While the convience of having a local store for soccer equipment is great, their customer service leaves quite a bit to be desired. Their return policy effectively boils down to "you can't have touched it and it must be in the original box" in order to return. Recently purchase a pair cleats for my son. In the store they seemed to fit him well. When he put them on to try and start breaking them in he noticed they moved up and down and rubbed his heel. When we tried to return the, the store said they'd been used to play a game (which is not what happened) and they refused to take them back or even attempt to work with us. So in the future, we'll stick with soccer.com which offers a 30 day no questions asked return policy and even encourages you to go play in the cleats!! read more

I contacted Customer service in regards to an order that was not received and that I was Never provided tracking information for. They provided me tracking information for another order that was received and delivered but had no picture of delivery at my residence. I asked For either a refund or to be resent the items as well as requested to exchange some items in my first order. They said neither of these were possible solutions and I'm out of lock. Absolutely terrible experience. Was forced to order a uniform kit for my daughter's club team and it cost a small fortune. We ordered all tops in a size women's large and all bottoms in a women's medium. When We received the order, we realized the jacket they sent was youth large. My daughter and I had checked the online form multiple times to ensure everything was correct before we sent it - so we reached out to the company for help. We sent them our confirmation email from the order and there was NO reference to youth large anywhere on it. Days went by with no response. I followed up. They finally responded and asked for photos. I sent photos and again waited and had to follow up. They then came back and said that their system showed that we had selected youth large anywhere- which makes no sense given that we had checked before we submitted the order and everything else in the kit was women's sizing. Why would anyone do that? They asked us to just purchase another jacket ($66) so they can make even more money off of customers who are forced to use them and who have to follow up again and again to even get a response back. It is so frustrating that they will not admit their mistake and fix the issue. I have been ordering soccer gear for about 16 years. I am near the end of my club soccer years and have over this time had various interactions with a variety of companies that provide "team" kits. My most recent transaction was with WeGotSoccer, and it has been by far the worst. I ordered the kit in November and was thrilled to get my gear a few short weeks later - only to find that a key piece was missing. My son's game shirt. I reached out and asked when I could expect it and was told mid December. My son is nearing his recruitable year and so we were attending showcases and so it was important that he have the correct shirt and number. At the end of December I reached out and was told to expect it in mid January. Of course that did not happen either. I reached out today and was told it would definitely be here in February. At no time have a received an order update or any kind of alternate solution. I find the automated help system to be completely inhospitable and when I request to speak to a person I am stonewalled. This place is garbage. I had been looking for cleats for my daughter for quite some time when I received an email stating "20% off store-wide." Perfect.. found the cleats I wanted and went to checkout online. When I entered the coupon code associated with the promotion, it would not apply the discount. I made the mistake of going through with the sale anyway with the assumption contacting customer service would "make it right" when I contacted them. There is no phone number you can get anyone to answer, so I had to use their online chat. The customer service agent in the chat said the promotion would not apply because the cleats were already marked down $10. When I pointed out that the coupon stated "store wide," he responded with "it doesn't count if the item is already part of a promotion." I asked how it's part of a promotion?? A promotion is a BOGO or something like (IMO). "ok.. please add the $10 back on, and I'll take the 20% off the original price since it's greater." Of course they wouldn't do that. They are misleading and not very savvy when it comes to retaining customers, as evident by an overwhelming amount of negative reviews here. Further, I asked they be delivered to one of their stores so I could pick them up there and save on the delivery charge. But, there was no confirmation of store pick-up. The ship-to listed my home/billing address. The rep did confirm in the chat it would be delivered to the store, regardless what the ship-to said. Fine.. I patiently watched the tracking status and also waited for an email alerting me to when they would be ready for me to pick them up. I saw the tracking say they were already delivered, but there was never an email sent to me alerting me to this fact. Without watching the tracking myself, I would not have known they were ready for pick up. When I asked in the chat why an email was not sent the response was "sometimes there are technical difficulties." Overall.. a complete garbage experience. This company is just a pain. Getting ahold of a CS agent is hard and they all give generic responses. They operate like some small crappy business. I received a "your order has shipped email" 5 weeks after placing an order which is standard, however the socks were in back order and so everything but the socks shipped. The link provided to "track" takes you to a page that just says it's "in transit". When I called to try and get an update on when I can expect the order to arrive I waited on hold for 45 mins to be told by their automated system no agent was available and leave a message. I then attempted the chat and the individual gave me a generic response of "it's in transit" then provided a tracking number with no info on who the courier is then just stopped talking. Not sure who their website developer is but they definitely need to get with a business consultant on how to properly run a business if they're going to be the "go to" for these soccer clubs who have thousands of players ordering.
