I understood that, but explained I was not experiencing any ice damming. They would sporadically respond after that and even told me the goal was to have them down by Easter. They had offered a cash deal/discount to pay in advance and I did. Don't fall for it!!!! They only do half the job. You can imagine what my front lawn looks like with a GIANT pine tree decorated with lights and 8" ball ornaments looks like in the middle of May. So embarrassing. Oh, and I had to take all the lights off my shrubs myself because they didn't do it before my spring lawn clean up (even though I reached out to give them a heads up it was happening MULTIPLE times.)
