Well our gas fireplace has not worked for over 4 weeks. I have called John at his phone number being provided to me of 585-301-6209 several times, and left messages for him to call me back and to get our gas fireplace operating. He has not returned any of my telephone calls and while his scheduler confirmed my appointment with John for October 29, 2020 between 4 and 5 pm, he did not show up or even have the courtesy to contact me. We paid John $160 in September 2020. Heritage Fireplaces of Rochester NY (315-986-7415) was our main and first contact and they engaged J.E. B. to repair our gas fireplace on September 28, 2020. However when I talked to Wayne, the owner of Heritage on October 30/31, he told me that his company had no responsibility for my fireplace not working after John of JEB supposedly repaired it, because John is just a repair person they use and Wayne said is not an employee of Heritage. So my most recent telephone message to John was on November 2, 2020 and he has not contacted me and I believe he will not contact me. Just be very careful about engaging John of J.E.B.
