Im sooo PISSED, wanted to give them a chance, after reading all the negative reviews, I thought i would be the lucky one to receive my order, since it was only a jersey i purchased from the website!! BOY WAS I WRONG! After going back and forth for 2 1/2 weeks to follow up on my order, and them promising they'll ship it as soon as i hung up the phone with them, turns put that they were lying to me according to the last person y spoke to, they were waiting for it to be shipped from their other store, and she spoke with her manager.. turns out that if they haven't shipped it yet its because they don't have it!!!! I bought my daughter's team club kit online and have had nothing but issues getting it shipped for over a month now. They held off on processing the full order because a black pair of short out of 15 parts to the kit wasn't in. When I called the first time I was told it was going into production and would be shipped out the following week. When I called the following week to check in I was told I was misinformed that it just went into production and should go out after. I either was lied to the first time or their inventory management tool doesn't work. Don't waste your time trying to ask to speak to a manager or the club rep because you'll find out that either the supervisor has all the authority there or that the team rep is "to busy to take calls." Came to find out that we're not the only one, there are a number of other team members with the same issue. Club and town teams be wary if you're planning on using them to by team gear. Bad inventory management, bad customer service, and no willingness to find a way to help get kids their most of their uniforms before the season equates to frustration that isn't needed. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. I have to buy my kids soccer uniforms here because our local soccer club contracted with them, but I will buy nothing else at this place because the experience has been SO disappointing. The customer service is terrible. The uniform is sold as a bundle so I can't buy the items individually. That's bad enough, but then they make it nearly impossible to replace an individual item if your child loses something, say, for example, a game jersey. You have to spend an hour on hold just waiting for their customer service, because you can't purchase individual items online, and then their customer service is so incompetent it takes a while to figure out the name of the item you need replaced and then you can't even pay with the original method you used to buy the uniform online! Because they can't take your payment method over the phone. Huh? Why? What kind of business doesn't want to sell you things and take your money? I have two kids in travel soccer who grow quickly and need A LOT of gear. This place could have had a lot of business from me, but now I am only buying the customized items that I absolutely have to buy from them for their club. Terrible turnaround time and poor customer service. We joined a club team late and it was our first time so we didn't know about a deadline to order stuff. Order several items and a 'kit' a month before the start of practice. Over 4 weeks turnaround time. They also don't care about sending the non-'kit' extra items separate, that would helps us out in time for training. Sad customer service for a $350 order. Wish we didn't have to use them. I've been ordering from We Got Soccer for the last few years through the online store. They usually have very competitive prices, and the top and current gear. Recently I moved close to the actual store without even knowing it until I looked up my online order status. I asked if they could waive the shipping and just pick up my gear at the store, and they were more than helfpul. So far everyone that works in there has been very knowledgeable of the new products, and they don't try to push you to purchase expensive or unneccessary things. 4 plus weeks for processing kit and then you need to add transit. I have no confidence in this company. Also ordered a jersey for Debola on 7/15, there were plenty in stock. It is now 8/8 and I have had no notification about it. When I called to check on kit and ask about jersey, she then tells me it looks like its out of stock. I told her I do not want this holding up my kit, but why have I not been notified of it being out of stock. Why are there some still for sale on site if they don't have. She then did more checking and said it does not appear they will be getting more. So even worse, you have no told me its out of stock and only because I asked questions you then tell me there are no more. Asked they refund my money for jersey and remove from order. Would give ZERO stars if that was an option. I usually use Soccer.com but thought I would give them a shot. My first (and last) experience with WeGotSoccer was a DISASTER. Order 2 custom jerseys ($400 order), according to the site was in stock and customization would take 1-2 days. A week later order stat as "In Process". Reached out to online chat and was told they are behind and it should be finishing up customization. The next day I called because still ZERO communication from them on my order. Was put on hold for like 10 minutes only for them to come back and tell me that they didn't have any of the items available. Again this is a week + after taking my money and ZERO communication/updates from them. Offered no other solutions other than to return my money which will most likely now take ANOTHER week. From start to finish one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and I will make sure EVERYONE knows it. read more

