I went ahead and did the 4 stretches a month, I think it came out to about under $200 (with a military discount). I went to the cypress location my first 2 sessions and it was ok...I ended up coming to this location because it was only 10 minutes from home. With my crazy schedule, AMs always work better for me so I had my stretch session with Cole at 8am this morning...and it was great!! It's almost like getting a massage where you really have to find the right therapist who isn't afraid to push your boundaries. Cole was very professional, very personable and knew what he was doing!!! I had booked two 30 minute stretches back to back to block out and hour and I felt FANTASTIC afterward. The stretches he focused on my were long and deep and I could really feel them in the targeted areas that were of concern. Cole was super patient and took his time, talking me through some of the more deeper stretches. I after our session, I had told him and his staff members that I had signed up and started st the Cypress location. They told me they that was one of their newer locations and asked me how it was. I just smiled and said, this was the best stretch I had - at this location. The stretches were in point, held long enough and I felt it during my session and felt relief after my session!!! It was so great that I had already booked a bother session with Cole for the following Monday!!! Thank you Cole, for being such a great stretch technician!!! Veronica was the Pilates instructor and she was excellent! Typically would not do morning classes due to work. The first thing about this location is the "tap to scan". If you go through the app, you can enable membership card to allow for tap entry. Also put in your wallet so it can be used for amenities throughout, like scanning into the pool area. I checked out the content creator room, the bbl lab and checked out the pool and hot tub. I used the sauna after my workout. So excited to see the new group classes they have on schedule. They have tons of machines for strength training downstairs and cardio upstairs. Also the movie theater with stair climbers and treadmills. Parking was good, it was crowded because it's new and I know a lot of people were excited to have this location opened.

The fitness center is ladies only and have treadmills, bikes and weight machines. Also a room for group exercise and personal training. It's hidden in the business park so a little hard to find but once you know where it is, easy to get to.
