They are awesome in teaching technique and have won awards for their technique. They provide report cards twice a season to let parents know how they're cancer is progressing. The are many dancers that have been here as long as we have and it has been wonderful to see the dancers and how they progress from year to year. The dancers and the parents are encouraging and supportive. The parents don't hesitate to jump in and help out any child that needs it. Just a warm fuzzy feeling here. Update: I meant to include that the dance teams plan, choreograph, and perform a show that donates the proceeds to a charity each year. The first year was Ronald McDonald House. The second year was Wounded Warriors. This year, the charity is Suicide Prevention. Such a wonderful learning experience.

Her energy, enthusiasm, & silliness is very engaging for the kids, and she has a beautiful voice! Because she is newer, her classes were a little smaller, which is kind of nice. The veteran teachers are great too (I signed up for the holiday sing a long with Ms. Julie), but I noticed my daughter seemed a little less engaged in the other teachers' classes. I don't know if it had to do with the fact that classes were much more packed & she got less attention from the teacher (no fault on Ms. Julie, she does a great job connecting with all the parents & kids, her classes are just bigger). The program itself is awesome. My daughter's language development is way above average (not trying to brag but it's true) and I think this program has a lot to do with it. We still listen to the CD's at home, and the recordings are really pleasant even for adults to listen to. The songs are not irritating like some kids albums can be (parents, you know what I'm talking about). My daughter will request "Ms. Jacque music" in the car, so cute! I know my daughter misses her! With the low teacher to student ratio and structured activities out daughter is thriving. At 10 months old she is non stop walking and talking. Staff also assisted us with introducing solid food, dealing with teething and other day to day issues. Current time updates with her feedings, bowel movements and activities via their app. Plus open communication with staff through the app as well during the day. We are very happy we chose this day care they have been doing a wonderful job with our daughter.

I sent my one year old son here for about a month before withdrawing him because I did not feel he…read morewas being cared for appropriately. First off, there is no communication here. If I wanted any information from the director or the teachers I needed to ask for it, and I often got different responses depending on who I asked. It felt like the teachers relied on the "Tadpoles" app as a crutch so that they did not have to talk to us. Moreover, I was upset at the number of injuries and incidents my son experienced here compared to his placement at another center. His very first day after attending, he came home with horrible diaper rash with open sores. The teachers tried to make excuses for this by saying it may have been because they were serving him fruit. This is ridiculous to me because we had been serving him fruit at home for almost a year at that point. He was constantly sick and had so many bruises, scrapes and bite marks from "incidents" that I was afraid his pediatrician would think he was being abused. It culminated in an incident where he had a febrile seizure in the classroom and the teachers claimed that they had no idea what caused the seizure or if it could have been prevented. They sent him to the ER where his temperature was found to be 102.7. They claimed someone had been holding him when it happened, so how could they not have known that he had a fever? We had also previously told them that he has a history of febrile seizures. As childcare professionals they should have known the signs of a fever and been able to contact us or administer Tylenol to him before the seizure happened. All in all I did not feel safe sending my son here, and I think the teachers and director did not do a good job either communicating or making sure my child was appropriately cared for. I am writing this not to hurt their business but to make sure other parents are able to make an informed choice when it comes to who they trust with their child's care.

I acknowledged her about my concerns never received an apology. She was very rude & unprofessional. I'm really hesitant about continuing to bring my son here if this is the type of treatment I'm going get every single time I walk in.