As a coach I've been in the unfortunate position of our club using these clowns for years. I heard and dealt with the uniform issues EVERY SEASON. As a parent they're even worse than my player families let on, and believe me they weren't kind to begin with. They're run like a mom and pop, nickle dime, half assed, clueless orgaization where nobody is responsible, left hand doesn't know what the right is doing, and insanely expensive for what they provide. Their website is like they paid someone from FIVR to do it . My understanding is they help 'support' clubs that order through them (read kickback) which leaves parents no options to go elsewhere, and have to pony up money for horrid service and over priced uniforms that are ALWAYS, and I mean ALWAYS late. You better give this mickey mouse org 2 months for your order or you can forget having it by start of season/games, and even then it's a crap shoot. But you're literally trapped using them, they know it, and they don't have to give a crap (which they don't). read more

We ordered a complete uniform package and after several phone calls and 1.5 months I was told a pair of game shorts were back ordered. They would not ship the remaining pieces until a club manager had to get involved. Needless to say I'm still waiting for the shorts. To begin with, this place smells like overcooked curry and wet cigarettes. We were greeted by a ghost town, in which I could've rolled a rack of merchandise out the front door while the staff was yelling in the breakroom. A shiny bald-headed dude proceeded to scream across the store with a can of chef boyardee in his hand. Finally, some half bearded hipster kid appears and offers assistance to retrieve my small order. Standing near the warehouse door I caught a glance of the back which looked like a liquidation warehouse under demo. It's one of those places where you can tell they dump their money into the facade, but do nothing for their staff or facilities beyond the retail area. When initially placing my order a few days prior, I had to contact customer service for a couple of things not listed on their 1980s themed website. The customer service agent literally chewing chips in my ear while asking me questions, I think I heard them say they were BBQ flavored. Nevertheless, this experience saved me hundreds as they are overpriced anyways and shopping around found me some great gear with better service. I have been there a few times now and up until this last interaction the service has been somewhat suspect and shaky until this last time. A few weeks ago I purchase a pair of Nike Tiempo Legacy boots for my daughter for her birthday. She has since worn them 3 times to break them in and has not even worn them to a full training let alone a game. The leather upper of the shoe has begun to separate from the molded plastic sole. This prompted me to call the Foxboro store where I purchased them to see if I could bring them back to get another pair. I was told that if the shoes looked like they were worn and they could not resell them then they would not take them back. Now I would understand that if it were more than 60 days or that there was nothing wrong with the shoe we could not return them. But a $130.00 pair of shoes that becomes defective after 3 mild training sessions should be able to be returned. I am sure Nike would stand behind their product and accept the shoes. My daughter loves the shoes and all we wanted to do was exchange them for a non defective pair. More frustrating than the exchange policy was the way that the sales rep communicated the policy to me. He told me that that was the way it was and I could contact Nike myself. When I asked if I could speak with someone higher I was told that I was welcome to send an email to the suggestion box on the website even though it probably wouldn't make a difference. Horrible experience getting my daughter's kit. The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing at this operation. I have ordered kits from WGS over the years and there is always a problem. Things don't arrive on time, printing is incorrect, horrible sizing. Customer service is non-existent and NO integration between the retail store and warehouse (which is located a stone's throw away). There is no excuse for having such terrible ordering experiences for something as simple as this. They don't seem to care much about their business if Yelp and Facebook reviews are any indication. We got screwed. Ordered custom jersey and shorts for my sons birthday. He is YOUTH large and every sizing shows around 29-32 chest. We recieved a CHILD size which is 19". We were told that is how Nike does it but there nike also shows 30-32 also. LIE! We were told we cant return because custom embroidered name. Just a lie for their mess up. I bought two soccer cleats online last year from their website. Due to a mistake on their website I was able to purchase two G16944 (X PREDATOR X FG W) cleats for 62.99 each. A few phone calls later from WeGotSoccer about mistaken quantities available for these cleats I agreed to receive a comparable U41677 PREDATOR X TRX FG W in a different color. It's not until a year later when stupidly I checked what cleats I actually received. One was the Predator X TRX FG, as promised. The other stated X Predator X FG W G16944, was actually a men's size 8 G14092 when looking inside the cleat. This is a Predator Absolion X, a noticeable grade lower than the Predator X I thought I had purchased. Lesson's learned, I guess. Be careful when you buy online or in store. Be sure to check that the SKU on the box matches the one on the shoe. read more

