Dishonest company that I will never use again. Beware they will take advantage of you! They sent 2 elder folks to clean my 1,000 sq condo that is completely empty. No furniture! Carpet was just professionally clean 2 days before. It took them 2 1/2 hours to clean nothing! After asking why I was being overcharged the owner started yelling over the phone that he was a professional company. Well that it absolutely not what I received. To top it off the kitchen floor was still filthy! My complaint went on deaf ears even after he happily cashed my check. He didn't even offer to try mend his horrible work. I would never recommend this company to anyone! Stay away from this fraud! read more

I emailed the company regarding a deep detailed cleaning of my house. Oskar reached out to me promptly. He answered all of my questions perfectly and was able to schedule a day to come over asap. Today they came over to clean my house and I am 110% satisfied. I am VERY picky when it comes to getting my houses cleaned. I will say that they were very respectful. The moment they walked into the house they took off their shoes, without being asked to do so. Which made me very happy since I don't wear shoes in the house. Once they were finished I was expecting to find something that wasn't done to my standards. But I didn't! They are very detailed and cleaned every nook and cranny. All I will say is Finally I have found a great cleaning company that takes pride in their work! I will recommend them to everyone I know!!! read more

Very happy with this cleaning service Definitely will use again Cleaning products used not offensive to the senses as some other cleaning services have been in the past House is sparkling Friendly staff Recommend read more

We've been using WeCleanOC for almost 2yrs now. We have regular cleaning, every two weeks, and their service is amazing. Their cleaning is consistent and I have never in the entire time with their service had an issue. They are accommodating if I have to rearrange days/times for whatever reason and I've always received great customer service on top of everything. I've used many services throughout the years but have never been more satisfied. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks for all that you do, WeCleanOC! read more

Awesome service! They did an amazing job. I've probably used about 10 different services and this was the best one I've used. I highly recommend for good cleaning and getting the details. read more

These cleaners did a superb job! We have been unsatisfied with different cleaners over the past 3+ years. The cleaning services wouldn't necessarily send the same cleaning team on a regular basis, so the quality was inconsistent. We've only had one cleaning so far, but the thoroughness of the cleaners and cleanliness of the house was superb! Looking forward to the next cleaning. read more

Been using these cleaners for about 2 years now. Love them . They are awesome. They are very flexible if we need to change dates and they provide more l multiple options. Plan on starting with them read more

This cleaning service is absolutely amazing! Top notch crew! I will be using them again for sure! Unlike any other service I have used in the past, these guys actually deep clean. Very friendly to work with, showed up on time, and the price matched what I was quoted prior to work starting. They cleaned things I didn't even ask them to clean. Who wipes down door Jams? They do! Who wipes down base boards? They do! Who takes apart the oven and stove top to clean every part individually? They do! It is rare these days to come out of an experience feeling like you got more then you paid for. This is the type of experience they provided me for sure! Simply put, they under promised and over delivered. read more

My husband and I have tried 3 other big name cleaning services and we have terminated all 3 services due to issues. [i.e. floor was still dirty after the service, property damaged, and overall, incomplete job done most of the time and rigid/inflexible schedule.] Kamal was recommended to us by our neighbor and we are very happy with the service. We now have them for over a year now. (other services were less than 6 months each) Top 3 reason why WeCleanOC is better than all the other 'Maids': 1. No residues after cleaning and no unpleasent chemical smell 2. No cutting corners and cover all basis 3. Great flexible schedule ( since we have toddlers and daycare to deal with, WeCleanOC has always worked with me on the schedule every single time I asked) In addition: 4. Kamal is very professional but personable 5. Fair market pricing I've recommended WeCleanOC to many other families. read more

Had a great experience with WeCleanOC. They responded promptly to my initial request for a quote and had an appointment for the following weekend set up within a 1/2 hour. The day of the appointment, two workers showed up on time and were very friendly. They spent about 1:45 cleaning my studio apartment. They do a fantastic job, I was very happy with the thoroughness of the cleaning and with the overall experience. Highly recommend to anybody looking for a quality cleaning at a fair price. read more

We were renting our 6-bedroom house and needed to hire a cleaner. I reserved another cleaning service who took one look at my place on the morning we were moving out and said, "sorry, it's too big a job!" I was frantic at that point for anyone to help me clean the house! I found WeCleanOC who were happy to bring out 4 cleaners the SAME DAY who asked what my biggest priorities were in terms of cleaning the house. They went to work and finished on schedule for a very reasonable price and did an amazing job! I will definitely use them again whenever I need home cleaning services!! read more

Kamil and his crew have been cleaning our house for a few months now. About time I gave them a review. After all I found them Yelp. The previous reviews do not lie. He always arrives on time and is ready to go to work. They are friendly, and work in a professional manner. Kamil does a great job and it's great to have clean house when he's finished. His services are a excellent value. read more

The Oskar and his team did an incredible job! They are really sincere, hardworking and take pride their work. We did not think our bathrooms could be usable after the construction crew completely trashed it, but now it shines! We are so pleased with the results. read more

