then contacted him via email to tell him I would be paying by money order, would like the cheapest shipping option possible (which was USPS Priority), and would need an invoice for the total costs. When I received the invoice, he had added his seller's fee, and had invoiced me for UPS Ground, which was about twice as expensive as USPS Priority. When I complained about the added fee and the more expensive shipping, he 1) indicated he no longer shipped via USPS because of a bad experience with them, despite having listed USPS in his ad; and 2) insisted that the auction "clearly stated" that the seller's fee would be added to the final list price (he had a mention of the fee in the item description which indicated his prices included Cost + 10% + listing fee, which appeared to be an indication of his commitment to keeping the selling price as low as possible, not that there would be an additional fee on top of the list price). When I pointed out that the auction description was anything but "clear", given that the listing had contradictory and ambiguous wording, and refused to pay the fees, he tried to gaslight and bully me into paying anyway, insisting it was my fault for not contacting him before clicking the buy button, even though I had no idea he was going to add an undisclosed fee. After having bought several items on the site in previous months, I have never once had a seller try to get me to pay their listing fee. When I refused to pay, he complained to gunbroker.com, and they apparently took his side in the matter; I tried to contact them to request support, but only ever received terse responses from them which didn't address my concerns, and when he filed negative feedback on my profile, and I responded in kind on his profile, within 12 hours gunbroker had deleted the feedback I had written. It also bears mentioning that Kevin Roth accused me of "changing my mind" about wanting to buy the item; but I ended up buying the same item from a different seller the next day, when it became clear Arms To Bear was trying to cheat and bully me. I was a motivated buyer, and if Kevin had been honest and fair, he would have had a completed sale, instead of what he has now, a dedicated detractor. This guy is a con artist, and will lie, misdirect, and misrepresent in his sales efforts, then when you try to call him out, will bully, gaslight, and try to intimidate you into accepting his terms. And if that doesn't get him his way, he will conspire with his cronies in the firearm industry to ensure you come out on the losing end of the transaction. I highly recommend you refrain from doing business with him.

We called and were told to do it again and to look for the confirmation email. 2 of us received the elusive emails but not the rest. Several called in and were assured they were in but that the emails were behind. Fine. We booked well in advance selecting a date in May so that we could all go together. Today, with emails still missing, the owner tells one member of our group that they are the only one enrolled even though I also have a confirmation. This is separate from the fact that on the phone he confirmed enrollment for others. His solution is to continue blaming the system then that he had 75 registrations all come through. I understand busy but good lord I'd be out of business if I responded to inquiries in this manner. Can't speak to his skills as an instructor which is a shame. Thankfully Groupon made an exception given the circumstances and refunded but I'd caution others on this business.

Homeland Security (Federal Authority) deems gun stores to be "essential business" *YAY*…read more This is a mom and pop shop has been around for ~25 years and they are currently open business as usual (CLOSED Sun/Mon). While I waited for my background check to process, there were several walk-in customers; business as usual *thumbs up* I had a special order request that I placed before my birthday. The typical turn around time for a special order is 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, these are strange times and the distributors are currently way behind. I ordered 3/19 and received a call today from the owner (Dan) that my item had been received and was ready for pick-up (almost 3 weeks later). A very pleasant transaction. Excellent customer service. A fair price *no price gauging here* Like everywhere else in todays market, call ahead for ammo... I scored a single box of "self-defense" ammo that is WAY BETTER than most critical points that I found elsewhere for just about the same price as a lessor specialty box normally costs me.
