    Not sure if it's the stores fault or the internets fault. I ended up here because the internet & then their website told me that they carried Little Debbie Chocolate Cupcakes. I have been on the hunt for them lately and was disappointed to arrive and find out that they did not have them in stock. I did cruise the aisles and things and their stock seemed plentiful. Store was fairly clean. Crowded due to the impending snow storm of January 2025. I did not interact with any staff while there, once I found the Little Debbie snack case and didn't find my item, I left. I'd probably visit again if I'm in the area and there's a need.

    I don't really visit this market much, but today we had the lobster, steamed live on premises at the seafood counter. In past years, whenever I visited Weiss, I did find this market to be slightly above other chains in its category and usually neat, fairly well stocked, and clean, Checkout usually runs smoothly. At times, the office is under-manned, but I find the clerks that help in the self-checkout area courteous and helpful as was the seafood staff who were on duty today, a very pleasant and helpful crew. To be fair, today was my first time eating lobster that came from a supermarket. With that said, the Weiss lobster was basic but was prepared quickly and professionally. I wish my daughter had asked for clarified butter but instead she received cocktail sauce which was actually pretty good - to my surprise - and it enhanced well the lobster meat, which itself was of course not restaurant quality but nonetheless more acceptable & fresher than what I'd expect. Price was only $19.99/pound and the customer (my daughter in this case) selects her/his own lobster from the tank before it's steamed. So for shellfish that comes from a supermarket, I guess this suffices.

    The staff was ABSOLUTELY great. my sushi was so fresh and delicious. The customer service was so great he even added extra sauce to my sushi!! I been back twice this week and will definitely be back again!!

    Horrible!!! The icing had fallen off in display case and this was best in their display case.

    The store is always well stocked and clean! They have great sales and customer service. Checkouts are never too long.

Their app is often wrong with the actual status of the progression through a Tx received through the steps to being filled. Their app telephone wait times are long and it's not uncommon to be hung up on without time to say anything- they pick up and hang up immediately or you're on hold and get disconnected and they sigh and puff when you ask to please check on an RX that's status on the app goes back and forth or you want to make sure your Rxs are filled ( many times they will say filled in the app or by text but they are not when you arrive. And they don't all wets lab coats with names- even the pharmacists don't show their badges clearly and several times the staff have been in sweats with stains on them and no id in sight- heck you or I could walk behind the counter and no one would know that we don't belong there. Walgreens uses a pharmacy wide computer system so unless you rarely need medication and it's a common antibiotic I would choose a different location and get a consult first with the head pharmacist for that store.

Their record keeping is impeccable, their pharmacy staff is courteous and helpful. I call it my to go place. The reviews here are old. Walgreens services are really great and their customer service is notable. I would recommend their services to anyone who wishes good care. PS: The recession is impacting inventory and it is notable. But this is a recent event based on national activities, not the store management.

    This review is for Walmart-Arbutus Maryland. I ordered 4 tires from Walmart.com. The tires were…read moreshipped to Walmart Arbutus in 3 days. The brand of tires were "Yokohama Geolandar" to be installed by Walmart service center. The appointment was for 9 am. I waited in their service center 1 hour & 15 minutes, before they pulled my vehicle in the Bay area. I ask, why someone having an appointment, was it necessary for them to wait over an hour. Their response was, because "we had to wait for the 10 am guy to arrive." At this point the service tech told me I needed a key to take the lugs off. Well, I had the vehicle for 11 years and no one ever ask me for a key. My vehicle is a Lexus RX 350. In the past I've taken it to Lexus dealership and they never ask for a key, presumingly they had a universal or master key that would fit many vehicles. Well, Walmart stated they didn't have keys and could not get the lugs off to install the tires. Needless to say, I took my 4 tires packing them in my truck went a half block down the street to "J's Tires" on Patapsco Ave. They took the lugs off the rims, mounted, balanced and installed my new tires too. My tires look great, installed by "J's Tires" and do not recommend going to Walmart Arbutus for any auto service needs.

    I would avoid this store like the plague. Arbitrary rules about whether they will fill a…read moreprescription (in my case, they wouldn't fill my prescription because my doctor stopped a pair of medicines and Lisa, the not-so-kind pharmacist, did not accept this fact and refused to fill my legitimate prescription from the large dr.s office in the same shopping center. I had filled this prescription there for years.). Lisa made me wait for 45 minutes just to make the decision she was unwilling to fill the script. Don't waste Your time. I have had no problem filling my prescription anywhere else. I know nature are was caught distributing illegal prescriptions under the table, so I suppose as part of their reformation, they are more strict, however, when someone presents the same prescription years and years, consistently each month - that should say something (besides the fact the prescription was from an office in the same block with easy verification.). Classic case of an activist pharmacist who gets off on their little bit of power. (Just as background; I am a director at a highly regarded educational institution, have no history of medication diversion, and have seen the same doctor for over a decade. NOT exactly signs of a worrisome situation.). Avoid this judgmental person if you know what's good for you.

I have been going to that pharmacy for literally decades, but since it has changed ownership, the pharmacist has been rude, and I have been having trouble getting prescriptions filled. For example, I asked for a prescription to be transferred and delivered three days ago. They called me today around 11am and told me that my prescription was ready. I reminded them that I asked for the prescription to be delivered. They claim they tried to call me two days ago. I know that they didn't, because the call was not listed on my phone's call log. In addition, I wanted to know why they were calling me when I had already arranged for them to deliver the prescription, why wasn't it just delivered? To add insult to injury, they then told me that the delivery driver had already left and that they would not be able to deliver it until Monday. This is pain medication! When I spoke to the pharmacist who said his name was Muhammad, first, he said he was the manager. When I asked to speak to the owner, he then said he was the owner. When I informed him that I had been getting my family's prescriptions there for years and that I was considering going to another pharmacy and filing a complaint because of the consistent poor service since he took over, he very rudely said "go ahead". Then after I hung up, someone for the pharmacy called me to tell me my prescription was ready. I asked who was the manager? He wanted to know why I wanted to know and then he hung up. I am sick, and I am in pain, and I do not need to go through this extra stress. Treating patients like this is unacceptable and unprofessional, and I will be filing a complaint.
