Two persons told Dean DeSain from Dakmer Services would do the work right & give me a fair price. I called Dean he came out looked at what was there was to do and explained what he could do to fix my issue. He sent me a quote stating the start date would depend on the weather. I signed the contract and sent it back. Dean called after the rain let up to let me know he would start 3-4 days later. He worked in my yard carefully making sure to not tear up the whole thing. He called me every day after he left; as I wasn't home, letting me know what he did and when he would be back weather permitting. He finished before I thought he would. The work he did fixed the issue with my drainage. He was conscientious making sure I knew what he was doing, when he would be back and getting the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Also, under the stated quote. It was nice to have a professional person that I felt comfortable with. I would refer Dean to anyone needing drainage or excavating services.

I'm getting long winded here but the bottom line is, he does outstanding Meticulous work. He was there faithfully every day and did it all by himself. Bottom line ! Doyle Excavating installed a new septic system on our property several years ago…read more Improper installation and gross negligence let to the main drain line failure. The pipe connecting the house to the septic tank collapsed and ended up being bent at at angle, which lead to a complete back up of the system. Doyle excavating refused to even admit that they performed this job, until I mentioned that I have detailed job description and photos of work performed. After that, they refused to inspect it as soon as possible (this was urgent, because houses septic and water systems were nonfunctional), and we were left to deal with the issue ourselves. Later, they refused to communicate with us any further. Again I want to stress that the reason for this whole situation was their improper installation of the pipe, completely not up to the code, including using wrong materials and not compacting the soil under the pipes. Doyle Excavating refused to stand behind their work. Do not hire them.
