Total Wood Floor Replacement: We were very apprehensive on…read morehow this would turn out being that the entire floor needed to be removed while preserving the sub-floor, cabinets, plumbing connections, wood trim throughout, and the need to pull out all appliances. "Western Floors" surpassed all our expectations! We would like to commend the hard work and enthusiasm shown by their entire crew. Florin Condorachi, the hands on owner, kept us updated daily, sometimes multiple times, regarding the time frame of each aspect of the job, and what would be achieved on each work day. Florin also facilitated getting wood molding made to color-match the original cabinets. The crew arrived on time daily even when it snowed! They were cordial, receptive to questions and worked as a team. Each day they cleaned up after themselves and always let us know what was performed that day and what they would be doing the next work day. We have the highest regard for "Western Floors and Florin Condorachi". Truly a professional company that respects its clients. They receive my highest endorsement.

We have had them repair toilets, install hot water heaters, and rebuild handicap ramps and decks. Every job is done with the upmost of professionalism. I joke that the company hires Ninjas because when I place a call or email them for service it seems like they are here before I hang up the phone or press enter on the computer. They are efficient and get the job done the right way the first time. They have been working around our schedules and doing the work at the most convenient times so as not to interrupt our traffic flow of members. I can not say enough good things about this company!!

Cherie sounded very promising in the beginning. We hired her to do a first floor remodel. Kitchen…read moreand bathroom, sanding floors and painting. I really didn't like her demeanor especially towards the end of the project. She started coming up with excuses about why things weren't getting done in a timely manner. Our project was suppose to take 10 weeks and it took at least 20. I should've never trusted her, there are so many red flags now. She didn't pay the contractors who did the work here. She won't answer any phone calls or emails from anyone she owes. But she went away every weekend while our project dragged on. The backsplash was the last thing to do and the guy doing the tile said he couldn't do it because the wall was so uneven. She told him to just do it. She made him do it anyway. Then she never paid him! And we have a backslash with 3 inches of spackle behind it. It's glass tile and its cracking. I hear she's bankrupt. The guys that did work here are calling asking if we've heard from her. We paid her over $100,000,00 and I think she was here 3 times. Be careful, and don't use Cherie Carignan she owes a lot of ppl money.

Cherie was able to design for us a new bathroom that feels spacious and includes many of the things we were looking for. Cherie was very prompt with replies to our questions and had several suggestions that we would not have thought of on our own. So I wish I could say anything good about this company but I cannot…read more To be fair, I sued Brian Getto in small claims court and I didn't present my case well, likely because I didn't prepare my pictures well, and I should have gotten a better contract, but I liked Brian, and he did me wrong when I trusted him and I shouldn't once the job began. He took a job to replace a front door, some screen doors (front and back), and sand and refinish all the woodwork in the house. The first part he did fairly well other than breaking the wood under the door sill and needed to be fixed, but his woodwork is to use a word, pathetic. He used a power sander to strip stained wood to bare, and then realized, hmmm, this won't work, and then when he went to replace the rest of it, he hurried thru it, not even being sure the boards were attached to the wall, He did a horrid job staining the boards and attached boards with obvious defects to the wall (when the were attached at all), and many of the corners are not joined properly. Honestly, its an absolute disaster. He had to cut some boards to fit the baseboards and he even cut them wrong in his hurry to get out of there. Honestly, he priced it wrong, he was in over his head, and I made the mistake of trusting him. Oh, he is NOT registered as a MA home improvement contractor, nor does he carry the required insurances. I have forwarded that to the Attorney General's office.

Contractor canceled the majority of the work due to lack of 'acceptable' supplies, without my knowledge or consent. The contract should not have been proposed if work could not be completed as promised. Major work was left unfinished (installation of smart thermostat) but still charged for the work on the final bill. Repairs promised as not-noticeable upon completion look absolutely terrible (see photos). My son and I had to help install/mount my 77" TV because only one contractor showed up for the entire $2500 job over the course of four days. This project seemed to be a complete afterthought for Girls 'N Tools. Would not recommend (even for small jobs/maintenance) under any circumstances, whatsoever.