I like their retail brick and mortar store and would really like to give them stars as a local soccer business, but they should just abandon their online store. They apparently don't keep their inventory up to date online, so when you sort by the size filter and decide on buying a cleat - they don't let you know they don't have it until after you've placed your order. Not only did they inform me that my order had to be canceled for this reason, but the hold on my credit card lasted for more than five days. Seriously, with the ability to order cleats online at Soccer.com and even Amazon, why would you ever put yourself through dealing with their joke of an eCommerce site? It's comically bad. read more

I am very displeased with my experience at this store. When we got in the store and started looking around we saw some cleats that we were interested in. When we asked to see each cleat in the size we were looking for they returned to tell us they didn't have them in stock. This isn't the first time this has happened to us. The worst check-out line wait time and awful customer service. I've been here 3 times in the past couple of months to order my son's traveling soccer uniform (the only reason I had to go to this place) and every time I went there I had to wait in line for 20-30 minutes, and the lines weren't even that long. The cashiers are slow and clueless, and the floor people are aloof and inattentive, and you can see and sense the frustration of every one in line yet none of the employees ever apologize for the long wait times or even seems to care how long their customers wait. Some smug millennial punk tried to turn it around on me by saying that long lines are the sign of a busy store. Wrong answer dude. Now that my son has his uniform (socks, by the way, were sized incorrectly by the person who fitted him a couple months ago), I'll never go back to this store again, and in the future I'll order the uniform online and gladly pay the extra $8 to ship to my home so that I can avoid this complete and utter disaster of a store. read more

This is by far the best soccer store in Massachusetts. I live on the North Shore and whenever I need new boots or apparel I take the ~45 minute drive down to Foxboro. I always like to try stuff on in the store and this place has such a good selection along with a knowledgeable staff that will help you get exactly what you're looking for. DISAPPOINTED. My daughter purchased goalie gloves on line and they were shipped to us. They were the wrong size so we decided to return them in person. Prior to our one hour drive, I purchased a size smaller on line because their inventory indicated that there was only 1 pair in stock. We arrived and there were 10+ pairs of that size available. As it turned out, she preferred another make and model so we bought that and "returned" the 2 pairs but couldn't get the credit there because they were "purchased on line". They assured me that I would receive the credit in a few days. It has now been 2+ weeks and the credit has not been posted to my account. I have spent a long time on the phone to no avail and they are still looking into it. Frustrated, I told them to send me a check in the mail by next Monday but I suspect that it will not come. If I didn't have to get my daughter's uniform kit from them for club, I would never shop there again. A huge customer service disaster! read more

Unfortunately, there are very few alternatives to Dick's these days for sports gear and soccer in particular. Soccer.com is best option I have found but I hate ordering multiple pairs of cleats only to have to return most of them due to size and fit - it just seems wasteful and I don't like paying shipping charges. I had been to this location once before to purchase the most expensive set of cleats I had ever purchased for my son (for that matter it may well have been the most expensive set of footwear I've ever purchased) - the cleats (Nike) subsequently fell apart within 6 months and the store was of no assistance whatsoever. Fortunately, Nike did provide a full credit voucher but I'm not sure I would buy another set of their very overpriced boots EVER. Anyway, against my better judgment we entered the store once again to try on several pairs of replacement boots for my son. The kid who helped us was nice but knew nothing about the products at all. We needed a size to try on that he didn't have immediate access to so he told me to order them online through the website and request store pick up the next day! Now first, I live more than 45 miles away and wasn't going to return again EVER. I thought perhaps the store had an offsite warehouse but I when I pushed him a it on this to better understand he said that the cleats were in the same building as we were but his Manager wouldn't allow them to access that inventory! Now I'm no retail genius but I fail to understand the logic in this decision at all. Based on the other reviews for this store, it sounds like others have been equally disappointed. I hope some better options emerge closer to Providence. With soccer enjoying such a revival, it's surprising that there are so few options out there to serve the thousands of parents who find themselves similarly situated and hoping to avoid the masses at Dicks. read more
