However, the invoice they left was for $1,200. When I called to question the discrepancy, he told me I was wrong and implied I had misunderstood him (his exact words were much more insulting than that)-- which was both insulting and inaccurate. I took notes during the quote and have no doubt about what was said. Beyond the pricing issue, the work was subpar: He completely skipped a large section of one deck. He did not power wash the back side of the garage. He failed to move furniture or other items out of the way, instead washing around them. Several small plants were killed by careless water blasting. Unfortunately, I did not get the quote in writing, so I'll pay the invoice -- but I'm left frustrated, disrespected, and extremely disappointed. I would not recommend his services to anyone.

I only call this out because I was told to call Manchester, which I did but both locations are on the same business card and it appears the people I dealt with came from Bloomfield. But it was all good! I had a really horrible sewer leak in my house and while the plumbing was repaired elsewhere we needed major clean up. I called SERVPRO as my excellent plumber suggested and they were able to come out next day. The estimator explained what needed to be done, gave me a verbal estimate but wasn't able to confirm exact price at the moment (he tried but someone at the main office wasn't around or something). This was the only thing that could have been improved - no exact price and he was a tad on the slick slide . I called the office later in the day and got a precise quote that was less than the verbal by several hundred so I was good to go! Crew of 3 arrived the following morning, on time, and they were great! Got right to work, we're friendly, VERY clean and did a wonderful job. They had to remove Sheetrock, insulation and debris and clean and disinfect . I believe the lead was Geno and a Project Manager named Dustin stopped by mid-project. Both these guys are top notch and I can't say enough about how happy I was with the experience. The job was done right and quite honestly for less than I thought it would cost.

I hired Pro Restoration Solutions for three jobs so far, and I'm thrilled with the quality and…read moreservice. First we had a leak from a portable air conditioning unit that went unnoticed until the ceiling started to collapse in the floor below the unit. It was a mess. Pro Restoration Solutions gave me the most competitive of three bids that I solicited. David King and his team worked diligently, carefully, and professionally to demo the part of the ceiling that needed to be removed due to moisture, remediated the mold risk in the part of the ceiling that didn't need demo, and then rebuilt the ceiling, including matching the popcorn ceiling and repainting it. They also used surface driers on the floorboards where the leak had been. The project was excellent. Since Pro Restoration Solutions is a contractor, I also asked if they could add an external vent to our kitchen with a new microwave, and replace the floor of the cupboard under our kitchen sink, which had damage (a slow rot) from a leak before we moved in. Both projects were completed successfully and with excellent quality. For the external vent, they had cut a hole in the wall of course to move the existing (but unusable) external vent and match it with the location for the new microwave. They did an impeccable job of reframing, rebuilding, and even reshingling the wall where needed. The cabinet beneath the kitchen sink was also extremely well done with removing the rotted board, cleaning out and remediating for mold, and rebuilding the floor of that cupboard. It looks like it was original to the house. These were fantastically done and we are so pleased. They cleared everything out, removed sheetrock and disinfected the entire area. They left air blowers for 3 days. On the 2nd day gentleman named Chris came to disinfect/spray again and rearranged the blowers. He was very nice and looked over the area thoroughly. He showed sympathy for our situation and was very sociable. In a time of crisis like this, when water needs to be removed immediately, I was so pleased with this company.
