They are very hard to get ahold of on the phone. Finally got through to the staff and was very displeased how I was treated. The reception staff was condescending and dismissive towards any questions I had. Very unprofessional and rude. I'm surprised that the MD's allow their support staff to speak to patients with such destain. Switching providers. Absolutely awful. Do not recommend if you wanted to be treated like a human being with dignity. read more

Worst, no care doctor I had to deal with DR.PATEL from this practice. Not knowledgeable and caring person at all. He is just wants to fix up appointment every time and no initial test or procedure initiated from his side being primary Doctor, he just keeps referring to other specialists even without initial analysis done from his end. If he is calling for an appointment just to say to refer to other doctor, better we should have directly been told and gone in first place.He never diagnosed any issue from his end, which i had to get diagnosed from other doctor. Really need to get another better doctor.I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone, who seriously is trying to get better in health, because he doesn't care at all. read more

Dr. Menon is a fantastic doctor. I went to her when I was an adolescent and now my kids are seen by her. She is an amazing, talented, patient, and caring physician. I never feel rushed when I am at her office and her clinical judgement is excellent. I can always get an appointment especially a same day sick visit She even took the time to call on Christmas Eve and tell me the results of my son's labs. If you are in need of a pediatrician, I highly recommend her! read more

Not very accommodating and lazy. They refused to see me after I was a few minutes late and in pain. The appointment would've taken five-ten minutes tops. Unfortunately, they're one of the only family practices in the area and that's how they stay in business and it shows. Inhumane. read more

I used to love Webster Medical when Dr. Nagendara was there, but now everything pertaining to this office is difficult. The worst part is that there's no communication about policy changes, and it takes multiple phone calls to figure things out. I used to be able to request refills via my pharmacy's automated phone system, but now I have to call Webster Medical exactly two days before the 30 day supply runs out to request a refill. And if I call three days before, they don't refill it. But if I wait until 1 day before, their slow processing means I have to skip a day or two of medicine before it will be ready. Appointments are silly too. The current doctor seems like he follows a script and is only interested in checking boxes on his computer. I had to wait months to get an X-ray because Webster Medical seemed unable to communicate with my insurance about pre-authorization. All in all, this is an office to avoid. There's a reason why they're always accepting new patients - all the old ones are leaving. read more

I'm writing this review because I have been with this clinic since I was on the pediatric side and my doctor growing up was fantastic, he is still there and in some ways I wish he was still my doctor because the doctors across the hall are awful. I have never had such a horrible experience at this place than I have over the past several years. The doctors do not care enough to go the extra mile to help find out what is wrong with you when the answers you expected to find come back only leaving more questions. I know my body better than anyone else and even when I request to see specialists, I'm refused referrals and told that everything is just "stress". It's almost laughable how these doctors got their degrees. Half the time I can't even understand them because of the language barrier being that most of them are not originally from this country. In all honesty this doctor's office is driving me to want to go to med school myself so I can actually help the people out there that doctors like these ones won't. Also, they need to fire the entire receptionist staff. They are rude, gossipy, clearly annoyed by having to help anyone, they take their time getting to you and bottom line being that they just don't understand what the term 'professional' means. I am currently searching for a new primary doctor's office. read more