Was in need of a good cleaning in my apartment, so I went on Yelp and contacted WeCleanOC. Within 10 min I got a response and got it scheduled! Super easy, and Oskar (the man I was conversing with on here) was so friendly and helpful! The cleaning crew did a wonderful job cleaning our apartment! We had a great experience and would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you WeCleanOC!! read more

We recently had Oskar and his team complete a deep clean of our home following a major remodel. It was extremely dusty and dirty after three months of construction. We opted to have our windows cleaned as well, which was a wise choice. This is something we need to do more often - what a difference clean windows make! They were friendly, professional, thorough and efficient. They arrived on time and worked hard for several hours (there was a lot of dirt). The final cost was as-quoted, fair and competitive. We were so pleased with their work and attention to detail. We will definitely hire them again, and would recommend them without hesitation. read more

I am getting ready to put my house on the market. While I keep a tidy house, it has not been "deep cleaned" in who knows how long?! My daughter and I are both under 5', so I can only imagine how dusty things were up and out of our view. A pleasant duo arrived at my door within the time frame we were told. They were there 5 or 6 hours and let me tell you...they worked hard! My house has never looked or smelled so clean! I have two dogs and you know it as soon as you walk in my home. After getting my carpet cleaned the same day...sparkly clean and fresh and ready to put the for sale sign up! Other reviews I read said they didn't speak English fluently. The lovely man and woman that cleaned my house spoke fluent English but did speak to each other in their language. It didn't bother me at all. Special bonus...they were very sweet to my dogs. The man (I forgot both names unfortunately, sorry!) actually carried one of my dogs up the stairs and handed him to me when my little man wouldn't listen. My experience with WeCleanOC was fantastic and I would highly recommend them! read more

I had a very bad experience with the clean ladies yesterday. I ordered a move-out service which includes the inside of oven, refrigerator and microwave. But the clean lady asked me extra $60 for cleaning the inside of the oven only. She also asked another $60 for cleaning the inside of microwave and refrigerator. I have to ask her to stop clean my microwave and refrigerator. I feel that I was been rubbed. They are not honest people. I should have my $60 inside oven fee refunded. read more

We will definitely call We Clean OC back. The scheduling was easy, they did a great job, were very pleasant to work with. We had moved into our condo a few months back and asked for a deep clean from another company...I don't really feel we got that until we called this company. For example, the carpets in our rental basically need to be replaced. They were shampooed before we moved in...still dirty. They were shampooed after we moved in...still dirty. WeCleanOC did an amazing job to get these carpets as clean as possible with just a vacuum. Yes, they still need to be replaced, but I feel like we can walk on them. read more

On time, house looks and smells great, thanks to Kate and Paul for doing a great job! The cleaning was thorough and I am happy with the results and they are not even done yet! Prices are reasonable! read more

Bad from the start. No appointment reminder. No business cards. Seems very sketchy. 3 people 2 1/2 hours for 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath apartment. Didn't do the stove top or the bathroom downstairs. Didn't clean the bathroom floors just the tub and sink upstairs. No receipt broken English 200 bucks . I called Oskar and he didn't answer and I left him a message. No return call. read more

This review is WAY overdue. I've been using WeCleanOC since 2015. Since then, we've moved to bigger properties and their cleaning staff has adapted well. They are a family owned business and are prompt, professional and have gained my trust- especially when it comes to my personal living space. Oskar, the owner, is organized, flexible and extremely kind. I appreciate their competitive prices and plan to use them as long as they continue the business . read more

After nearly one year of services, all I have to offer is positive feedback. Kamil does a fantastic job! He is trustworthy, reliable, punctual, and flexible should we need to make any changes to the regular schedule. Our house looks great every time he comes. If you have pets, you'd be glad to know that the products are pet friendly. In addition, the price is pretty competitive for what is out in the market. I quoted 3 different providers before selecting WeClean OC. We have utilized other providers in the past and the communication with Kamil is much more fluid and effective. I would definitely recommend this service. read more

We have been looking for a consistently reliable, high quality cleaning service for our home for over 10 years. We tried 2 other well known large cleaning services but after several months of cleaning and constant turnover of staff these other 2 companies fell below standard in their cleaning efforts and results. They seem to do great the first few months then mediocre effort sets in. For the $$$ we had given up. Then we tried WeClean OC. They quoted a fair price, they use all their own high quality products and equipment and they do not damage my baseboards, walls or other property. They are very punctual and they do not get distracted while cleaning. They are family owned - mom,dad and sons are involved and have demonstrated a professional commitment to providing the best services possible. I am very picky and can say this honestly - they do a wonderful job every time, which I have found is rare. The other companies slack off once they have you hooked into their services. We started with weekly cleaning but now can go to every other week. read more

I have been using WeCleanOC for just over a year now and am so happy with the service that I gave them a key to my castle. That's saying a lot because my pets are important to me and I don't trust them with just anyone. Besides being trustworthy, they are on time, priced right, and do a superb job compared to other services I've tried. You'll get a spiffy house worth every penny! Highly recommend this service. read more
