These knuckle heads claimed to have opened up and found no issues. Finally I had another service company come to my house and as soon as he saw the issue he knew exactly what it was. He opened up the back took off the lead connecting wire and showed me the burnt pins on one side of the cable. That cable was shorted and burnt out the power supply & motherboard. Not only did he find this in less then 5 min of being in my home he said it is a known problem with that Samsung TV and proceeded to show my link after link online describing the problem and solution. Can't believe a company who's profession is servicing these TVs would be so horribly inept at there job. I dropped it in a drawer in the kitchen for some possible future use. But as of a few days ago, I had enough with my current cellphone service. I had to have my current Cricket cellphone reactivated since I had not used it for so long. Well, the guy's name in the store is "Free" and he was so good. Such a pleasant man and extremely helpful. I got a great plan for a very fair price and AT&T is my carrier. I must say I was more than happy, I was delighted.
